The fare is settled before the car leaves the driveway. Private, door-to-door transfers to Sydney Airport, Western Sydney International and both cruise terminals from $159 — one published price for each of the 75 suburbs we serve across Wollondilly, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands. Nothing is charged when you book; you pay the driver on the day of travel.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle at a glance
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle runs private, fixed-fare airport and cruise transfers for 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands. Every suburb has one published price, the same in both directions and the same to either airport, starting at $159 one way for one or two passengers and running to $629 for eleven people in a single minibus. We drive to Sydney Airport (T1, T2 and T3), to Western Sydney International on 25 October 2026, and to both Sydney cruise terminals — White Bay at Rozelle and the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay. Tolls, GST, luggage and child restraints are inside the fare. Nothing is charged when you book: you pay the driver on the day of travel by card, cash or PayID.
Every fare, published
One price per suburb, identical in both directions and to either airport, with tolls and GST already inside it. Search your suburb or filter by district.

Where we drive
We are a local operator, not a Sydney company that will drive out here if the price is right. Every suburb below has its own page with its own distance, drive time and fare.
Picton, Tahmoor, Bargo, The Oaks, Warragamba and the small settlements west of them.
All 27 Wollondilly Shire fares →Camden, Narellan, Oran Park, Campbelltown, Menangle and the new estates around them.
The vehicle at your gate
Tell us the headcount and the bag count when you book and the right vehicle is on the run sheet. Nothing about the service changes between them — only how many people and how much luggage fit.

Prices shown are the lowest published fare for that vehicle class across the 75 suburbs. Your suburb's exact figure is in the fares table.
The drive itself
Between about fifty minutes and two hours, depending which end of the district you start from. These are measured road distances rather than estimates, and the drive time is the one we actually plan a 4am departure around.

Every one of the 75 suburbs has its own distance and drive time on its own page — start at the suburb directory or the Sydney Airport transfers hub. Times assume a clear run; we build the traffic allowance into the pickup rather than into the fare.
Early morning transfers, planned properly
We work backwards from your boarding time: terminal arrival about two hours before an international departure and ninety minutes before a domestic one, plus the drive and a traffic allowance. Three-o'clock starts are ordinary work here, not a special request.
Guides rather than quotes — school holidays, roadwork on the Hume and peak-hour departures all move the calculation, which is exactly what we adjust for when you give us the flight number. Your suburb's own leave-by table is on its transfer page, and the FAQ covers what happens when a flight time changes.
Kingsford Smith, both directions
Departing, we set you down at your terminal door. Arriving, where we wait depends on which terminal you land at — and both are included in the same fare.
The driver waits past the customs doors holding your name and carries the cases out to the vehicle. We watch the flight and allow a full hour from touchdown for bags and border queues, at no extra charge.
Terminal pickup guide →Send a text once you have your bag and the car is at the kerb as you walk out. Forty minutes of free waiting from the actual landing, because domestic bags come off faster.
Arrival transfers →Picked up at your address at the time we work back from your flight, driven straight through with nobody else in the car, and set down at the right terminal with the bags out of the boot.
Departure transfers →The airport on our doorstep
From 74 of our 75 suburbs Western Sydney International is the closer airport — Darkes Forest on the escarpment is the one exception — and the drive uses no tolled motorway. Your fare is the same either way, so what you gain is the time and the easier terminal.

