How much is an airport shuttle from Berrima to Sydney Airport?
A fixed $289 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $425 for eleven in a single minibus. Tolls, GST, child seats and one suitcase plus one carry-on each are included in every figure, and the price does not change once quoted.
How long does the drive from Berrima to Sydney Airport take?
About 1 hr 42 min for the 112 km in normal conditions. The route runs east to the Hume Motorway at Berrima, then north to the M5 and east through the M5 East. Allow more through the weekday morning peak.
What time do you pick up in Berrima for a 6am international flight?
About 2:18am. We target the terminal two hours before an international departure and ninety minutes before a domestic one, then work back through the drive and a traffic allowance. Send the flight number and we will set the exact minute.
Is there a train station here?
No. The nearest platforms are at Burradoo or Moss Vale, so somebody has to drive you there first, then change at Campbelltown and pay the $18.61 airport station access fee per adult. Realistically two and a half hours or more, with nothing running early enough for a morning flight.
Is parking at the airport cheaper than booking a transfer?
It can be for two people on a short trip — budget long-stay parking starts around $190 a week. Add fuel and tolls both ways, the pre-dawn self-drive and the shuttle bus from the car park, and the gap narrows quickly; for a group it disappears entirely.
Do you pick up from anywhere?
Anywhere in the locality, door to door. Sandstone village with narrow streets and limited stopping. The driver will find the nearest workable spot rather than block the lane.
Is Western Sydney Airport closer?
Yes — WSI is 80 km and about 1 hr 14 min away against 112 km and 1 hr 42 min to Kingsford Smith. Berrima to WSI runs north on the Hume and exits at Picton, avoiding the tolled sections altogether. The WSI fare is $259 one way, against $289 to Kingsford Smith.
Can a group of eleven travel together?
Yes — eleven passengers with luggage in one minibus for $425, about $39 a seat. That is almost always cheaper than two or three cars and it keeps the group together against a check-in deadline.
Is a private transfer better value than Uber or a taxi?
Usually, and availability tends to settle it before price does. Guest-house arrivals are common, often as groups off one flight. A metered fare over 112 km also moves with the traffic, while ours is agreed before you travel.
Is there a deposit, or do I pay anything up front?
Neither. There is no advance payment and no card held at booking. You pay on the day of travel by card, cash or PayID, and we email a tax invoice afterwards if you want one.
What happens if my flight into Sydney is delayed?
The pickup follows the aircraft at no extra cost. We track the flight number and allow a full hour from touchdown at T1 and forty minutes at T2 and T3, measured from when you actually land rather than the timetable.
Are child seats available on transfers?
Yes, free of charge. We fit capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters before the vehicle leaves the depot, provided the ages come with the booking.
Do you run early morning and late night transfers?
Yes, at any hour and on any day including public holidays. The hour makes no difference to a pre-booked car — that is rather the point of one.
Which suburbs nearby do you also cover?
Burradoo, Bowral, Welby, Renwick nearby, plus all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fixed fare.
