What does the run from Exeter to the cruise terminal cost?
A fixed $339 one way for one or two passengers, up to $479 for eleven in one vehicle. It is your suburb's published cruise fare — the same whichever terminal you sail from.
Do you go to both cruise terminals?
We drive to both at the same fare. Rozelle's White Bay is 141 km from Exeter; the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay is 143 km. The ticket tells you which, and if it does not, send it to us and we will work it out.
How far is White Bay from Exeter?
141 km and roughly 2 hr 14 min to Rozelle; 143 km and about 2 hr 18 min to the Quay. Allow for the terminal approach on top of the drive — we do.
How early do we need to leave?
We use the boarding window on your cruise documents, not the sailing time. Those are different numbers and the second one is no use for planning a pickup.
How much luggage can you take?
Cruise bags are bigger and there are more of them, which is why we ask about them at booking rather than discovering the problem in your driveway. The vehicle is sized from the back forwards.
Is a deposit required?
Nothing up front. The fare is settled at the terminal, which also means a changed sailing costs you nothing.
Can you meet us at disembarkation?
Yes, and most people book both at once. Disembarkation runs by luggage tag rather than a published time, so the return is worked off a message from you at the terminal doors — the detail is on the cruise terminal to Exeter page.
Can eleven of us travel together?
One minibus takes eleven for $479. Groups sailing together usually have more luggage than the seat count implies, which is worth mentioning at booking.
What are the alternatives to a booked car?
Not sensibly. White Bay has no rail station and the bus connections from Exeter involve several changes with your cruise luggage. Circular Quay has a station, but getting to it from here with the cases is the trip you were trying to avoid.
Are child seats available?
All three types, free, and installed before the vehicle leaves. Give us the ages at booking.
Are early pickups a problem?
Yes — the early boarding windows are routine here; pickups before 6am add $20. Exeter has a station with a very early last service.
Do you also do airport transfers?
That is most of what we do. Fares, drive times and leave-by tables for Sydney Airport are on the Exeter to Sydney Airport page, and Western Sydney International has its own page.
When should I arrange the cruise transfer?
Earlier than you would for a flight. The cruise season concentrates a lot of sailings into a few weeks.
Do you do multiple pickups?
Within one suburb, yes, and at the same price. Spread across the district we would rather quote it properly than squeeze it.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Tell us and the booking moves at no cost. Nothing is charged in advance, so there is no cancellation fee and nothing to refund.
Where exactly does the vehicle stop?
At the terminal entrance, both at White Bay and at Circular Quay. The driver takes the cases out at the doors rather than leaving you to wheel them from a car park.
Which suburbs nearby do you drive to the cruise terminals?
Burrawang, Fitzroy Falls, Glenquarry, Robertson and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance to both terminals.
