How much is an airport shuttle from Renwick to Sydney Airport?
A fixed $275 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $425 for eleven in a single minibus. Tolls, GST, child seats and one suitcase plus one carry-on each are included in every figure, and the price does not change once quoted.
How long does the drive from Renwick to Sydney Airport take?
About 1 hr 33 min for the 107 km in normal conditions. The route runs through Mittagong onto the Hume Motorway, north to the M5 and east through the tunnel. Allow more through the weekday morning peak.
What time do you pick up in Renwick for a 6am international flight?
About 2:27am. We target the terminal two hours before an international departure and ninety minutes before a domestic one, then work back through the drive and a traffic allowance. Send the flight number and we will set the exact minute.
Is there a train station here?
No. The nearest platforms are at Mittagong or Bowral, so somebody has to drive you there first, then change at Campbelltown and pay the $18.61 airport station access fee per adult. Realistically two and a half hours or more, with nothing running early enough for a morning flight.
Is parking at the airport cheaper than booking a transfer?
It can be for two people on a short trip — budget long-stay parking starts around $190 a week. Add fuel and tolls both ways, the pre-dawn self-drive and the shuttle bus from the car park, and the gap narrows quickly; for a group it disappears entirely.
Do you pick up from anywhere?
Anywhere in the locality, door to door. Cross street at booking, because the release stages look alike and several street names run in series.
Is Western Sydney Airport closer?
Yes — WSI is 75 km and about 1 hr 5 min away against 107 km and 1 hr 33 min to Kingsford Smith. Renwick to WSI is the shorter airport run by a clear margin, exiting the Hume at Picton. The WSI fare is $245 one way, against $275 to Kingsford Smith.
Where can visitors stay nearby?
There is no accommodation in the locality itself, so visitors generally stay in the nearest town. We collect from the door wherever that is, at a fixed published fare, in both directions.
Can a group of eleven travel together?
Yes — eleven passengers with luggage in one minibus for $425, about $39 a seat. That is almost always cheaper than two or three cars and it keeps the group together against a check-in deadline.
Is a private transfer better value than Uber or a taxi?
Usually, and availability tends to settle it before price does. The estate is new enough that map data lags. A metered fare over 107 km also moves with the traffic, while ours is agreed before you travel.
Is there a deposit, or do I pay anything up front?
There is no deposit and nothing payable up front. You settle with the driver on the day of travel and we send a tax invoice afterwards if you need one.
What happens if my flight into Sydney is delayed?
Nothing changes for you. The flight number is tracked, so a delay moves the pickup automatically — an hour of free waiting at international and forty minutes at domestic, counted from touchdown.
Are child seats available on transfers?
Yes, and included in the fare rather than charged for. Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters are fitted before the vehicle leaves, so we need the children's ages when you book rather than on the morning.
Do you run early morning and late night transfers?
Yes, at any hour and on any day including public holidays. The hour makes no difference to a pre-booked car — that is rather the point of one.
Which suburbs nearby do you also cover?
Welby, Mittagong, Woodlands, Braemar nearby, plus all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fixed fare.
