- Two large cases and two cabin bags
- The default for a couple or a solo traveller
- Child restraints fitted on request
The commonest booking mistake is counting people and forgetting cases. Four adults with four full-size suitcases do not fit in a car sized for four adults, and an airport kerb at 5am is the worst possible place to discover it. Tell us the luggage as well as the head count and the right vehicle is allocated before it leaves the depot.
The default
A comfortable, air-conditioned sedan is what turns up for most bookings, and from $139 it is the cheapest way for one or two people to reach an airport from this district. It takes two large suitcases in the boot and two cabin bags on the back seat without anything being wedged in.
Where it stops working is a third adult with a third full-size case. Two people going away for a month are still a sedan booking; three people going away for a weekend usually are too. Three people with three big cases are not.
A baby capsule or a forward-facing child seat can be fitted in a sedan and is included in the fare, but a capsule occupies a seat and reduces the usable back-seat space, so a couple travelling with an infant is often better in the Kia Carnival.

The four vehicles

Prices are the lowest published fare in each band; your own suburb's number is on the fares page.
The rest of the fleet
From $199. Four seats and four full-size cases with the third row folded flat. The higher seating position makes it noticeably easier to get in and out of, which matters more than people expect on a 4am pickup or after a long-haul flight. This is the usual choice for a family of four.
From $239. Six seats with luggage space for six, and sliding side doors that open properly in a tight driveway or at a crowded terminal kerb. It is the standard vehicle for cruise runs from this district, because cruise luggage is bulky rather than merely numerous.
From $359. Eleven people in one vehicle at one published fare, which almost always works out cheaper per head than three separate cars and keeps the group together. A trailer is available where the luggage load is genuinely large. There is a finite number of these, so it is the vehicle to book early.
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters are fitted at no extra charge in whichever vehicle you book. Send us the ages rather than the number of children, because the age determines which restraint is legally required and how long it takes to fit properly.

What every vehicle has
The inclusions do not change with the vehicle. Every booking is private — your party alone, door to door, with no second pickup on the way and no shared shuttle circling the district. Tolls, GST and child restraints are inside the fare in a minibus exactly as they are in a sedan.
Every vehicle is driven by an accredited driver under NSW Point to Point authorisation, and every booking is tracked against your flight or your ship rather than against a clock. The waiting allowance, the flight tracking and the meet-inside-the-terminal arrangement apply regardless of what you are travelling in.
What changes with the vehicle is space, and only space. There is no premium tier and no stripped-back tier — the larger number on a minibus reflects a larger vehicle, not a better standard of service.
Everything else
Count the cases as well as the people, then use the table above. If you are on the line between two sizes, go up — the price difference is smaller than the problem of not fitting. If you tell us both numbers when you book we will make the call for you.
Yes, with the third row folded flat — that is exactly what the band is sized for. Four people with four cases plus a set of golf clubs is a people mover, so mention anything bulky.
Yes, but tell us at booking. A pram usually costs you the equivalent of a suitcase in boot space; a bike box or a set of skis often pushes a booking up a size. It is not a problem when we know in advance and a serious one when we do not.
No, considerably less. Eleven people travel on one published fare, so the per-head cost is usually well under half what three separate cars would be, and the group stays together.
Yes, on request. A wheelchair-accessible van with a hydraulic lift can be arranged with at least 24 hours’ notice, so ask for it as early as you can — it is not a vehicle we can produce the same morning. Mobility aids, walking frames and oxygen tanks travel at no extra cost in any of our vehicles, and a folding wheelchair fits in all four sizes.
Yes, in every vehicle, at no extra charge. Give us the ages at booking — the age sets which restraint is legally required, and fitting one properly takes time we would rather spend before the pickup than at your front door.
For the minibus, yes, and it is worth asking about for a large group with a fortnight of luggage or sporting equipment. It is quoted when you book rather than added afterwards.
Never. Every job is a private vehicle for your party only. Nobody else is collected on the way and there is no waiting for the vehicle to fill.
Tell us as soon as you know. Moving a booking up a size before the day is straightforward; finding a second vehicle on the morning of an early flight is not.
