A private airport shuttle for Burrawang — a hilltop village east of Moss Vale, one street of weatherboard and a well-known general store. Fixed fares to Sydney Airport, Western Sydney Airport, White Bay and the Overseas Passenger Terminal, with nothing to pay until the day you travel.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle runs private, pre-booked door-to-door transfers from Burrawang (NSW 2577) to Sydney Airport, Western Sydney Airport, White Bay Cruise Terminal and the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay. Fares start at $299 one way for one or two passengers and reach $445 for eleven in a single minibus, with tolls, GST, luggage and child seats included. Sydney Airport is 130 km from the Burrawang general store, about 1 hr 57 min; Western Sydney Airport is closer at 98 km, roughly 1 hr 29 min, with its own fixed fare of $269. Quote on 0427 143 612 or through the form — there is no advance payment, you settle on the day of travel.
Published fares, no surge
The Burrawang fare opens at $299 one way for one or two people and steps up in paired bands as the group grows — never by the kilometre.
| Passengers | Vehicle | Fixed fare (one way) | Typical booking |

| 4 | Kia Carnival | $329 | four adults, no squeeze |
| 5 | People Mover | $359 | family holidays |
| 6 | People Mover | $359 | two couples sharing the run |
| 7 | Minibus | $399 | larger family departures |
| 8 | Minibus | $399 | two families sharing one vehicle |

| 10 | Minibus | $445 | teams and work crews |
| 11 | Minibus | $445 | the most we fit in one vehicle |
Prices are per vehicle, not per person — eleven passengers pay $445 in total, about $40 a seat, which is why groups do well here. The bands come in pairs, so an extra passenger is often free. No advance payment and no card hold — you pay on the day of travel. Fares reviewed August 2026.
Same number, whichever terminal. Burrawang pays $299 to Sydney Airport, $269 to Western Sydney Airport and $339 to White Bay or Circular Quay — each price published per suburb, quoted instantly.
Sized to the booking
The vehicle is chosen from your headcount and your luggage — and choosing the bigger one costs nothing extra.

Every class includes the same things. What the drive looks like
Allow about 1 hr 57 min for the 130 km. The route runs west to Moss Vale and north on the Hume from Sutton Forest, then the M5 and the M5 East.
The village roads are narrow and winding; the tunnel at the airport end. That allowance goes into your pickup time rather than into an optimistic arrival estimate.
Burrawang is tiny and the roads in are genuinely narrow, so we allow more time for the first ten minutes than the map does. Most of our work here is guest-house departures and residents heading out on long trips. Coming the other way, off the Hume at Sutton Forest, through Moss Vale and east on the village roads. Narrow, winding and unlit at the end, so the final ten minutes are slower than the map suggests. That leg is covered on the Sydney Airport to Burrawang page.
Timed to your departure
We work backwards from your boarding time: two hours at the terminal for international, ninety minutes for domestic, plus the 1 hr 57 min drive and a traffic margin.
Pickup around 2:03am. It is ordinary work on this run rather than a special request.
Around 2:33am for a T2 or T3 departure. One main street and a scatter of properties around it, mostly identified by name.
Around 5:03am, which clears the worst of the weekday build-up at the city end.
These are base figures rather than quotes. Give us the flight number and we fix the exact time for the conditions on the day.
Kingsford Smith, both directions

Out of customs and across to the limousine pickup area. We watch the flight, and a full hour from touchdown is included before any waiting time applies.
Kerbside in the priority zone, forty minutes allowed from touchdown. A message when your bag is off is all the driver needs.
Door pickup anywhere in Burrawang. One main street and a scatter of properties around it, mostly identified by name. The general store is a reliable landmark if the number is not visible.
Two airports, two fixed fares
Burrawang to WSI runs back through Moss Vale and up the Hume, exiting at Picton for a shorter overall trip. Western Sydney International is on our standard list and we are quoting it now.
about 1 hr 29 min · toll-free on our route
West to Moss Vale, north on the Hume from Sutton Forest, off at Picton, then The Northern Road. The village roads at the start are narrow and winding and cost real time. Route detail on the Burrawang to WSI page.
about 1 hr 57 min · Hume, M5 and tunnel
The airport with the full international network, and the terminal most departures from here still use.
$299 to Sydney Airport, $269 to Western Sydney. 12 kilometres and 14 minutes shorter to Badgerys Creek, no tolls on our route, and no airport station access fee, because the car stops at the terminal door.

