How much is an airport shuttle from Bringelly to Sydney Airport?
A fixed $139 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $379 for eleven in a single minibus. Tolls, GST, child seats and one suitcase plus one carry-on each are included in every figure, and the price does not change once quoted.
How long does the drive from Bringelly to Sydney Airport take?
About 45 min for the 44 km in normal conditions. The route runs south on The Northern Road to Camden Valley Way, then the M5 at Prestons and east through the M5 East. Allow more through the weekday morning peak.
What time do you pick up in Bringelly for a 6am international flight?
About 3:15am. We target the terminal two hours before an international departure and ninety minutes before a domestic one, then work back through the drive and a traffic allowance. Send the flight number and we will set the exact minute.
Is there a train station here?
No. The nearest platforms are at Campbelltown or Menangle, so somebody has to drive you there first, then change at Campbelltown and pay the $18.61 airport station access fee per adult. Realistically two and a half hours or more, with nothing running early enough for a morning flight.
Is parking at the airport cheaper than booking a transfer?
It can be for two people on a short trip — budget long-stay parking starts around $190 a week. Add fuel and tolls both ways, the pre-dawn self-drive and the shuttle bus from the car park, and the gap narrows quickly; for a group it disappears entirely.
Do you pick up from anywhere?
Anywhere in the locality, door to door. Crossroads village with properties spread along both highways. Tell us which road and which side; at night the two look much the same.
Is Western Sydney Airport closer?
Yes — WSI is 11 km and about 14 min away against 44 km and 45 min to Kingsford Smith. Nowhere in the shire is closer. Western Sydney Airport is effectively on Bringelly's doorstep — under ten minutes, door to terminal. The WSI fare is $69 one way, against $139 to Kingsford Smith.
Can a group of eleven travel together?
Yes — eleven passengers with luggage in one minibus for $379, about $34 a seat. That is almost always cheaper than two or three cars and it keeps the group together against a check-in deadline.
Is a private transfer better value than Uber or a taxi?
Usually, and availability tends to settle it before price does. Bringelly is the one address where the return leg from Kingsford Smith feels absurdly long compared with the alternative — the new airport is under ten minutes away. A metered fare over 44 km also moves with the traffic, while ours is agreed before you travel.
Is there a deposit, or do I pay anything up front?
Neither. There is no advance payment and no card held at booking. You pay on the day of travel by card, cash or PayID, and we email a tax invoice afterwards if you want one.
What happens if my flight into Sydney is delayed?
We watch the flight, so the car arrives when you do. A full hour from wheels-down at T1 and forty minutes at T2 and T3 are included at no charge, however late the aircraft is.
Are child seats available on transfers?
Yes, and included in the fare rather than charged for. Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters are fitted before the vehicle leaves, so we need the children's ages when you book rather than on the morning.
Do you run early morning and late night transfers?
Every day of the year. Pre-dawn departures and last-arrival collections are ordinary work here — it is the advance booking that makes them dependable, not the hour.
Which suburbs nearby do you also cover?
Grasmere, Cobbitty, Camden South, Cawdor nearby, plus all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fixed fare.
