How much is a cruise transfer from Renwick?
$315 for a couple, rising in fixed steps to $455 for a full eleven-seat minibus. The cruise terminals have their own published fare, with no sail-day loading.
Do you go to both cruise terminals?
Both terminals, same price. White Bay (117 km from here) is the easier approach; the OPT at Circular Quay (119 km) has the tighter kerb but puts you right on the harbour.
How far is White Bay from Renwick?
White Bay is 1 hr 54 min away, Circular Quay 1 hr 58 min. Both figures are door to terminal, and both include an allowance for the queue at the far end.
How do you work out the pickup time for a cruise?
From your boarding window rather than the departure time on the ticket. Cruise lines board by deck and luggage tag across several hours, so the useful number is when your deck can board — we work back from that, plus the drive and the terminal approach.
How much luggage can you take?
Cruise bags are bigger and there are more of them, which is why we ask about them at booking rather than discovering the problem in your driveway. The vehicle is sized from the back forwards.
Is a deposit required?
No. Nothing is charged at booking and no card is held. You pay the driver at the terminal on the day, by card, cash or PayID, with a tax invoice emailed afterwards if you want one.
Do you pick us up again when the ship comes back?
Yes, and most people book both at once. Disembarkation runs by luggage tag rather than a published time, so the return is worked off a message from you at the terminal doors — the detail is on the cruise terminal to Renwick page.
What is the largest group you can take to the terminal?
Yes — eleven passengers in one minibus for $455, about $41 a seat. On a cruise run the luggage is the limit rather than the seats, so tell us the case count and we will be straight with you about whether it all fits.
Could we get to White Bay on public transport?
Not sensibly. White Bay has no rail station and the bus connections from Renwick involve several changes with your cruise luggage. Circular Quay has a station, but getting to it from here with the cases is the trip you were trying to avoid.
Is there a charge for child restraints?
Yes and no charge — but the ages matter at booking, because the seats go in before we set off.
Do you run the very early sail-day starts?
Yes — the early boarding windows are routine here; pickups before 6am add $20. The estate is new enough that map data lags.
Can you take us to the airport as well?
That is most of what we do. Fares, drive times and leave-by tables for Sydney Airport are on the Renwick to Sydney Airport page, and Western Sydney International has its own page.
How much notice do you need?
Earlier than you would for a flight. The cruise season concentrates a lot of sailings into a few weeks.
Can you collect from several addresses in one booking?
Yes, provided they are close together. Two or three stops in the same suburb is normal on a cruise booking and does not change the fare; stops in different towns are quoted separately so nobody is surprised.
Can we change the booking after the cruise line changes the date?
No fee either way. We move it to the new date and the fare stays the same.
How close do you get to the ship?
As close as the marshals allow, which at both terminals is the entrance itself.
Which suburbs nearby do you drive to the cruise terminals?
Welby, Mittagong, Woodlands, Braemar and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance to both terminals.
