Sutton Forest to Western Sydney Airport, door to terminal. Sutton Forest is the estate country around the Hume interchange south of Moss Vale, all avenues of oaks and long approaches, and from here the new airport is the shorter drive: one agreed fare, one vehicle, nobody else in it.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle drives Sutton Forest (NSW 2577) to Western Sydney International at Badgerys Creek — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. The airport takes passengers, and it is 87 km from the Sutton Forest interchange on the Hume to the terminal, about 1 hr 18 min. That is 32 km shorter than the 119 km run to Kingsford Smith, and our route carries no tolls. The fare is $265 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $375 for eleven in one vehicle — the Sydney Airport run from here is $295. Nothing is payable in advance. One message books it; nothing is charged until the day. Quote on 0427 143 612.

Its own fare, and a shorter drive. The fare here is $265, against $295 for the Mascot run; what you also gain from Sutton Forest is a shorter drive on an untolled road and a terminal you can actually park a car at.
Matched to your group
The vehicle is matched to your group before the day, so nothing has to be renegotiated when the boot turns out to be too small.

The only thing that changes between cards is how many people and how much luggage fit.
The western run
Allow about 1 hr 18 min for the 87 km from the Sutton Forest interchange on the Hume to the terminal forecourt. Sutton Forest to WSI is a clean run north on the Hume with an early exit at Picton.
The same trip to Kingsford Smith is 119 km and about 1 hr 46 min, so Badgerys Creek saves 32 km — and, more usefully, it skips the M5 East and the airport tunnel, which is where the Mascot run loses its time on a bad morning.
Arriving rather than departing? The meeting points and free waiting times are on the Western Sydney Airport to Sutton Forest page.
Departure timing, worked backwards
A terminal deadline plus the drive plus a traffic allowance, worked backwards. Because the drive is shorter from Sutton Forest, so is the early start.
Guides rather than quotes. The flight number is what turns them into an exact pickup time on your booking.
One terminal, one kerb

One terminal building means one kerb. We set you down at the departures door with the cases out of the boot rather than leaving you to find the right end of a long frontage.
For the trip home we track the aircraft rather than the timetable, and the driver is inside arrivals holding your name when you walk out.
We come to the address you give us, at the hour the departure actually requires, and drive straight through.
The other airport
Kingsford Smith is 119 km from Sutton Forest and Badgerys Creek is 87 km. The new airport wins on distance by 32 km and on route quality by rather more than that, but the older one still has the wider network of long-haul destinations. Here are both, honestly.
about 1 hr 46 min · Hume, M5 and the airport tunnel
Where the long-haul network still is today, and where most flights out of this district leave from until the new airport's schedule fills out. Departure fares and leave-by times for Mascot are on the Sutton Forest to Sydney Airport page.
about 1 hr 18 min · no tolls on our route
Straight onto the Hume at the Sutton Forest interchange, north to Picton, then The Northern Road. Motorway access from the door makes this one of the more reliable Highlands departures.
$295 to Sydney Airport, $265 to Western Sydney. The fare is set by your suburb and your group size, not by the terminal at the far end — so switching airports after booking does not change the number.
Get Free QuoteThe honest comparison
Badgerys Creek is a new airport with a road network built for it and a rail line that does not reach this district. That changes how the options compare.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $265 fixed | ~1 hr 18 min, door to door | a published price, your own vehicle, and a driver who is already rostered for the morning |
| Train or metro | Opal fares, plus getting yourself to the line | 2 hrs or more, with changes | the airport metro runs from St Marys, not from Sutton Forest — you would need to reach it with your luggage first, which is the trip you were trying to avoid |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~1 hr 18 min if a car accepts | the guest houses here produce group returns off single flights, and those are much better handled as one vehicle |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~1 hr 18 min plus the car park shuttle | parking at a brand-new airport is untested at this stage, and it still means leaving a car sitting there for the length of the trip |
Fares, parking rates and the metro timetable at Western Sydney International will settle over its first months, so check anything time-sensitive before you rely on it. The honest summary for Sutton Forest: for a departure from Badgerys Creek there is no realistic public transport option from this district, which is exactly why a fixed-fare car makes sense.
One vehicle, one fare

Eleven passengers and their luggage travel in one minibus for $375 — about $34 a seat, against three separate cars at whatever the apps are charging that morning. Everyone leaves at once and arrives at once.
Give us the headcount and a rough bag count when you book. If the group is flying out on two different flights, say so and we will either run two pickups or hold one vehicle — a much easier decision now than at 4am.
Booked car or app
A metered or surge-priced trip of 87 km has no ceiling until it ends. Yours was $265 the moment you booked.
An app at 4am in this district is a hope, not a plan. A pre-booked driver is on the sheet with your address and your flight number.
Cases carried to the boot and out again at the forecourt, with child restraints already fitted — not an argument about whether the pram fits.
Why pre-book the western run
A published fare per suburb for each airport, Badgerys Creek and Mascot alike.
The line we drive west never touches the M5 East, which is the part of the Mascot run that goes wrong most often.
One building, one forecourt, and a road network built for it rather than retrofitted around it.
No deposit, no pre-authorisation, no card on file — you settle with the driver on the day.
Departures can be booked today on the ordinary terms.
Capsules and boosters fitted before the vehicle leaves for your address, at no charge.

Questions, answered plainly
Between $265 and $375, decided by how many seats you need. Each destination has its own fare: from Sutton Forest, Badgerys Creek is $265 and Mascot $295.
You can book a transfer for any date from then, and no deposit is taken.
87 km, normally around 1 hr 18 min. Kingsford Smith is 119 km from here, so the new airport saves 32 km and the tolled section with it.
It is: 87 km rather than 119 km. The distance saving is 32 km and the drive skips the M5 East, which is the part of the Mascot run most likely to cost you twenty minutes.
One terminal, one kerb. We pull into the departures forecourt, unload the cases and you walk in. The single-building layout is one of the quiet advantages of the new airport.
Nothing up front and no pre-authorisation. The fare is settled at the terminal on the day, however you prefer to pay.
From your boarding time, not a round number. Give us the flight number and we set the exact pickup around the 1 hr 18 min drive.
Every hour of every day; set fees apply before 6am and after 8pm. Set fees apply for pickups before 6am (+$20), 8pm–10pm (+$10) and after 10pm (+$20); there is no public-holiday premium.
Rail serves the airport from St Marys, not from Sutton Forest. Getting to that line with checked bags is the problem the transfer solves.
One eleven-seat minibus takes the lot for $375. Beyond eleven we run a second vehicle and quote it in advance.
All three types, free, and installed before the vehicle leaves for your address. Give us the ages at booking.
One message reschedules it. No money has changed hands, so a change costs you nothing.
Both, each with its own published fare. Kingsford Smith is 119 km from here — the distances, leave-by times and terminal details are on the Sutton Forest to Sydney Airport page.
All of it, within the class you book. Tell us about skis, clubs, a pram or a wheelchair when you book and we send something with the room rather than discovering the problem in your driveway.
Yours alone. There is no shared loop and no interchange — the word shuttle is in our name because of the route, not because you share the car.
Anything from a day ahead usually works, though the holiday periods and the airport's first months fill earlier.
