How much is a transfer from Bowral to Western Sydney Airport?
Between $275 and $425, decided by how many seats you need. Each destination has its own fare: from Bowral, Badgerys Creek is $245 and Mascot $275.
Can I book a transfer to Western Sydney Airport yet?
We are taking bookings for departures from that date now, on exactly the same terms as every other run — fixed fare, nothing payable in advance.
How far is Western Sydney Airport from Bowral?
83 km, normally around 1 hr 12 min. Kingsford Smith is 115 km from here, so the new airport saves 32 km and the tolled section with it.
Should I use Badgerys Creek or Mascot?
It is: 83 km rather than 115 km. The distance saving is 32 km and the drive skips the M5 East, which is the part of the Mascot run most likely to cost you twenty minutes.
Where exactly do you drop off at Western Sydney Airport?
At the departures forecourt. Western Sydney International has a single terminal building, so there is no guessing between domestic and international and no shuttle between them — the vehicle stops at the door and the bags come out with you.
Do I pay before I travel?
Nothing up front and no pre-authorisation. The fare is settled at the terminal on the day, however you prefer to pay.
How do you work out the pickup time?
Backwards from the flight rather than forwards from a guess — terminal time, plus 1 hr 12 min on the road, plus a margin. Give us the flight number and the pickup is set against your boarding time rather than an average.
Do you cover early and late flights to Western Sydney?
Yes — the first departures and the last arrivals are ordinary work here, with set fees for pickups before 6am or after 8pm.
Could I get to Badgerys Creek by train or bus instead?
Rail serves the airport from St Marys, not from Bowral. Getting to that line with checked bags is the problem the transfer solves.
What is the largest group you can take to Badgerys Creek?
One eleven-seat minibus takes the lot for $355. Beyond eleven we run a second vehicle and quote it in advance.
Are child seats included?
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters, all fitted before we arrive and all at no extra cost. We need the children's ages when you book rather than on the morning.
What happens if the airline moves my flight?
One message reschedules it. No money has changed hands, so a change costs you nothing.
Do you cover both airports?
Both, each with its own published fare. Kingsford Smith is 115 km from here — the distances, leave-by times and terminal details are on the Bowral to Sydney Airport page.
How much luggage fits?
Luggage decides the vehicle, not the passenger count. Bulky items such as golf clubs, skis, surfboards and bikes are $10 each; tell us at booking.
Is it a private car or a shared shuttle?
Yours alone. There is no shared loop and no interchange — the word shuttle is in our name because of the route, not because you share the car.
How much notice do you need for a WSI run?
A day or two outside the peak weeks; more for a minibus or for January. Booking the return leg at the same time saves thinking about it twice.
Do you only serve the passenger terminal?
Anywhere in the airport precinct, at the same price. The terminal forecourt is simply where most bookings end.
Which other localities nearby do you cover?
Berrima, Burradoo, Welby, Renwick and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance to Badgerys Creek.
