What is the fare from Willow Vale to White Bay?
$285 for a couple, rising in fixed steps to $385 for a full eleven-seat minibus. The cruise terminals have their own published fare, with no sail-day loading.
What is the difference between White Bay and Circular Quay?
Both terminals, same price. White Bay (112 km from here) is the easier approach; the OPT at Circular Quay (114 km) has the tighter kerb but puts you right on the harbour.
How long is the drive from Willow Vale to the terminal?
112 km and roughly 1 hr 49 min to Rozelle; 114 km and about 1 hr 53 min to the Quay. Allow for the terminal approach on top of the drive — we do.
How early do we need to leave?
Backwards from your boarding window. Send the documents and we set the exact time; on a morning when two ships turn around together we start earlier.
How much luggage can you take?
That is the question that picks the vehicle. A cruise generates more luggage than a flight, so tell us the case count as well as the headcount and we send something with the boot for it — a sedan for a couple travelling light, a people mover or minibus for anything more.
Is a deposit required?
No deposit and no card on file. Payment happens on the day you sail.
Do you do the return leg too?
Yes, and most people book both at once. Disembarkation runs by luggage tag rather than a published time, so the return is worked off a message from you at the terminal doors — the detail is on the cruise terminal to Willow Vale page.
What is the largest group you can take to the terminal?
Eleven is the maximum in a single vehicle at $385. With a full cruise load we may suggest a second vehicle rather than promise something that will not close.
What are the alternatives to a booked car?
Not sensibly. White Bay has no rail station and the bus connections from Willow Vale involve several changes with your cruise luggage. Circular Quay has a station, but getting to it from here with the cases is the trip you were trying to avoid.
Do you fit capsules and boosters?
All three types, free, and installed before the vehicle leaves. Give us the ages at booking.
Do you run the very early sail-day starts?
Any hour, including weekends and public holidays; set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm. Rural and thinly populated, so nothing comes out here unbooked.
Do you also do airport transfers?
That is most of what we do. Fares, drive times and leave-by tables for Sydney Airport are on the Willow Vale to Sydney Airport page, and Western Sydney International has its own page.
When should I arrange the cruise transfer?
Twenty-four to forty-eight hours is comfortable, but the January and Christmas cruise season fills much earlier — for those, book when you book the cabin.
Do you do multiple pickups?
Several doors in the same town is an ordinary arrangement. Tell us the addresses at booking and we plan the order around the boarding window.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No fee either way. We move it to the new date and the fare stays the same.
How close do you get to the ship?
The doors. Both terminals marshal the kerb hard on a sail day, which is exactly why the pickup time allows for it.
Which suburbs nearby do you drive to the cruise terminals?
Braemar, Aylmerton, Woodlands, Colo Vale and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance to both terminals.
