How much is an airport shuttle from Mowbray Park to Sydney Airport?
A fixed $229 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $429 for eleven in a single minibus. Tolls, GST, child seats and one suitcase plus one carry-on each are included in every figure, and the price does not change once quoted.
How long does the drive from Mowbray Park to Sydney Airport take?
About 1 hr 12 min for the 69 km in normal conditions. The route runs north through The Oaks to Camden, then Camden Valley Way and the M5 east into the tunnel. Allow more through the weekday morning peak.
What time do you pick up in Mowbray Park for a 6am international flight?
About 2:48am. We target the terminal two hours before an international departure and ninety minutes before a domestic one, then work back through the drive and a traffic allowance. Send the flight number and we will set the exact minute.
Is there a train station here?
No. The nearest platforms are at Picton or Thirlmere, so somebody has to drive you there first, then change at Campbelltown and pay the $18.61 airport station access fee per adult. Realistically two and a half hours or more, with nothing running early enough for a morning flight.
Is parking at the airport cheaper than booking a transfer?
It can be for two people on a short trip — budget long-stay parking starts around $190 a week. Add fuel and tolls both ways, the pre-dawn self-drive and the shuttle bus from the car park, and the gap narrows quickly; for a group it disappears entirely.
Do you pick up from anywhere?
Anywhere in the locality, door to door. Farm gates, cattle grids and shared access tracks. Tell us the property name — out here it is more reliable than the number.
Is Western Sydney Airport closer?
Yes — WSI is 37 km and about 50 min away against 69 km and 1 hr 12 min to Kingsford Smith. Mowbray Park to WSI avoids the motorway network altogether and lands well inside the hour. The WSI fare is $169 one way, against $229 to Kingsford Smith.
Can a group of eleven travel together?
Yes — eleven passengers with luggage in one minibus for $429, about $39 a seat. That is almost always cheaper than two or three cars and it keeps the group together against a check-in deadline.
Is a private transfer better value than Uber or a taxi?
Usually, and availability tends to settle it before price does. A good share of our Mowbray Park arrivals are guests returning to the farmstay rather than residents, often as a group off one flight. A metered fare over 69 km also moves with the traffic, while ours is agreed before you travel.
Is there a deposit, or do I pay anything up front?
No to both. Nothing is charged when you book and no card is held — payment happens on the day of travel, by card, cash or PayID, with an invoice by email on request.
What happens if my flight into Sydney is delayed?
We watch the flight, so the car arrives when you do. A full hour from wheels-down at T1 and forty minutes at T2 and T3 are included at no charge, however late the aircraft is.
Are child seats available on transfers?
Yes, and included in the fare rather than charged for. Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters are fitted before the vehicle leaves, so we need the children's ages when you book rather than on the morning.
Do you run early morning and late night transfers?
Yes, at any hour and on any day including public holidays. The hour makes no difference to a pre-booked car — that is rather the point of one.
Which suburbs nearby do you also cover?
Oakdale, Belimbla Park, Lakesland, The Oaks nearby, plus all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fixed fare.
