A private airport shuttle for Hill Top — a plateau village on the Southern Highlands line, with bushland on three sides. Fixed fares to Sydney Airport, Western Sydney Airport, White Bay and the Overseas Passenger Terminal, with nothing to pay until the day you travel.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle runs private, pre-booked door-to-door transfers from Hill Top (NSW 2575) to Sydney Airport, Western Sydney Airport, White Bay Cruise Terminal and the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay. Fares start at $255 one way for one or two passengers and reach $405 for eleven in a single minibus, with tolls, GST, luggage and child seats included. Sydney Airport is 99 km from the Hill Top shops near the station, about 1 hr 29 min; Western Sydney Airport is closer at 67 km, roughly 1 hr 1 min, at $225. Quote on 0427 143 612 or through the form — there is no advance payment, you settle on the day of travel.
Published fares, no surge
One or two passengers travel from Hill Top for a fixed $255 one way. Above that the price moves in paired bands rather than with the traffic or the clock.
| Passengers | Vehicle | Fixed fare (one way) | Typical booking |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1–2 | Sedan | $255 | couples and solo travellers |
| 3 | Kia Carnival | $285 | a family of three with cases |
| 4 | Kia Carnival | $285 | four adults and luggage |
| 5 | People Mover | $315 | school-holiday family runs |
| 6 | People Mover | $315 | two households travelling together |
| 7 | Minibus | $355 | extended family departures |
| 8 | Minibus | $355 | cruise parties with full cases |
| 9 | Minibus | $405 | wedding guests travelling as one |
| 10 | Minibus | $405 | clubs and work groups |
| 11 | Minibus | $405 | the maximum in a single vehicle |
Prices are per vehicle, not per person — eleven passengers pay $405 in total, about $37 a seat, which is why groups do well here. The bands come in pairs, so an extra passenger is often free. No advance payment and no card hold — you pay on the day of travel. Fares reviewed August 2026.
Why does each airport have its own fare? A published price per suburb for each destination is what lets us answer a quote in a sentence instead of a callback. Hill Top is $255 to Kingsford Smith, $225 to Badgerys Creek and $295 to either cruise wharf.
Sized to the booking
We match the class to the passengers and the bags. The band already covers it, so the larger boot is never a surcharge.

Every class includes the same things. Tolls and GST are inside the fare, child restraints are fitted before we leave at no cost, arrivals are tracked by flight number, and there is no advance payment — you pay on the day of travel. The only thing that changes between cards is how many people and how much luggage fit.
What the drive looks like
Allow about 1 hr 29 min for the 99 km. The route runs down to the Hume Motorway at Yanderra or Mittagong, then north to the M5 and east through the M5 East.
The descent to the highway is slow; after that only the tunnel. That allowance goes into your pickup time rather than into an optimistic arrival estimate.
Hill Top has a station, and for a middle-of-the-day flight the train is a fair option. The first service of the morning is far too late for a 6am departure, though, and that is the trip most people here actually need. Coming the other way, off the Hume and up onto the plateau. The climb is short but the road narrows and the bush comes close on both sides, so the final stretch is taken at a pace that suits the visibility. That leg is covered on the Sydney Airport to Hill Top page.
Timed to your departure
Terminal two hours ahead for an international departure and ninety minutes for a domestic one, less the 1 hr 29 min drive and an allowance for the run in.
Pickup around 2:31am. It is ordinary work on this run rather than a special request.
Around 3:01am for a T2 or T3 departure. Plateau blocks with bush frontage, mostly unlit.
Around 5:31am, which clears the worst of the weekday build-up at the city end.
Treat these as the starting point. Send the flight number when you book and we set the exact minute against that day — school terms, long weekends and roadworks all shift it.
Kingsford Smith, both directions

