The Southern Highlands runs on weekend visitors, and most of them arrive by air. We move guests between Sydney's airports and the guest houses, country hotels and wedding venues across the three districts — and back again on the Sunday, at a fare fixed before anyone gets on a plane.
What we cover
The commonest booking of the four. A flight into Sydney and a guest house in Bowral, Berrima, Moss Vale or Mittagong, with the drive done while you sleep off the flight rather than while you navigate the Hume in a hire car.
The Southern Highlands hosts a great many weddings and the guests fly in from everywhere. One eleven-seat vehicle moving a group from the airport to the venue is usually far cheaper per head than the alternative, and considerably easier to coordinate.
A pre-cruise night in the city then a morning run to White Bay or the Overseas Passenger Terminal, sized for cruise luggage rather than overnight bags.
Corporate stays in Camden, Narellan or Campbelltown where the hotel and the meeting are not in the same place and a hire car is more trouble than it is worth.
How it works
Where one end of the trip is a suburb we serve, the published fare for that suburb applies. A run from Sydney Airport to a guest house in Bowral is the Bowral fare, exactly as a run to a private address in Bowral would be. The accommodation makes no difference to the price.
Where both ends are outside our published list — a city hotel to a city terminal, for instance — the job is quoted individually, and that quote is fixed once you accept it in exactly the same way a published fare is.
For a wedding or a group booking arriving on several flights, tell us all the arrival times at once. It is usually cheaper and always simpler to plan the vehicles together than to book four separate jobs and hope the timings work.
Venue and accommodation staff are welcome to book on a guest's behalf, and regularly do. We just need a mobile number for whoever is actually travelling so the driver can reach them.
Late arrivals
We track the aircraft, so a delayed arrival simply moves the pickup. What matters is that somebody at the accommodation knows a late arrival is coming.
Set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm. A 1am run out to the Highlands costs the 1pm fare plus a set $20 fee.
Sixty minutes of free waiting at T1 and forty at T2 and T3, measured from touchdown rather than from the schedule.
Not at the end of a long rural driveway. Send the property name and any gate detail — Highlands addresses can be genuinely hard to find in the dark.

Everything else
Yes — hotels, motels, guest houses, B&Bs, farm stays, wedding venues and function centres. The fare is the published price for the suburb the property is in.
Yes, and they often do. We just need a mobile number for whoever is actually travelling so the driver can reach them on the day.
Yes, and it is worth sending us all the flight details together rather than booking separately. Depending on the timings, several guests can often share one vehicle, which is cheaper per head and simpler for everybody.
That is between you and the accommodation, but tell us the flight and we will get you there whatever the hour; set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm. It is worth warning the property that a late arrival is coming.
Yes, and book it at the same time as the arrival. Sunday afternoons out of the Highlands are busy, particularly in wedding season, and the vehicle is not guaranteed if you leave it late.
Yes. A city hotel to White Bay or the Overseas Passenger Terminal is quoted individually since neither end is one of our 75 suburbs, and the quote is fixed once you accept it.
Not normally. The published suburb fare covers a normal sealed-road address. Genuinely restricted access is covered in clause 10 of the terms and is discussed with you beforehand, never added afterwards.
