How much is a cruise transfer from Mittagong?
$315 for a couple, rising in fixed steps to $455 for a full eleven-seat minibus. The cruise terminals have their own published fare, with no sail-day loading.
Do you go to both cruise terminals?
Both terminals, same price. White Bay (114 km from here) is the easier approach; the OPT at Circular Quay (116 km) has the tighter kerb but puts you right on the harbour.
How much time should we allow for the drive?
114 km and roughly 1 hr 51 min to Rozelle; 116 km and about 1 hr 55 min to the Quay. Allow for the terminal approach on top of the drive — we do.
How do you work out the pickup time for a cruise?
We use the boarding window on your cruise documents, not the sailing time. Those are different numbers and the second one is no use for planning a pickup.
Will our cruise cases fit?
Plenty, provided we know in advance. On a sail day the luggage usually outranks the passenger count when we choose the class.
Is a deposit required?
No deposit and no card on file. Payment happens on the day you sail.
Do you pick us up again when the ship comes back?
Yes, and most people book both at once. Disembarkation runs by luggage tag rather than a published time, so the return is worked off a message from you at the terminal doors — the detail is on the cruise terminal to Mittagong page.
Do you have a vehicle for a group sailing?
One minibus takes eleven for $455. Groups sailing together usually have more luggage than the seat count implies, which is worth mentioning at booking.
What are the alternatives to a booked car?
Realistically no. The luggage is what rules it out — it is not the distance, it is the four changes and the stairs.
Is there a charge for child restraints?
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters, all fitted before we arrive and all at no cost. We need the ages when you book.
Will you collect at 4am for a morning boarding?
Yes — the early boarding windows are routine here; pickups before 6am add $20. The station's last service is early and the town shuts down by ten.
How far ahead should we book?
Earlier than you would for a flight. The cruise season concentrates a lot of sailings into a few weeks.
Do you do multiple pickups?
Yes, provided they are close together. Two or three stops in the same suburb is normal on a cruise booking and does not change the fare; stops in different towns are quoted separately so nobody is surprised.
What if our sailing is cancelled or moved?
One message reschedules it, free. Cruise itineraries move more often than flight times do, which is one reason we take no deposit.
Do you drop at the terminal doors or a car park?
At the terminal entrance, both at White Bay and at Circular Quay. The driver takes the cases out at the doors rather than leaving you to wheel them from a car park.
Which other localities nearby do you cover?
Woodlands, Renwick, Braemar, Welby and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance to both terminals.
