Exeter is a village of hedgerows and estates south of Moss Vale, on the road toward Bundanoon, and we run private fixed-fare transfers from it to Sydney Airport, Western Sydney Airport and both cruise terminals — quoted up front, paid on the day of travel.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle runs private, pre-booked door-to-door transfers from Exeter (NSW 2579) to Sydney Airport, Western Sydney Airport, White Bay Cruise Terminal and the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay. Fares start at $299 one way for one or two passengers and reach $445 for eleven in a single minibus, with tolls, GST, luggage and child seats included. Sydney Airport is 131 km from the Exeter general store and post office, about 1 hr 53 min; Western Sydney Airport is closer at 99 km, roughly 1 hr 25 min, at $269. Quote on 0427 143 612 or through the form — there is no advance payment, you settle on the day of travel.
Published fares, no surge
A private transfer from Exeter to Sydney Airport is a fixed $299 one way for one or two passengers, with each larger vehicle priced in paired bands on the table below.
| Passengers | Vehicle | Fixed fare (one way) | Typical booking |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1–2 | Sedan | $299 | one or two travellers |
| 3 | Kia Carnival | $329 | a small family |
| 4 | Kia Carnival | $329 | four with luggage |
| 5 | People Mover | $359 | holiday departures |
| 6 | People Mover | $359 | two families travelling together |
| 7 | Minibus | $399 | extended families |
| 8 | Minibus | $399 | cruise passengers with full cases |
| 9 | Minibus | $445 | guests travelling as one group |
| 10 | Minibus | $445 | group and club travel |
| 11 | Minibus | $445 | the largest single vehicle |
Prices are per vehicle, not per person — eleven passengers pay $445 in total, about $40 a seat, which is why groups do well here. The bands come in pairs, so an extra passenger is often free. No advance payment and no card hold — you pay on the day of travel. Fares reviewed August 2026.
Three fares, four destinations. Publishing a fixed price per suburb keeps the quote honest and immediate: from Exeter it is $299 to Sydney Airport, $269 to Western Sydney and $339 to either cruise terminal.
Sized to the booking
Four classes, picked to suit the group and the cases rather than to add a line to the quote.

Every class includes the same things. The only thing that changes between cards is how many people and how much luggage fit.
What the drive looks like
Allow about 1 hr 53 min for the 131 km. The route runs north through Sutton Forest to the Hume Motorway, then up to the M5 and east through the tunnel.
The village roads first; then the M5 East. That allowance goes into your pickup time rather than into an optimistic arrival estimate.
Exeter's properties are large and set well back, and the addresses often go by name rather than number. We take both at booking. Travel here runs to long international trips rather than short domestic hops. Coming the other way, off the Hume at Sutton Forest and south through the estates. Hedgerows on both sides, no lighting, and gates that are easy to pass at speed — which is why the driver takes the last leg gently. That leg is covered on the Sydney Airport to Exeter page.
Timed to your departure
Two hours at the terminal internationally, ninety minutes domestically, then the 1 hr 53 min drive and an allowance for the far end. These are the pickup times that fall out.
Pickup around 2:07am. It is ordinary work on this run rather than a special request.
Around 2:37am for a T2 or T3 departure. Estate properties by name rather than number.
Around 5:07am, which clears the worst of the weekday build-up at the city end.
Use them as a guide and send us the flight number — holidays, roadwork and peak-hour departures all move the calculation, which is what we adjust for.
Kingsford Smith, both directions

Straight to the limousine pickup bay once you are through customs. The flight is on our sheet, so border queues and a slow belt are our problem rather than yours — an hour from touchdown is included.
The priority pickup zone at T2 and T3, with forty minutes from landing included. Send a text as you leave the baggage hall and the car is at the door.
Door pickup anywhere in Exeter. Estate properties by name rather than number. Both, please, and tell us whether the gate is normally open.
Two airports, two fixed fares
Exeter to WSI joins the Hume at Sutton Forest and exits at Picton — shorter and cheaper than the eastern route. Western Sydney International is on our standard list and we are quoting it now.
about 1 hr 25 min · toll-free on our route
North through Sutton Forest onto the Hume, off at Picton, then up The Northern Road. Shorter and cheaper than the eastern route from this far south. Route detail on the Exeter to WSI page.
about 1 hr 53 min · Hume, M5 and tunnel
The airport with the full international network, and the terminal most departures from here still use.
$299 to Sydney Airport, $269 to Western Sydney. 12 kilometres and 13 minutes shorter to Badgerys Creek, no tolls on our route, and no airport station access fee, because the car stops at the terminal door.
Get Free QuoteExeter has a station — does rail work?
Rail is a genuine alternative from here, so it deserves setting out properly rather than waving away.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $299 fixed | ~1 hr 53 min, door to door | one vehicle from your door, luggage included, at whatever hour the flight or the ship demands |
| Train via Campbelltown | Opal fares plus $18.61 station access fee each | about 2 hrs at best | Exeter is on the line, but services are infrequent and mostly terminate at Campbelltown, so it is a change plus a wait; the first train of the day is far too late for a dawn flight and the last has gone before most evening internationals land |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~1 hr 53 min if a car accepts | exeter has a station with a very early last service — and the long fare back late at night is one many drivers decline |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~1 hr 53 min plus the car park shuttle | workable for two people on a short trip, until you add the pre-dawn self-drive, the car park shuttle and a fortnight of parking fees |
The station access fee is Transport for NSW's published charge for entering or leaving an airport rail station, and the parking figure is Sydney Airport's advertised long-stay rate at the time of writing — check both before you decide. Rail can suit one person with hand luggage on a mid-morning flight; it stops suiting anyone with a second passenger, checked bags or a departure before dawn.
One vehicle, one number

