What does the run from Berrima to the cruise terminal cost?
Between $329 and $469, decided by how many seats you need. Rozelle and Circular Quay cost the same.
Do you go to both cruise terminals?
We drive to both at the same fare. Rozelle's White Bay is 123 km from Berrima; the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay is 124 km. The ticket tells you which, and if it does not, send it to us and we will work it out.
How much time should we allow for the drive?
123 km and roughly 2 hr 2 min to Rozelle; 124 km and about 2 hr 7 min to the Quay. Allow for the terminal approach on top of the drive — we do.
What time will you pick us up on sail day?
Backwards from your boarding window. Send the documents and we set the exact time; on a morning when two ships turn around together we start earlier.
How much luggage can you take?
Cruise bags are bigger and there are more of them, which is why we ask about them at booking rather than discovering the problem in your driveway. The vehicle is sized from the back forwards.
Is a deposit required?
No deposit and no card on file. Payment happens on the day you sail.
Do you do the return leg too?
Yes, and most people book both at once. Disembarkation runs by luggage tag rather than a published time, so the return is worked off a message from you at the terminal doors — the detail is on the cruise terminal to Berrima page.
What is the largest group you can take to the terminal?
One minibus takes eleven for $469. Groups sailing together usually have more luggage than the seat count implies, which is worth mentioning at booking.
Could we get to White Bay on public transport?
Realistically no. The luggage is what rules it out — it is not the distance, it is the four changes and the stairs.
Are child seats available?
Yes and no charge — but the ages matter at booking, because the seats go in before we set off.
Are early pickups a problem?
Every day of the year, with no weekend or holiday loading. Early sail-day starts are ordinary work; pickups before 6am add $20. Guest-house arrivals are common, often as groups off one flight.
When should I arrange the cruise transfer?
Earlier than you would for a flight. The cruise season concentrates a lot of sailings into a few weeks.
We are travelling with family from two houses — is that possible?
Within one suburb, yes, and at the same price. Spread across the district we would rather quote it properly than squeeze it.
What if our sailing is cancelled or moved?
No fee either way. We move it to the new date and the fare stays the same.
Where exactly does the vehicle stop?
At the terminal entrance, both at White Bay and at Circular Quay. The driver takes the cases out at the doors rather than leaving you to wheel them from a car park.
Which suburbs nearby do you drive to the cruise terminals?
Burradoo, Bowral, Welby, Renwick and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance to both terminals.