The honest comparison
A solo traveller with hand luggage catching a mid-morning flight can genuinely do better on the train. Almost every other combination — luggage, children, a group, an early departure or a late arrival — goes the other way.
| Wollondilly Airport Shuttle | Local taxi | Rideshare | Train | Drive & park | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| What you pay | One published fare, agreed before you travel | Meter plus tolls, unknown until you arrive | Surge-dependent; highest at 4am and on holidays | Opal fare plus $18.61 station access fee each | $190–$300 a week in long-stay parking |
| Getting one at 4am | Booked days ahead and rostered | Depends who is working out here | Often nobody within 20 minutes | No service that early | You are driving yourself |
| Luggage and child seats | Included, fitted before we arrive | Seat availability is not guaranteed | Rarely any child restraint | Carry it yourself, and change trains | Your own car, your own seats |
| If the flight is late | Tracked; pickup moves free of charge | Rebook and pay again | Rebook and pay again | Last service may have gone | Parking meter keeps running |
| Door to door | Yes, both ends | Yes | Yes | No — station to station | Terminal car park, then a shuttle bus |
The $18.61 station access fee is Transport for NSW's published charge for entering or leaving an airport rail station — check the current figure before you rely on it. Parking and rideshare figures are indicative and move constantly. Full comparison, option by option.
Sail-day transfers
Both terminals, in both directions, at your suburb's ordinary fare. Cruise runs are the one job where luggage decides the vehicle before the headcount does.
Where P&O and most of the shorter sailings go from. Boarding runs by deck and luggage tag rather than a published time, so we set the pickup against your boarding window and allow for the queue up James Craig Road.
White Bay transfers →The city terminal, with the tightest kerb in Sydney on a sail day. We drop at the terminal door rather than three streets away, and on the return we wait nearby and come in on your message once you are actually through.
OPT transfers →Disembarkation never runs to the printed time, so an arrival booking works off a text from the terminal doors instead. Cruise groups of up to eleven travel in one vehicle from $159 — see cruise transfers and transfers from the cruise terminals.
Accommodation pickups
Constantly — and at exactly the same fare as a home address. There is no hotel loading, no city surcharge and no difference in the price if the trip starts at a reception desk rather than a driveway.
Two patterns come up most. The first is a guest staying locally the night before an early flight, picked up from a Highlands or Macarthur motel at three in the morning. The second is the reverse: someone landing late who wants a bed near the airport before driving on, which is what the Sydney Airport hotels page is about.
On an arrival we wait at the entrance while you confirm the room actually exists rather than leaving you and the cases on the footpath — a small thing that matters most on the bookings landing after midnight.
Hotel transfersAnd any other hotel, motel or guest house across the district.
Weddings, functions, group days out
Yes, and the airport half is usually the hard part. Interstate and overseas guests arrive across two days and half a dozen flights, so each one is met on their own aircraft, tracked by its own flight number, and driven to the venue or their accommodation.
Golf days, receptions and club functions overlooking the course, with end-of-night return legs afterwards.
Farm wedding venue on Nolan Road. Minibus loops from local accommodation keep guests off unlit rural roads late.
Garden ceremony spot — we time the wedding-party cars around photographs and move guests on afterwards.
Hilltop wedding venue above the Nepean gorge, and a fixture on our weekend sheet through the season.
Restored early-colonial property in the Razorback foothills running garden workshops and long-table lunches.
Forty-five-acre wedding estate on Cawdor Road with garden ceremony sites and an 1880 homestead.
Send the arrivals list rather than a single time and one delayed connection inconveniences exactly one guest. For the day itself we quote a fixed amount for the vehicle and the hours rather than a meter — talk to us through the contact page or see the fleet for what carries what.
Real places, real drive times
Pubs, clubs, wineries, function centres and the accommodation around them — the places a transfer actually starts or ends at when it is not a private address. Each one is priced at its suburb's published fare.
| Venue | Suburb | To Sydney Airport | Fare, 1–2 pax |

| George IV Inn | Picton | 78 km | $235 |

Every suburb page lists the venues in and around that town with the drive time from each. Start from the full suburb list.
One vehicle, one fare
Yes — eleven passengers and their luggage in a single minibus, at one published fare rather than a price per head. From the closest suburbs that is $359 for the whole group.
The money is only half of it. Three separate taxis leave at three different times, arrive at three different points of the terminal and produce three different fares, and one of them is always the car that did not turn up. A single vehicle leaves once and arrives once, which matters more than the saving when there is a check-in deadline in front of you.
Give us the headcount and a rough bag count when you book. If half the party is on a different flight, say so — we will either hold the vehicle for the later arrival or run two pickups, and that is a much better decision to make now than in the arrivals hall.
See the vehiclesWhy people book ahead
Not claims about service quality, which anybody can write. These are terms you can hold us to on the day.
It is agreed at booking with tolls, GST, luggage and child restraints inside it. No early-morning loading, no public-holiday surcharge, nothing added because the traffic was bad.
No deposit, no pre-authorisation, no card details sitting on a server. You pay the driver at the end of the trip, and there is no cancellation fee because there is nothing to refund.
Arrivals are tracked by flight number, so a delay moves the pickup at no cost. An hour of free waiting at T1, forty minutes at T2 and T3, timed from when the wheels touch.
No shared shuttle, no interchange, no other passengers to drop off first. The car goes from your address to the terminal and nowhere else.
A group that would need three taxis travels in one minibus at one published price — and arrives together, which matters more than the money against a check-in deadline.
An owner-operated service based in Wollondilly Shire, authorised by the NSW Point to Point Transport Commissioner. The driver at your door is ours, not a booking sold on.
How a booking runs
Suburb, date, flight number and how many people. Two minutes on the form or a phone call — whichever you prefer.
Usually the same day. The number you see is the number you pay, and nothing is charged to hold it.
We work the pickup time back from your flight, not forward from a guess, and the car is there before it.
Card, cash or PayID with the driver, with a tax invoice emailed afterwards if you need one for work.
Four places we take you
Your suburb's fare covers all four. We price the distance from your street, not the destination you happen to be flying or sailing from.

Set down at your terminal door, or met inside the T1 arrivals hall with your name and a hand with the cases. T2 and T3 use the priority pickup area.

