How much is an airport shuttle from Grasmere to Sydney Airport?
A fixed $169 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $389 for eleven in a single minibus. Tolls, GST, child seats and one suitcase plus one carry-on each are included in every figure, and the price does not change once quoted.
How long does the drive from Grasmere to Sydney Airport take?
About 1 hr 4 min for the 60 km in normal conditions. The route runs through Camden onto Camden Valley Way, then the M5 and the M5 East to the terminals. Allow more through the weekday morning peak.
What time do you pick up in Grasmere for a 6am international flight?
About 2:56am. We target the terminal two hours before an international departure and ninety minutes before a domestic one, then work back through the drive and a traffic allowance. Send the flight number and we will set the exact minute.
Is there a train station here?
No. The nearest platforms are at Menangle or Campbelltown, so somebody has to drive you there first, then change at Campbelltown and pay the $18.61 airport station access fee per adult. Realistically two and a half hours or more, with nothing running early enough for a morning flight.
Is parking at the airport cheaper than booking a transfer?
It can be for two people on a short trip — budget long-stay parking starts around $190 a week. Add fuel and tolls both ways, the pre-dawn self-drive and the shuttle bus from the car park, and the gap narrows quickly; for a group it disappears entirely.
Do you pick up from anywhere?
Anywhere in the locality, door to door. Rural entrances rather than street frontages. The gate is what the driver needs, not the number.
Is Western Sydney Airport closer?
Yes — WSI is 26 km and about 37 min away against 60 km and 1 hr 4 min to Kingsford Smith. Grasmere is one of the closest points in the district to the new airport. The WSI fare is $109 one way, against $169 to Kingsford Smith.
Can a group of eleven travel together?
Yes — eleven passengers with luggage in one minibus for $389, about $35 a seat. That is almost always cheaper than two or three cars and it keeps the group together against a check-in deadline.
Is a private transfer better value than Uber or a taxi?
Usually, and availability tends to settle it before price does. Close to Camden but not served by anything that runs late. A metered fare over 60 km also moves with the traffic, while ours is agreed before you travel.
Is there a deposit, or do I pay anything up front?
Neither. There is no advance payment and no card held at booking. You pay on the day of travel by card, cash or PayID, and we email a tax invoice afterwards if you want one.
What happens if my flight into Sydney is delayed?
Nothing changes for you. The flight number is tracked, so a delay moves the pickup automatically — an hour of free waiting at international and forty minutes at domestic, counted from touchdown.
Are child seats available on transfers?
Yes, and included in the fare rather than charged for. Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters are fitted before the vehicle leaves, so we need the children's ages when you book rather than on the morning.
Do you run early morning and late night transfers?
Around the clock, all year. Early starts and midnight arrivals are routine on this run; the booking is what makes them reliable.
Which suburbs nearby do you also cover?
Cobbitty, Bringelly, Camden South, Cawdor nearby, plus all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fixed fare.
