Wallacia is the river village at the Nepean crossing, where the roads from Warragamba, Penrith and Camden all meet, and we run private fixed-fare transfers from it to Sydney Airport, Western Sydney Airport and both cruise terminals — quoted up front, paid on the day of travel.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle runs private, pre-booked door-to-door transfers from Wallacia (NSW 2745) to Sydney Airport, Western Sydney Airport, White Bay Cruise Terminal and the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay. Fares start at $189 one way for one or two passengers and reach $389 for eleven in a single minibus, with tolls, GST, luggage and child seats included. Sydney Airport is 62 km from the Wallacia shops by the hotel, about 56 min; Western Sydney Airport is closer at 12 km, roughly 12 min, with its own fixed fare of $89. Quote on 0427 143 612 or through the form — there is no advance payment, you settle on the day of travel.
Published fares, no surge
One or two passengers travel from Wallacia for a fixed $189 one way. Above that the price moves seat by seat rather than with the traffic or the clock.
| Passengers | Vehicle | Fixed fare (one way) | Typical booking |

| 1–2 | Sedan | $189 | couples and solo travellers |
| 3 | Kia Carnival | $229 | a family of three with cases |
| 4 | Kia Carnival | $229 | four adults and luggage |
| 5 | People Mover | $269 | school-holiday family runs |
| 6 | People Mover | $269 | two households travelling together |
| 7 | Minibus | $329 | extended family departures |
| 8 | Minibus | $329 | cruise parties with full cases |
| 9 | Minibus | $389 | wedding guests travelling as one |
| 10 | Minibus | $389 | clubs and work groups |
| 11 | Minibus | $389 | the maximum in a single vehicle |
Prices are per vehicle, not per person — eleven passengers pay $389 in total, about $35 a seat, which is why groups do well here. No advance payment and no card hold — you pay on the day of travel. Fares reviewed August 2026.
Why does each airport have its own fare? A published price per suburb for each destination is what lets us answer a quote in a sentence instead of a callback. Wallacia is $189 to Kingsford Smith, $89 to Badgerys Creek and $219 to either cruise wharf.
Sized to the booking
We match the class to the passengers and the bags. The band already covers it, so the larger boot is never a surcharge.

Every class includes the same things. The only thing that changes between cards is how many people and how much luggage fit.
What the drive looks like
Allow about 56 min for the 62 km. The route runs south on The Northern Road toward Bringelly, then Camden Valley Way to the M5 and east through the M5 East.
The Northern Road works are the moving target; the tunnel is the constant. That allowance goes into your pickup time rather than into an optimistic arrival estimate.
Wallacia is a crossroads village and it travels like one — a lot of pickups here are people meeting a car rather than being collected from home, particularly groups coming down from the mountains to share a run to the terminal. Coming the other way, up The Northern Road to the village and across the river. A straightforward run at night, though The Northern Road roadworks change layout frequently enough to be worth checking rather than assuming. That leg is covered on the Sydney Airport to Wallacia page.
Timed to your departure
Terminal two hours ahead for an international departure and ninety minutes for a domestic one, less the 56 min drive and an allowance for the run in.
Pickup around 3:04am. It is ordinary work on this run rather than a special request.
Around 3:34am for a T2 or T3 departure. Village addresses close to the hotel are easy.
Around 6:04am, which clears the worst of the weekday build-up at the city end.
Treat these as the starting point. Send the flight number when you book and we set the exact minute against that day — school terms, long weekends and roadworks all shift it.
Kingsford Smith, both directions

Meet at the limousine pickup bay past customs. Your flight number is on our sheet, so a slow bag belt or a long border queue costs you nothing — a full hour is allowed from wheels-down.
Priority kerbside pickup with a forty-minute allowance from landing. Text the driver once you have your bag and the car meets you at the door.
Door pickup anywhere in Wallacia. Village addresses close to the hotel are easy. Properties out along the river roads are not — the property name is what the driver needs.
Two airports, two fixed fares
Wallacia sits directly on The Northern Road, which is the road built to serve Western Sydney Airport. The trip is short and untolled. Western Sydney International is on our standard list and we are quoting it now.
about 12 min · toll-free on our route
Wallacia sits directly on The Northern Road, which is the road built to serve Western Sydney Airport. South to the terminal is short, untolled and about as direct as a trip gets in this district. Route detail on the Wallacia to WSI page.
about 56 min · Hume, M5 and tunnel
The airport with the full international network, and the terminal most departures from here still use.
$189 to Sydney Airport, $89 to Western Sydney. 50 kilometres and 44 minutes shorter to Badgerys Creek, no tolls on our route, and no airport station access fee, because the car stops at the terminal door.

