No class is a better service than another. All four include the tolls, the GST, the child seats and the flight tracking, and none of them asks for money before the day. Pick on headcount and bags alone.
Distance and drive time
Allow about 1 hr 28 min for the 100 km from the terminal to the Colo Vale shops on the old Hume. Off the Hume at Mittagong or Aylmerton, then along the old highway through the village. The old alignment is slow by design — it was built as a main street, not a through road.
Traffic is asymmetric here. The queue that costs a 4am departure twenty minutes is on the other side of the road when you land, so arrival runs tend to come in at or under the estimate.

Disruption, handled
Nobody plans for the flight to slip three hours, so we plan for it instead: the pickup tracks the aircraft, not the timetable. What follows is what happens in each case.
The booking follows the aircraft. However late it lands, an hour from wheels-down at T1 is free, and the driver is there when you emerge.
