How long does the drive from Burradoo to Sydney Airport take?

What time do you pick up in Burradoo for a 6am international flight?
About 2:18am. We target the terminal two hours before an international departure and ninety minutes before a domestic one, then work back through the drive and a traffic allowance. Send the flight number and we will set the exact minute.
Can I take the train to the airport instead?
You can, with a change at Campbelltown, but Southern Highlands services are infrequent and the airport stations charge an $18.61 access fee per adult on top of the Opal fare. Around two hours at best, with nothing early enough for a dawn flight and nothing late enough for most evening arrivals.
Is parking at the airport cheaper than a transfer?
For two people on a short trip it can be, with budget long-stay parking from around $190 a week. Over a longer trip, with a group, or with a pre-dawn departure, the transfer usually wins once fuel, tolls, the car park shuttle and the self-drive are counted.
Do you pick up from anywhere?
Anywhere in the locality, door to door. The longest driveways in the Highlands and very few visible numbers. The property name is essential rather than helpful here.
Is Western Sydney Airport closer?
Yes — WSI is 85 km and about 1 hr 14 min away against 117 km and 1 hr 42 min to Kingsford Smith. Burradoo to WSI leaves the Hume early at Picton and is the shorter and cheaper of the two airport runs. The WSI fare is $245 one way, against $275 to Kingsford Smith.
Where can visitors stay nearby?
There is no accommodation in the locality itself, so visitors generally stay in the nearest town. We collect from the door wherever that is, at a fixed published fare, in both directions.
Can a group of eleven travel together?
Yes — eleven passengers with luggage in one minibus for $425, about $39 a seat. That is almost always cheaper than two or three cars and it keeps the group together against a check-in deadline.
Is a private transfer better value than Uber or a taxi?
Usually, and availability tends to settle it before price does. College terms produce clusters of late arrivals, often students coming back from interstate or overseas. A metered fare over 117 km also moves with the traffic, while ours is agreed before you travel.
Is there a deposit, or do I pay anything up front?
No to both. Nothing is charged when you book and no card is held — payment happens on the day of travel, by card, cash or PayID, with an invoice by email on request.
What happens if my flight into Sydney is delayed?
We watch the flight, so the car arrives when you do. A full hour from wheels-down at T1 and forty minutes at T2 and T3 are included at no charge, however late the aircraft is.
Are child seats available on transfers?
Yes, free of charge. We fit capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters before the vehicle leaves the depot, provided the ages come with the booking.
Do you run early morning and late night transfers?
Every day of the year. Pre-dawn departures and last-arrival collections are ordinary work here — it is the advance booking that makes them dependable, not the hour.
Which suburbs nearby do you also cover?
Berrima, Bowral, Moss Vale, Welby nearby, plus all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fixed fare.
