How much is a transfer from Bundanoon to Western Sydney Airport?
Between $325 and $475, decided by how many seats you need. Each destination has its own fare: from Bundanoon, Badgerys Creek is $295 and Mascot $325.
When does Western Sydney Airport actually open?
You can book a transfer for any date from then, and no deposit is taken.
What is the drive time from Bundanoon to Western Sydney Airport?
108 km, normally around 1 hr 33 min. Kingsford Smith is 140 km from here, so the new airport saves 32 km and the tolled section with it.
Should I use Badgerys Creek or Mascot?
It is: 108 km rather than 140 km. The distance saving is 32 km and the drive skips the M5 East, which is the part of the Mascot run most likely to cost you twenty minutes.
Where exactly do you drop off at Western Sydney Airport?
One terminal, one kerb. We pull into the departures forecourt, unload the cases and you walk in. The single-building layout is one of the quiet advantages of the new airport.
Do I pay before I travel?
Nothing up front and no pre-authorisation. The fare is settled at the terminal on the day, however you prefer to pay.
What time will you pick me up?
Backwards from the flight rather than forwards from a guess — terminal time, plus 1 hr 33 min on the road, plus a margin. Give us the flight number and the pickup is set against your boarding time rather than an average.
Do you cover early and late flights to Western Sydney?
Every hour of every day; set fees apply before 6am and after 8pm. Set fees apply for pickups before 6am (+$20), 8pm–10pm (+$10) and after 10pm (+$20); there is no public-holiday premium.
Will the metro reach Western Sydney Airport?
Not usefully from Bundanoon. A metro line is being built to serve the airport, but it runs between St Marys and the terminal rather than out to this district, so you would still need to get yourself across to it with your luggage.
What is the largest group you can take to Badgerys Creek?
Eleven is the maximum in a single vehicle, at $405 for the group. That is almost always less than two or three separate cars, and it keeps everyone together.
Is there a charge for child restraints?
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters, all fitted before we arrive and all at no extra cost. We need the children's ages when you book rather than on the morning.
Can I change the booking after I make it?
Message or call and we move it at no cost. Because nothing is charged in advance, there is no cancellation fee and nothing to refund.
Do you cover both airports?
Both, each with its own published fare. Kingsford Smith is 140 km from here — the distances, leave-by times and terminal details are on the Bundanoon to Sydney Airport page.
Do you carry luggage, or just passengers?
Luggage decides the vehicle, not the passenger count. Bulky items such as golf clubs, skis, surfboards and bikes are $10 each; tell us at booking.
Do you pick up other passengers on the way?
Yours alone. There is no shared loop and no interchange — the word shuttle is in our name because of the route, not because you share the car.
Is there a cut-off for booking?
Twenty-four to forty-eight hours is comfortable, and further ahead over school holidays and Christmas. For the opening weeks of the new airport, earlier is better — the first schedules will be busy.
Can you drop somewhere else at Badgerys Creek?
The passenger terminal is the usual drop, but the aerotropolis precinct around it is the same run and the same fare. Give us the exact address when you book.
Do you serve the towns for WSI runs?
Robertson, Fitzroy Falls, Burrawang, Exeter and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance to Badgerys Creek.
