About 59 min for the 60 km in normal conditions. The route runs into Camden and onto Camden Valley Way, then the M5 and the M5 East to the terminals. Allow more through the weekday morning peak.
What time do you pick up in Brownlow Hill for a 6am international flight?

Is there a train station here?
No. The nearest platforms are at Campbelltown or Menangle, so somebody has to drive you there first, then change at Campbelltown and pay the $18.61 airport station access fee per adult. Realistically two and a half hours or more, with nothing running early enough for a morning flight.
Is parking at the airport cheaper than booking a transfer?
It can be for two people on a short trip — budget long-stay parking starts around $190 a week. Add fuel and tolls both ways, the pre-dawn self-drive and the shuttle bus from the car park, and the gap narrows quickly; for a group it disappears entirely.
Do you pick up from anywhere?
Anywhere in the locality, door to door. Estate entrances with long internal drives. Confirm at booking whether the driver should come all the way in or stop at the main gate, because the difference is several hundred metres.
Is Western Sydney Airport closer?
Yes — WSI is 24 km and about 29 min away against 60 km and 59 min to Kingsford Smith. From Brownlow Hill the new airport is barely twenty minutes on a clear road. The WSI fare is $139 one way, against $209 to Kingsford Smith.
Can a group of eleven travel together?
Yes — eleven passengers with luggage in one minibus for $409, about $37 a seat. That is almost always cheaper than two or three cars and it keeps the group together against a check-in deadline.
Is a private transfer better value than Uber or a taxi?
Usually, and availability tends to settle it before price does. Wedding and function guests are a large share of what we bring back here, and those arrivals cluster around late evening flights. A metered fare over 60 km also moves with the traffic, while ours is agreed before you travel.
Is there a deposit, or do I pay anything up front?
Neither. There is no advance payment and no card held at booking. You pay on the day of travel by card, cash or PayID, and we email a tax invoice afterwards if you want one.
What happens if my flight into Sydney is delayed?
The pickup follows the aircraft at no extra cost. We track the flight number and allow a full hour from touchdown at T1 and forty minutes at T2 and T3, measured from when you actually land rather than the timetable.
Are child seats available on transfers?
Yes, at no cost. Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters are installed before departure — just give us the ages at the time of booking.
Do you run early morning and late night transfers?
Yes, at any hour and on any day including public holidays. The hour makes no difference to a pre-booked car — that is rather the point of one.

Theresa Park, Mount Hunter, Glenmore, The Oaks nearby, plus all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fixed fare.
