Three fares, four destinations. Publishing a fixed price per suburb keeps the quote honest and immediate: from Colo Vale it is $255 to Sydney Airport, $225 to Western Sydney and $295 to either cruise terminal.

What the drive looks like
Allow about 1 hr 28 min for the 100 km. The route runs onto the Hume Motorway at Mittagong or Aylmerton, then north to the M5 and east through the tunnel.
The old highway through the village is slow by design; the tunnel does the rest. That allowance goes into your pickup time rather than into an optimistic arrival estimate.
Colo Vale is a commuter village with a lot of Sydney connections, so the airport run here is often a work trip rather than a holiday. Early departures dominate and return legs are usually booked at the same time. Coming the other way, off the Hume at Mittagong or Aylmerton, then along the old highway through the village. The old alignment is slow by design — it was built as a main street, not a through road. That leg is covered on the Sydney Airport to Colo Vale page.
Timed to your departure
Two hours at the terminal internationally, ninety minutes domestically, then the 1 hr 28 min drive and an allowance for the far end. These are the pickup times that fall out.
Pickup around 2:32am. It is ordinary work on this run rather than a special request.
Around 3:02am for a T2 or T3 departure. Long village, addresses spread over several kilometres of the old highway.
Around 5:32am, which clears the worst of the weekday build-up at the city end.
Use them as a guide and send us the flight number — holidays, roadwork and peak-hour departures all move the calculation, which is what we adjust for.
Kingsford Smith, both directions

Straight to the limousine pickup bay once you are through customs. The flight is on our sheet, so border queues and a slow belt are our problem rather than yours — an hour from touchdown is included.
The priority pickup zone at T2 and T3, with forty minutes from landing included. Send a text as you leave the baggage hall and the car is at the door.
Door pickup anywhere in Colo Vale. Long village, addresses spread over several kilometres of the old highway. The number matters more here than in most places because the street is so long.
Two airports, two fixed fares
Colo Vale to WSI is a shorter run than most of the Highlands, coming off the Hume at Picton. Western Sydney International is on our standard list and we are quoting it now.
about 1 hr · toll-free on our route
Onto the Hume at Mittagong or Aylmerton, north to Picton, then The Northern Road. Shorter than most Highlands WSI runs because the exit comes early. Route detail on the Colo Vale to WSI page.
about 1 hr 28 min · Hume, M5 and tunnel
The airport with the full international network, and the terminal most departures from here still use.
$255 to Sydney Airport, $225 to Western Sydney. 12 kilometres and 13 minutes shorter to Badgerys Creek, no tolls on our route, and no airport station access fee, because the car stops at the terminal door.

There is no station in the locality, which narrows the field considerably.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $255 fixed | ~1 hr 28 min, door to door | your own vehicle door to door, bags included, running to the flight rather than to a timetable |
| Train from Hill Top or Yerrinbool | a lift to the station, Opal fares, plus $18.61 access fee each | 2.5 hrs or more, all up | there is no station here, so somebody has to drive you to Hill Top or Yerrinbool first; from there services are infrequent, need a change at Campbelltown, and none run early enough for a morning flight |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~1 hr 28 min if a car accepts | colo Vale is a commuter village, so a lot of what we bring back are people returning from work trips on the last flight of the evening — and the long fare back late at night is one many drivers decline |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~1 hr 28 min plus the car park shuttle | workable for two people on a short trip, until you add the pre-dawn self-drive, the car park shuttle and a fortnight of parking fees |
The station access fee is Transport for NSW's published charge for entering or leaving an airport rail station, and the parking figure is Sydney Airport's advertised long-stay rate at the time of writing — check both before you decide. Rail can suit one person with hand luggage on a mid-morning flight; it stops suiting anyone with a second passenger, checked bags or a departure before dawn.
One vehicle, one number

Eleven passengers travel in one vehicle for $405 — about $37 a seat, against three separate cars, three sets of parking or three rideshare fares. Extended families, sports teams and friends flying out together all book this way.
Send the number of bags along with the number of people — on longer itineraries the luggage, not the headcount, decides which vehicle comes. Child restraints are fitted beforehand and included in the fare.
The honest comparison
Colo Vale is a commuter village, so a lot of what we bring back are people returning from work trips on the last flight of the evening. Nothing is running by then.
Nobody can tell you what a metered trip this long will cost until it ends. Ours is agreed in advance, tolls and GST included.
Getting out is usually possible; getting home at midnight with luggage is the part that catches people. That is the leg worth booking in advance.
What booking ahead buys you
No shared shuttle route, no interchange and nobody else in the car unless you brought them — the run goes from your address to your terminal.
Where a road narrows, which exit is quicker on a given morning and when the motorway banks up are things you learn by driving them, not by reading a map.
If you land late the pickup has already moved — an hour of free waiting at international and forty minutes at domestic, counted from touchdown.
Nothing is charged at booking and no card is held. You pay on the day of travel by card, cash or PayID, with a tax invoice emailed afterwards if you need one.
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters go in before the vehicle leaves and are part of the fare, provided we know the ages.
Public holidays, three in the morning, the last arrival of the night — all normal work when the booking is in.

Answered plainly
A fixed $255 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $405 for eleven in a single minibus. Tolls, GST, child seats and one suitcase plus one carry-on each are included in every figure, and the price does not change once quoted.
About 1 hr 28 min for the 100 km in normal conditions. The route runs onto the Hume Motorway at Mittagong or Aylmerton, then north to the M5 and east through the tunnel. Allow more through the weekday morning peak.
About 2:32am. We target the terminal two hours before an international departure and ninety minutes before a domestic one, then work back through the drive and a traffic allowance. Send the flight number and we will set the exact minute.
No. The nearest platforms are at Hill Top or Yerrinbool, so somebody has to drive you there first, then change at Campbelltown and pay the $18.61 airport station access fee per adult. Realistically two and a half hours or more, with nothing running early enough for a morning flight.
It can be for two people on a short trip — budget long-stay parking starts around $190 a week. Add fuel and tolls both ways, the pre-dawn self-drive and the shuttle bus from the car park, and the gap narrows quickly; for a group it disappears entirely.
Anywhere in the locality, door to door. Long village, addresses spread over several kilometres of the old highway. The number matters more here than in most places because the street is so long.
Yes — WSI is 68 km and about 1 hr away against 100 km and 1 hr 28 min to Kingsford Smith. Colo Vale to WSI is a shorter run than most of the Highlands, coming off the Hume at Picton. The WSI fare is $225 one way, against $255 to Kingsford Smith.
There is no accommodation in the locality itself, so visitors generally stay in the nearest town. We collect from the door wherever that is, at a fixed published fare, in both directions.
Yes — eleven passengers with luggage in one minibus for $405, about $37 a seat. That is almost always cheaper than two or three cars and it keeps the group together against a check-in deadline.
Usually, and availability tends to settle it before price does. Colo Vale is a commuter village, so a lot of what we bring back are people returning from work trips on the last flight of the evening. A metered fare over 100 km also moves with the traffic, while ours is agreed before you travel.
Neither. There is no advance payment and no card held at booking. You pay on the day of travel by card, cash or PayID, and we email a tax invoice afterwards if you want one.
Nothing changes for you. The flight number is tracked, so a delay moves the pickup automatically — an hour of free waiting at international and forty minutes at domestic, counted from touchdown.
Yes, and included in the fare rather than charged for. Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters are fitted before the vehicle leaves, so we need the children's ages when you book rather than on the morning.
Yes, at any hour and on any day including public holidays. The hour makes no difference to a pre-booked car — that is rather the point of one.