There is no station in the locality, which narrows the field considerably.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $299 fixed | ~1 hr 57 min, door to door | your own vehicle door to door, bags included, running to the flight rather than to a timetable |
| Train from Moss Vale or Burradoo | a lift to the station, Opal fares, plus $18.61 access fee each | 2.5 hrs or more, all up | there is no station here, so somebody has to drive you to Moss Vale or Burradoo first; from there services are infrequent, need a change at Campbelltown, and none run early enough for a morning flight |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~1 hr 57 min if a car accepts | guest-house departures and returns are most of our Burrawang work — and the long fare back late at night is one many drivers decline |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~1 hr 57 min plus the car park shuttle | workable for two people on a short trip, until you add the pre-dawn self-drive, the car park shuttle and a fortnight of parking fees |
The station access fee is Transport for NSW's published charge for entering or leaving an airport rail station, and the parking figure is Sydney Airport's advertised long-stay rate at the time of writing — check both before you decide. Rail can suit one person with hand luggage on a mid-morning flight; it stops suiting anyone with a second passenger, checked bags or a departure before dawn.
One vehicle, one number

Eleven passengers travel in one vehicle for $445 — about $40 a seat, against three separate cars, three sets of parking or three rideshare fares. Extended families, sports teams and friends flying out together all book this way.
Give us the bag count with the number of people so the vehicle is right first time. Child restraints are installed before we leave and are included in the fare rather than added to it.
The honest comparison
Guest-house departures and returns are most of our Burrawang work. The village has nothing running at night and the roads in are not ones to drive tired.
A distance-priced fare over 130 km swings with the traffic and with demand. The number we quote is set before you travel and stays set.
The return leg is where unbooked plans come apart: a long fare out of the city late at night is one most drivers decline. A booked car is already on the sheet.
What booking ahead buys you
One vehicle, your trip, no stops along the way and nobody else in it. That is the whole difference from a shared shuttle.
Knowing where a road narrows and when the motorway backs up comes from running it constantly, which matters most at the hours these trips leave.
Delays move your pickup automatically and cost nothing extra — a full hour at international, forty minutes at domestic, from the moment you land.
Nothing is charged at booking and no card is held. You pay on the day of travel by card, cash or PayID, with a tax invoice emailed afterwards if you need one.
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters installed before departure, included in the fare rather than charged on top.
Three in the morning, Christmas Day, the last international of the night — the service runs to your itinerary provided it is booked.

Answered plainly
A fixed $299 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $445 for eleven in a single minibus. Tolls, GST, child seats and one suitcase plus one carry-on each are included in every figure, and the price does not change once quoted.
About 1 hr 57 min for the 130 km in normal conditions. The route runs west to Moss Vale and north on the Hume from Sutton Forest, then the M5 and the M5 East. Allow more through the weekday morning peak.
About 2:03am. We target the terminal two hours before an international departure and ninety minutes before a domestic one, then work back through the drive and a traffic allowance. Send the flight number and we will set the exact minute.
No. The nearest platforms are at Moss Vale or Burradoo, so somebody has to drive you there first, then change at Campbelltown and pay the $18.61 airport station access fee per adult. Realistically two and a half hours or more, with nothing running early enough for a morning flight.
It can be for two people on a short trip — budget long-stay parking starts around $190 a week. Add fuel and tolls both ways, the pre-dawn self-drive and the shuttle bus from the car park, and the gap narrows quickly; for a group it disappears entirely.
Anywhere in the locality, door to door. One main street and a scatter of properties around it, mostly identified by name. The general store is a reliable landmark if the number is not visible.

Yes — eleven passengers with luggage in one minibus for $445, about $40 a seat. That is almost always cheaper than two or three cars and it keeps the group together against a check-in deadline.
Usually, and availability tends to settle it before price does. Guest-house departures and returns are most of our Burrawang work. A metered fare over 130 km also moves with the traffic, while ours is agreed before you travel.
No to both. Nothing is charged when you book and no card is held — payment happens on the day of travel, by card, cash or PayID, with an invoice by email on request.
We watch the flight, so the car arrives when you do. A full hour from wheels-down at T1 and forty minutes at T2 and T3 are included at no charge, however late the aircraft is.
Yes, and included in the fare rather than charged for. Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters are fitted before the vehicle leaves, so we need the children's ages when you book rather than on the morning.