Meet at the limousine pickup bay past customs. Your flight number is on our sheet, so a slow bag belt or a long border queue costs you nothing — a full hour is allowed from wheels-down.
Priority kerbside pickup with a forty-minute allowance from landing. Text the driver once you have your bag and the car meets you at the door.
Door pickup anywhere in Hill Top. Plateau blocks with bush frontage, mostly unlit. Tell us if the driveway is gravel — it changes which vehicle we would prefer to send in the wet.
Two airports, two fixed fares
Hill Top to WSI runs north through Picton and is comfortably the shorter of the two airport trips. Western Sydney International is on our standard list and we are quoting it now.
about 1 hr 1 min · toll-free on our route
Down to the Hume at Yanderra or Mittagong, north to Picton, then The Northern Road. Comfortably the shorter of the two airport trips from the plateau. Route detail on the Hill Top to WSI page.
about 1 hr 29 min · Hume, M5 and tunnel
The airport with the full international network, and the terminal most departures from here still use.
$255 to Sydney Airport, $225 to Western Sydney. 12 kilometres and 13 minutes shorter to Badgerys Creek, no tolls on our route, and no airport station access fee, because the car stops at the terminal door.
Get Free QuoteHill Top has a station — does rail work?
Rail is a genuine alternative from here, so it deserves setting out properly rather than waving away.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $255 fixed | ~1 hr 29 min, door to door | one vehicle from your door, luggage included, at whatever hour the flight or the ship demands |
| Train via Campbelltown | Opal fares plus $18.61 station access fee each | about 2 hrs at best | Hill Top is on the line, but services are infrequent and mostly terminate at Campbelltown, so it is a change plus a wait; the first train of the day is far too late for a dawn flight and the last has gone before most evening internationals land |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~1 hr 29 min if a car accepts | hill Top has a station and the station has a last train, which is earlier than people expect — and the long fare back late at night is one many drivers decline |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~1 hr 29 min plus the car park shuttle | workable for two people on a short trip, until you add the pre-dawn self-drive, the car park shuttle and a fortnight of parking fees |
The station access fee is Transport for NSW's published charge for entering or leaving an airport rail station, and the parking figure is Sydney Airport's advertised long-stay rate at the time of writing — check both before you decide. Rail can suit one person with hand luggage on a mid-morning flight; it stops suiting anyone with a second passenger, checked bags or a departure before dawn.
One vehicle, one number

Eleven passengers travel in one vehicle for $405 — about $37 a seat, against three separate cars, three sets of parking or three rideshare fares. Extended families, sports teams and friends flying out together all book this way.
Luggage picks the vehicle at least as often as the headcount does, so send the bag count as well. Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters are fitted before departure and cost nothing — we only need the children's ages at booking.
The honest comparison
Hill Top has a station and the station has a last train, which is earlier than people expect. Past that the plateau has nothing, and the walk from the station is not one to make with cases.
Metered and surge pricing over a run this long is decided by the traffic and the hour. Our fare is agreed at booking, tolls and GST included, and does not move afterwards.
Getting out is usually possible; getting home at midnight with luggage is the part that catches people. That is the leg worth booking in advance.
What booking ahead buys you
No shared loop collecting strangers, no interchange and no other passengers unless they are yours. The vehicle runs your trip only.
Which way out is quicker on a given morning, and where the delays start, is knowledge that comes from driving it weekly rather than following a map app.
A late landing moves the pickup automatically and at no cost — an hour of grace at international, forty minutes at domestic, timed from touchdown.
Nothing is charged at booking and no card is held. You pay on the day of travel by card, cash or PayID, with a tax invoice emailed afterwards if you need one.
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters fitted before the vehicle leaves, at no charge, provided we have the ages in advance.
Pre-dawn starts, public holidays and the last arrival of the night are ordinary work — the booking is what makes them dependable.

Answered plainly
A fixed $255 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $405 for eleven in a single minibus. Tolls, GST, child seats and one suitcase plus one carry-on each are included in every figure, and the price does not change once quoted.
About 1 hr 29 min for the 99 km in normal conditions. The route runs down to the Hume Motorway at Yanderra or Mittagong, then north to the M5 and east through the M5 East. Allow more through the weekday morning peak.
About 2:31am. We target the terminal two hours before an international departure and ninety minutes before a domestic one, then work back through the drive and a traffic allowance. Send the flight number and we will set the exact minute.
You can, with a change at Campbelltown, but Southern Highlands services are infrequent and the airport stations charge an $18.61 access fee per adult on top of the Opal fare. Around two hours at best, with nothing early enough for a dawn flight and nothing late enough for most evening arrivals.
For two people on a short trip it can be, with budget long-stay parking from around $190 a week. Over a longer trip, with a group, or with a pre-dawn departure, the transfer usually wins once fuel, tolls, the car park shuttle and the self-drive are counted.
Anywhere in the locality, door to door. Plateau blocks with bush frontage, mostly unlit. Tell us if the driveway is gravel — it changes which vehicle we would prefer to send in the wet.
Yes — WSI is 67 km and about 1 hr 1 min away against 99 km and 1 hr 29 min to Kingsford Smith. Hill Top to WSI runs north through Picton and is comfortably the shorter of the two airport trips. The WSI fare is $225 one way, against $255 to Kingsford Smith.
Yes — eleven passengers with luggage in one minibus for $405, about $37 a seat. That is almost always cheaper than two or three cars and it keeps the group together against a check-in deadline.
Usually, and availability tends to settle it before price does. Hill Top has a station and the station has a last train, which is earlier than people expect. A metered fare over 99 km also moves with the traffic, while ours is agreed before you travel.
Neither. There is no advance payment and no card held at booking. You pay on the day of travel by card, cash or PayID, and we email a tax invoice afterwards if you want one.
We watch the flight, so the car arrives when you do. A full hour from wheels-down at T1 and forty minutes at T2 and T3 are included at no charge, however late the aircraft is.
Yes, and included in the fare rather than charged for. Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters are fitted before the vehicle leaves, so we need the children's ages when you book rather than on the morning.
