Scroll the table for all 75 suburbs, or type yours in the box. Fares are one way and include tolls, GST, child restraints and one suitcase plus one carry-on per passenger. The return run adds a set $10 pickup fee, and a separate fare applies to Western Sydney International. Reviewed August 2026.
Distance and time
These are measured road times rather than optimistic estimates, taken across the three districts we cover. Your own suburb page carries the exact figure for your address.
| District | Road distance | Typical drive |
|---|---|---|
| Wollondilly Shire Picton, Tahmoor, Bargo | 60–160 km | 56–198 min |
| Macarthur Camden, Narellan, Campbelltown | 44–72 km | 44–74 min |
| Southern Highlands Mittagong, Bowral, Moss Vale | 93–138 km | 73–111 min |
Times are for normal conditions. A weekday run through the 6am–9am peak pushes toward the upper end of each band, and we build that into the pickup rather than leaving you to absorb it.
How it works on the day
Work backwards from the check-in cut-off, not forwards from when you feel like leaving. Sydney Airport asks domestic passengers to be at the counter 60 minutes before departure and international passengers three hours before. Add the drive from your suburb, add a margin for the M5 or the Hume, and the pickup time falls out of the arithmetic rather than out of a guess.
Be at the terminal 60 minutes before the aircraft is scheduled to push back. From the Southern Highlands that usually means a pickup around three hours before departure; from Camden or Campbelltown, closer to two and a half.
Three hours before departure at the counter. On an early-morning long-haul out of the Highlands the car is often at the door before 3am, which is exactly the hour when no other option is reliable.
Between 6am and 9am the M5 corridor adds real time. Where your flight falls inside that window we build the extra in rather than hoping the run is clear.
Send us the new number and the pickup is re-timed at no cost. Nothing has been charged, so there is nothing to refund or rebook.
Give us the flight number rather than the time you would like to leave, and the pickup is calculated rather than estimated.
The vehicle that turns up
The vehicle is chosen by the size of your party and the volume of luggage, then held for you. Prices shown are the lowest published fare in that band; your own suburb's number is in the table above.
Tell us the case count as well as the head count. Four people with four full-size cases need the people mover rather than the Kia Carnival, and the morning of an early flight is the wrong time to find that out. See the full fleet.
Where we run
Seventy-five suburbs across three districts, each with its own published fare to Sydney Airport and its own page for the outbound run. These are the four best-known towns in each district; the full list is in the fare table above.

Weighing it up
There are four realistic ways to reach Sydney Airport from this district. Here is how they actually compare on a 6am departure, rather than on the brochure.
| The alternative | What it actually means | With a fixed-fare transfer |
|---|---|---|
| Drive and park | Cheaper than people assume if you pre-book a budget off-airport car park, and considerably dearer if you turn up at the gate. Either way you drive the round trip twice, pay the fuel, and walk to the terminal with the bags. | Not always cheaper on ticket price alone — but nobody drives four hours, the car stays at home, and the number does not depend on how early you reserved a bay. |
| Train from the nearest station | The Southern Highlands and Macarthur lines both work, but the Airport Link station access fee is $18.61 per adult on top of the fare, and early departures are before the first train. | For two or more people travelling together the transfer is usually cheaper once the access fee is counted, and it runs at 3am. |
| Rideshare | Surge pricing on a 5am booking is unpredictable, and coverage this far out of the city is thin enough that a cancellation at 4am is a real risk. | The price is fixed at booking and the vehicle is allocated in advance, not auctioned when you open the app. |
| A taxi | A metered run of 60 to 110 km has no ceiling until you arrive, and the meter keeps moving in traffic. | You know the number before the car leaves, and traffic is our problem rather than yours. |
We have written each of these up properly — see transfer or taxi, transfer or rideshare, transfer or train and transfer or airport parking.
Why book this rather than something else
No deposit, no card held, no cancellation window to watch. If the flight moves or the trip falls over entirely, there is nothing to claw back — you simply tell us and the diary entry disappears.
A 4am pickup out of the Highlands costs the 2pm fare plus the set $20 fee for pickups before 6am. No peak surcharge for flying on a Friday; set fees only for pickups before 6am or after 8pm.
The pickup is worked backwards from the counter cut-off with the drive and the M5 factored in. That is arithmetic you can check, rather than a departure time somebody felt was about right.
No second pickup on the way to Mascot, no shared shuttle circling the district collecting strangers, no depot wait for the van to fill. You leave when you are ready to leave.
Start to finish
Your pickup suburb, the date, and the flight number. That is enough to price the job, size the vehicle and work out what time the car needs to be at your door.
You get your suburb's published fare, the vehicle allocated to it, and a pickup time calculated backwards from the check-in cut-off. No money changes hands at this point.
A few minutes ahead of the agreed time, at the address you gave us. The driver loads the cases while you lock up.
T1, T2 or T3, at the doors rather than in a car park. You pay the driver there, by card, cash or PayID.