There is no station in the locality, which narrows the field considerably.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $189 fixed | ~56 min, door to door | your own vehicle door to door, bags included, running to the flight rather than to a timetable |
| Train from Campbelltown or Menangle | a lift to the station, Opal fares, plus $18.61 access fee each | 2.5 hrs or more, all up | there is no station here, so somebody has to drive you to Campbelltown or Menangle first; from there services are infrequent, need a change at Campbelltown, and none run early enough for a morning flight |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~56 min if a car accepts | wallacia is a crossroads, which means people sometimes plan to be dropped here and collected by someone else — and the long fare back late at night is one many drivers decline |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~56 min plus the car park shuttle | workable for two people on a short trip, until you add the pre-dawn self-drive, the car park shuttle and a fortnight of parking fees |
The station access fee is Transport for NSW's published charge for entering or leaving an airport rail station, and the parking figure is Sydney Airport's advertised long-stay rate at the time of writing — check both before you decide. Rail can suit one person with hand luggage on a mid-morning flight; it stops suiting anyone with a second passenger, checked bags or a departure before dawn.
One vehicle, one number

Eleven passengers travel in one vehicle for $389 — about $35 a seat, against three separate cars, three sets of parking or three rideshare fares. Extended families, sports teams and friends flying out together all book this way.
Luggage picks the vehicle at least as often as the headcount does, so send the bag count as well. Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters are fitted before departure and cost nothing — we only need the children's ages at booking.
The honest comparison
Wallacia is a crossroads, which means people sometimes plan to be dropped here and collected by someone else. That works, but the pub car park at midnight is not a good place to be waiting alone with luggage.
Metered and surge pricing over a run this long is decided by the traffic and the hour. Our fare is agreed at booking, tolls and GST included, and does not move afterwards.
The return leg is where unbooked plans come apart: a long fare out of the city late at night is one most drivers decline. A booked car is already on the sheet.
What booking ahead buys you
No shared loop collecting strangers, no interchange and no other passengers unless they are yours. The vehicle runs your trip only.
Which way out is quicker on a given morning, and where the delays start, is knowledge that comes from driving it weekly rather than following a map app.
A late landing moves the pickup automatically and at no cost — an hour of grace at international, forty minutes at domestic, timed from touchdown.
Nothing is charged at booking and no card is held. You pay on the day of travel by card, cash or PayID, with a tax invoice emailed afterwards if you need one.
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters fitted before the vehicle leaves, at no charge, provided we have the ages in advance.
Pre-dawn starts, public holidays and the last arrival of the night are ordinary work — the booking is what makes them dependable.

Answered plainly
A fixed $189 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $389 for eleven in a single minibus. Tolls, GST, child seats and one suitcase plus one carry-on each are included in every figure, and the price does not change once quoted.
About 56 min for the 62 km in normal conditions. The route runs south on The Northern Road toward Bringelly, then Camden Valley Way to the M5 and east through the M5 East. Allow more through the weekday morning peak.
About 3:04am. We target the terminal two hours before an international departure and ninety minutes before a domestic one, then work back through the drive and a traffic allowance. Send the flight number and we will set the exact minute.
No. The nearest platforms are at Campbelltown or Menangle, so somebody has to drive you there first, then change at Campbelltown and pay the $18.61 airport station access fee per adult. Realistically two and a half hours or more, with nothing running early enough for a morning flight.
It can be for two people on a short trip — budget long-stay parking starts around $190 a week. Add fuel and tolls both ways, the pre-dawn self-drive and the shuttle bus from the car park, and the gap narrows quickly; for a group it disappears entirely.
Anywhere in the locality, door to door. Village addresses close to the hotel are easy. Properties out along the river roads are not — the property name is what the driver needs.
Yes — WSI is 12 km and about 12 min away against 62 km and 56 min to Kingsford Smith. Wallacia sits directly on The Northern Road, which is the road built to serve Western Sydney Airport. The trip is short and untolled. The WSI fare is $89 one way, against $189 to Kingsford Smith.
Yes — eleven passengers with luggage in one minibus for $389, about $35 a seat. That is almost always cheaper than two or three cars and it keeps the group together against a check-in deadline.
Usually, and availability tends to settle it before price does. Wallacia is a crossroads, which means people sometimes plan to be dropped here and collected by someone else. A metered fare over 62 km also moves with the traffic, while ours is agreed before you travel.
Neither. There is no advance payment and no card held at booking. You pay on the day of travel by card, cash or PayID, and we email a tax invoice afterwards if you want one.
We watch the flight, so the car arrives when you do. A full hour from wheels-down at T1 and forty minutes at T2 and T3 are included at no charge, however late the aircraft is.
Yes, at no cost. Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters are installed before departure — just give us the ages at the time of booking.
