How much is an airport shuttle from Warragamba to Sydney Airport?
A fixed $199 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $389 for eleven in a single minibus. Tolls, GST, child seats and one suitcase plus one carry-on each are included in every figure, and the price does not change once quoted.
How long does the drive from Warragamba to Sydney Airport take?
About 1 hr 5 min for the 68 km in normal conditions. The route runs east on Silverdale Road to Wallacia and The Northern Road, then south to the M5 or across to the M7 and through to the M5 East. Allow more through the weekday morning peak.
What time do you pick up in Warragamba for a 6am international flight?
About 2:55am. We target the terminal two hours before an international departure and ninety minutes before a domestic one, then work back through the drive and a traffic allowance. Send the flight number and we will set the exact minute.
Is there a train station here?
No. The nearest platforms are at Campbelltown or Menangle, so somebody has to drive you there first, then change at Campbelltown and pay the $18.61 airport station access fee per adult. Realistically two and a half hours or more, with nothing running early enough for a morning flight.
Is parking at the airport cheaper than booking a transfer?
It can be for two people on a short trip — budget long-stay parking starts around $190 a week. Add fuel and tolls both ways, the pre-dawn self-drive and the shuttle bus from the car park, and the gap narrows quickly; for a group it disappears entirely.
Do you pick up from anywhere?
Anywhere in the locality, door to door. Dam-town streets are compact and easy; the surrounding acreage is not. If you are outside the town grid, give us the road and the property name.
Is Western Sydney Airport closer?
Yes — WSI is 18 km and about 21 min away against 68 km and 1 hr 5 min to Kingsford Smith. Warragamba is one of the closest towns in the shire to Western Sydney Airport — a fraction of the distance east to Kingsford Smith. The WSI fare is $99 one way, against $199 to Kingsford Smith.
Can a group of eleven travel together?
Yes — eleven passengers with luggage in one minibus for $389, about $35 a seat. That is almost always cheaper than two or three cars and it keeps the group together against a check-in deadline.
Is a private transfer better value than Uber or a taxi?
Usually, and availability tends to settle it before price does. Warragamba is a long way from Kingsford Smith and a short way from the new airport, and a late landing at the wrong one makes that gap very obvious. A metered fare over 68 km also moves with the traffic, while ours is agreed before you travel.
Is there a deposit, or do I pay anything up front?
There is no deposit and nothing payable up front. You settle with the driver on the day of travel and we send a tax invoice afterwards if you need one.
What happens if my flight into Sydney is delayed?
We watch the flight, so the car arrives when you do. A full hour from wheels-down at T1 and forty minutes at T2 and T3 are included at no charge, however late the aircraft is.
Are child seats available on transfers?
Yes, free of charge. We fit capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters before the vehicle leaves the depot, provided the ages come with the booking.
Do you run early morning and late night transfers?
Yes, at any hour and on any day including public holidays. The hour makes no difference to a pre-booked car — that is rather the point of one.
Which suburbs nearby do you also cover?
Silverdale, Wallacia, Glenmore, Wilton nearby, plus all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fixed fare.
