How much is an airport shuttle from Camden South to Sydney Airport?
A fixed $179 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $389 for eleven in a single minibus. Tolls, GST, child seats and one suitcase plus one carry-on each are included in every figure, and the price does not change once quoted.
How long does the drive from Camden South to Sydney Airport take?
About 52 min for the 58 km in normal conditions. The route runs north through Camden onto Camden Valley Way, then the M5 at Prestons and east through the M5 East. Allow more through the weekday morning peak.
What time do you pick up in Camden South for a 6am international flight?
About 3:08am. We target the terminal two hours before an international departure and ninety minutes before a domestic one, then work back through the drive and a traffic allowance. Send the flight number and we will set the exact minute.
Is there a train station here?
No. The nearest platforms are at Menangle or Campbelltown, so somebody has to drive you there first, then change at Campbelltown and pay the $18.61 airport station access fee per adult. Realistically two and a half hours or more, with nothing running early enough for a morning flight.
Is parking at the airport cheaper than booking a transfer?
It can be for two people on a short trip — budget long-stay parking starts around $190 a week. Add fuel and tolls both ways, the pre-dawn self-drive and the shuttle bus from the car park, and the gap narrows quickly; for a group it disappears entirely.
Do you pick up from anywhere?
Anywhere in the locality, door to door. Suburban streets, clear numbering, easy access. If you have a pram and cases, tell us and the vehicle will be sized so nothing has to be carried twice.
Is Western Sydney Airport closer?
Yes — WSI is 29 km and about 31 min away against 58 km and 52 min to Kingsford Smith. From Camden South the new airport is a twenty-five minute run on ordinary roads with no tolls. The WSI fare is $149 one way, against $179 to Kingsford Smith.
Can a group of eleven travel together?
Yes — eleven passengers with luggage in one minibus for $389, about $35 a seat. That is almost always cheaper than two or three cars and it keeps the group together against a check-in deadline.
Is a private transfer better value than Uber or a taxi?
Usually, and availability tends to settle it before price does. Family arrivals dominate here, and family arrivals mean tired children and a lot of luggage. A metered fare over 58 km also moves with the traffic, while ours is agreed before you travel.
Is there a deposit, or do I pay anything up front?
There is no deposit and nothing payable up front. You settle with the driver on the day of travel and we send a tax invoice afterwards if you need one.
What happens if my flight into Sydney is delayed?
We watch the flight, so the car arrives when you do. A full hour from wheels-down at T1 and forty minutes at T2 and T3 are included at no charge, however late the aircraft is.
Are child seats available on transfers?
Yes, free of charge. We fit capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters before the vehicle leaves the depot, provided the ages come with the booking.
Do you run early morning and late night transfers?
Every day of the year. Pre-dawn departures and last-arrival collections are ordinary work here — it is the advance booking that makes them dependable, not the hour.
Which suburbs nearby do you also cover?
Grasmere, Cobbitty, Bringelly, Camden nearby, plus all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fixed fare.