Eleven passengers travel in one vehicle for $445 — about $40 a seat, against three separate cars, three sets of parking or three rideshare fares. Extended families, sports teams and friends flying out together all book this way.
Send the number of bags along with the number of people — on longer itineraries the luggage, not the headcount, decides which vehicle comes. Child restraints are fitted beforehand and included in the fare.
The honest comparison
Exeter has a station with a very early last service. Past that the village is entirely dependent on booked cars, and the properties are far enough apart that improvising is not realistic.
Nobody can tell you what a metered trip this long will cost until it ends. Ours is agreed in advance, tolls and GST included.
Landing late and finding a driver willing to take a long fare out here is a gamble. Ours is booked, tracking the flight, and waiting when you clear the terminal.
What booking ahead buys you
No shared shuttle route, no interchange and nobody else in the car unless you brought them — the run goes from your address to your terminal.
Where a road narrows, which exit is quicker on a given morning and when the motorway banks up are things you learn by driving them, not by reading a map.
If you land late the pickup has already moved — an hour of free waiting at international and forty minutes at domestic, counted from touchdown.
No deposit, no card hold, nothing payable in advance. You settle with the driver on the day of travel and we email the invoice if you want one.
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters go in before the vehicle leaves and are part of the fare, provided we know the ages.
Public holidays, three in the morning, the last arrival of the night — all normal work when the booking is in.

Answered plainly
A fixed $299 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $445 for eleven in a single minibus. Tolls, GST, child seats and one suitcase plus one carry-on each are included in every figure, and the price does not change once quoted.
About 1 hr 53 min for the 131 km in normal conditions. The route runs north through Sutton Forest to the Hume Motorway, then up to the M5 and east through the tunnel. Allow more through the weekday morning peak.
About 2:07am. We target the terminal two hours before an international departure and ninety minutes before a domestic one, then work back through the drive and a traffic allowance. Send the flight number and we will set the exact minute.
You can, with a change at Campbelltown, but Southern Highlands services are infrequent and the airport stations charge an $18.61 access fee per adult on top of the Opal fare. Around two hours at best, with nothing early enough for a dawn flight and nothing late enough for most evening arrivals.
For two people on a short trip it can be, with budget long-stay parking from around $190 a week. Over a longer trip, with a group, or with a pre-dawn departure, the transfer usually wins once fuel, tolls, the car park shuttle and the self-drive are counted.

Yes — WSI is 99 km and about 1 hr 25 min away against 131 km and 1 hr 53 min to Kingsford Smith. Exeter to WSI joins the Hume at Sutton Forest and exits at Picton — shorter and cheaper than the eastern route. The WSI fare is $269 one way, against $299 to Kingsford Smith.
Yes — eleven passengers with luggage in one minibus for $445, about $40 a seat. That is almost always cheaper than two or three cars and it keeps the group together against a check-in deadline.
Usually, and availability tends to settle it before price does. Exeter has a station with a very early last service. A metered fare over 131 km also moves with the traffic, while ours is agreed before you travel.
There is no deposit and nothing payable up front. You settle with the driver on the day of travel and we send a tax invoice afterwards if you need one.
The pickup follows the aircraft at no extra cost. We track the flight number and allow a full hour from touchdown at T1 and forty minutes at T2 and T3, measured from when you actually land rather than the timetable.
Yes, and included in the fare rather than charged for. Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters are fitted before the vehicle leaves, so we need the children's ages when you book rather than on the morning.