Closer than Kingsford Smith from 74 of our 75 suburbs, on an untolled route. Same fare, same free waiting, same door drop.

Sailings out of Rozelle, with luggage room for the cases a cruise generates. Disembarkation runs by luggage tag, so we work off a message from you rather than a clock.

The Quay terminal, plus the city hotels people stay in the night before a sailing. Hotel drops are charged at exactly the same fare as a home address.
Everything we run
Six services, one published price list. Whatever the trip, the fare is set by the suburb you are travelling from — not by the destination, the hour or the day — and nothing is charged until the driver has finished the journey.

The run, end to end
Nobody else gets in the car, there is no interchange and there are no stops we did not agree on. This is the whole trip.
Picked up at the address you give us, at the time we work back from your flight — not a meeting point down the road.
The long, predictable middle of the trip. Tolls are already inside the fare, so the route is chosen for time rather than cost.
Whichever is moving on the day. The price does not change because the traffic did.

All 75 suburbs →Before you book
Every suburb has one published price, and you can read it in the table above without asking for a quote. Fares start at $159 from Campbelltown for one or two passengers to Sydney Airport and rise with distance; the largest vehicle, carrying eleven, tops out at $629 from the far west of the shire. The same number applies in both directions and to either airport.
It is fixed at the moment you book. Tolls, GST, fuel, luggage and child restraints are already inside it, and there is no early-morning, late-night or public-holiday loading. If the traffic is worse than we expected, that is our problem rather than a line on your invoice.
No. Nothing is charged at booking and no card is held. You pay the driver at the end of the trip by card, cash or PayID — card carries the standard 1.8% surcharge, cash and PayID do not — and a tax invoice is emailed afterwards if you want one.
We track the flight number, so the pickup moves with the aircraft and there is no charge for the delay. A full hour of waiting from touchdown is included at T1 and forty minutes at T2 and T3, measured from when you actually land rather than from the timetable.
Yes, on the same terms as every other run. For 74 of our 75 suburbs it is the closer airport — Darkes Forest on the escarpment is the single exception — and the drive avoids the tolled motorways. The fare is the same as your suburb's Sydney Airport fare, because we price by suburb rather than by destination.
Both Sydney terminals: White Bay at Rozelle and the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay. Disembarkation runs by luggage tag rather than a published time, so you message from the terminal doors and the driver is waiting nearby with room for the cases.
Yes, in one eleven-seat minibus at one fare, which is almost always cheaper than two or three separate cars and keeps the group together — which matters more than the money when there is a check-in deadline.
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters, all fitted before we arrive and all at no extra cost. Give us the children's ages when you book rather than on the morning, so the right restraints are already in the vehicle.
Twenty-four to forty-eight hours is comfortable. Book earlier for a minibus, for school holidays and for the Christmas and January cruise season. Last-minute requests are always worth a call — we would rather tell you straight away than have you guessing.
We work backwards from your boarding time rather than asking you to guess: about two hours at the terminal for an international departure, ninety minutes for a domestic one, plus the drive and a traffic allowance. From the Southern Highlands a 6am international usually means a pickup a little before 3am, which is an ordinary shift here rather than a special request.
The shire plus the districts either side of it — 75 suburbs in all, from Bringelly and Warragamba in the north through Camden, Narellan and Campbelltown, down the Hume through Picton, Tahmoor and Bargo, and across the Southern Highlands to Bundanoon and Robertson. Even the hard ones are listed: Yerranderie and Wombeyan Caves are reachable only on unsealed roads, and we say so on their pages rather than taking a booking we cannot honour.
Private, always. One vehicle carries your party and nobody else, there is no interchange and no shared loop, and the driver goes from your address to the terminal without another pickup on the way. The word shuttle is in our name because of the route, not because you share the car.
At the terminal door. White Bay at Rozelle and the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay are both met at your suburb's ordinary fare, in both directions. Boarding runs by deck and luggage tag rather than a published time, so we set the pickup against your boarding window and allow for the approach queue.
Yes, and at the same price. There is no hotel loading and no city surcharge — a pickup from a motel in Mittagong or a hotel near the airport is charged exactly as a home address is.
Every hour of every day of the year, at the same fare. There is no early-morning loading, no late-night surcharge and no public-holiday premium; Christmas morning and a Tuesday lunchtime are priced identically.
Up to eleven fit in one minibus at a single fare. Beyond that we run a second vehicle and quote it in advance — you will never be told about a second car for the first time on the morning.
Send the suburb, the date, the flight number and how many people, either through the booking form or by phone. We come back with the fixed fare, usually the same day. Nothing is charged to hold the booking and no card details are taken.
We are an authorised Point to Point service provider under the NSW Point to Point Transport Commissioner, operating our own vehicles with our own drivers. The accreditation number and ABN are published at the bottom of this page.
