How much is an airport shuttle from Bundanoon to Sydney Airport?
A fixed $325 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $475 for eleven in a single minibus. Tolls, GST, child seats and one suitcase plus one carry-on each are included in every figure, and the price does not change once quoted.
How long does the drive from Bundanoon to Sydney Airport take?
About 2 hr 1 min for the 140 km in normal conditions. The route runs north through Exeter to the Hume Motorway at Sutton Forest, then up to the M5 and east through the M5 East. Allow more through the weekday morning peak.
What time do you pick up in Bundanoon for a 6am international flight?
About 1:59am. We target the terminal two hours before an international departure and ninety minutes before a domestic one, then work back through the drive and a traffic allowance. Send the flight number and we will set the exact minute.
Can I take the train to the airport instead?
You can, with a change at Campbelltown, but Southern Highlands services are infrequent and the airport stations charge an $18.61 access fee per adult on top of the Opal fare. Around two hours at best, with nothing early enough for a dawn flight and nothing late enough for most evening arrivals.
Is parking at the airport cheaper than a transfer?
For two people on a short trip it can be, with budget long-stay parking from around $190 a week. Over a longer trip, with a group, or with a pre-dawn departure, the transfer usually wins once fuel, tolls, the car park shuttle and the self-drive are counted.
Do you pick up from anywhere?
Anywhere in the locality, door to door. Village streets are manageable; the properties out toward the national park are not. Give us the road and the property name if you are beyond the village grid.
Is Western Sydney Airport closer?
Yes — WSI is 108 km and about 1 hr 33 min away against 140 km and 2 hr 1 min to Kingsford Smith. Even from Bundanoon, the furthest point we serve, Western Sydney Airport is the shorter trip — the Hume exit at Picton saves the entire eastern run. The WSI fare is $295 one way, against $325 to Kingsford Smith.
Can a group of eleven travel together?
Yes — eleven passengers with luggage in one minibus for $475, about $43 a seat. That is almost always cheaper than two or three cars and it keeps the group together against a check-in deadline.
Is a private transfer better value than Uber or a taxi?
Usually, and availability tends to settle it before price does. Bundanoon is the furthest point we serve and the least served by anything else. A metered fare over 140 km also moves with the traffic, while ours is agreed before you travel.
Is there a deposit, or do I pay anything up front?
There is no deposit and nothing payable up front. You settle with the driver on the day of travel and we send a tax invoice afterwards if you need one.
What happens if my flight into Sydney is delayed?
We watch the flight, so the car arrives when you do. A full hour from wheels-down at T1 and forty minutes at T2 and T3 are included at no charge, however late the aircraft is.
Are child seats available on transfers?
Yes, at no cost. Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters are installed before departure — just give us the ages at the time of booking.
Do you run early morning and late night transfers?
Around the clock, all year. Early starts and midnight arrivals are routine on this run; the booking is what makes them reliable.
Which suburbs nearby do you also cover?
Robertson, Fitzroy Falls, Burrawang, Exeter nearby, plus all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fixed fare.