The other five routes
Every suburb has a page for each of these six routes, with its own fare, its own drive time and its own timing advice. Pick the one that matches your trip.

Everything else
Between $139 and $949 one way, depending on which of the 75 suburbs you are in and how many people are travelling. Every suburb has a published price and you can read it in the table above without asking anyone for a quote. Each airport has its own published fare; arrivals add the $10 pickup fee.
It is calculated backwards from your check-in cut-off rather than guessed. Sydney Airport asks domestic passengers to be at the counter 60 minutes before departure and international passengers three hours before; we add the drive from your address and a margin for the M5 corridor. Give us the flight number and the pickup time falls out of the arithmetic.
Between 44 and 198 minutes depending on your suburb, in normal conditions. Camden and Campbelltown sit at the short end of that range, the Southern Highlands and the remote west at the long end. Between 6am and 9am the M5 adds real time and we build it in.
Whichever one your airline uses — T1 for international, T2 for Jetstar, Rex and Virgin, T3 for Qantas domestic. You are dropped at the terminal kerb, not in a car park, so there is no walk with the bags and no shuttle in the middle.
Send us the new flight number and the pickup is re-timed at no charge. Because nothing has been taken at booking there is no refund to process and no rebooking fee — it is simply a different time in the diary.
Yes, at any hour. A pickup before 6am adds a set $20 to the published fare. There is no weekend or public-holiday loading. A 3am pickup out of the Southern Highlands for a dawn international departure is a routine booking rather than a special request.
It depends entirely on which car park and how far ahead you book it. A pre-booked budget long-stay space can start around $190 a week and will often undercut a return transfer on price alone; drive-up rates at the terminal car parks are several times that and rarely will. What no parking price includes is the two round trips you drive yourself, the fuel, and the fortnight your car spends in a car park. We would rather set that out than claim we always win.
Yes. Collecting a second household on the way is fine as long as it is broadly on the route — tell us both addresses when you book so the timing accounts for the extra stop. A detour to the far side of the district is a different job and priced as one.
A sedan takes two large cases and two cabin bags comfortably. Above that the vehicle steps up — the people mover and the minibus are chosen for volume as much as for seats. Tell us if you are carrying golf clubs, a pram, skis or a bike box and the right vehicle is allocated rather than hoped for.
No. Nothing is charged at booking and no card is held. You confirm the job, we confirm the vehicle and the pickup time, and the driver is paid on the day — card, cash or PayID. If the flight is cancelled the week before, there is nothing to refund.
No. The published fare covers tolls, GST, child restraints and one suitcase plus one carry-on per passenger. There is no fuel levy and no booking fee; collecting you from the airport adds a set $10.
No. Every booking is a private vehicle for your party alone. There is no second pickup on the way to the airport and no depot wait for the van to fill up.
Yes, included in the fare rather than charged as an extra. Send us the age and approximate weight of each child when you book, so the right restraint is fitted before the car leaves — rear-facing capsule for 0–6 months, forward-facing seat with an inbuilt harness for 6 months to 4 years, booster for 4 to 7 years. Fitting them properly takes time, which is why the ages matter more than the count.
A few days is comfortable for a weekday flight. School holidays, the fortnight around Christmas, and anything needing the eleven-seater deserve as much notice as you can give — the large vehicle is the one that runs out.
It follows your party size and luggage volume: sedan for one or two, Kia Carnival for three or four, people mover for five or six, eleven-seat minibus above that. The fare table on this page shows which band you fall into.
