You message from the terminal doors, we come in. Transfers from the cruise terminals out to Sutton Forest — the estate country around the Hume interchange south of Moss Vale, all avenues of oaks and long approaches — with room for everything the holiday came home with.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle meets disembarking cruise passengers at both Sydney terminals and drives them home to Sutton Forest (NSW 2577) — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. White Bay Cruise Terminal at Rozelle is 129 km from the Sutton Forest interchange on the Hume, about 2 hr 7 min; the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay is 131 km, about 2 hr 11 min. The fare is $335 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $475 for eleven in one vehicle, and it matches the sail-day fare exactly. Disembarkation is released by luggage tag rather than a published time, so there is no booked minute to miss: you message from the terminal doors and the driver comes in, with no meter running while you queue. Nothing is payable in advance. Arrange it before you sail and there is nothing to do from a ship's wifi. Quote on 0427 143 612.
Fixed fare each way; pickups add $10
Disembarkation adds only the set $10 pickup fee. One or two passengers pay $335 from Sutton Forest.
| Passengers | Vehicle | Fixed fare (one way) | Typical booking |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1–2 | Sedan | $335 | couples and solo travellers |
| 3 | Kia Carnival | $365 | a family of three with cases |
| 4 | Kia Carnival | $365 | four adults and luggage |

| 6 | People Mover | $395 | two households travelling together |
| 7 | Minibus | $435 | extended family departures |
| 8 | Minibus | $435 | cruise parties with full cases |
| 9 | Minibus | $475 | wedding guests travelling as one |
| 10 | Minibus | $475 | clubs and work groups |
| 11 | Minibus | $475 | the maximum in a single vehicle |
No weekend loading; pickups before 6am add $20 and extra bags beyond one suitcase and one carry-on per passenger are $5 each. The quoted number is the number. Nothing is charged at booking and no card is held; the fare is paid at your door. Fares reviewed August 2026.
One booking, both ends. Most people arrange the return at the same time as the outbound — nothing to organise from a ship's wifi at sea.
Waiting when you land
Tell us the case count when you book — a cruise comes home heavier than it left, and the vehicle is chosen for that.

Every class includes the same things. Tolls and GST are inside the fare, child restraints are fitted before we leave at no cost, and there is no meter while you clear the terminal. The only thing that changes between cards is how many people and how much luggage fit.
The drive home
Allow about 2 hr 7 min for the 129 km from White Bay at Rozelle to the Sutton Forest interchange on the Hume, and about 2 hr 11 min for the 131 km from the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay. Home via the Hume with the estate approaches at the end. Confirm house or main gate — it is a genuine distance with cases.
Getting out of the terminal precinct is the slow part on disembarkation morning, not the motorway. Once past the Anzac Bridge the run usually clears, and the whole of that allowance is inside the fare rather than on a meter.
Sailing out rather than home? Boarding-window timing and the sail-day fare are on the Sutton Forest cruise transfers page.
How the morning actually runs
A ship does not release everyone at once, so a cruise pickup cannot be booked to a minute. It is arranged around your message from the terminal doors instead. Here is how each part of the morning works.
There is no arrival time to get wrong, because ships do not release everyone at once. The pickup runs off your message from the terminal doors.
A late berthing or a slow customs hall costs you nothing. There is no meter and no waiting fee.
An itinerary change is a phone call, not a problem — and because no deposit was taken, there is nothing to claw back.
The ship name and date are what we need in advance; your message on the day is what triggers the pickup.
Where we meet you

Rozelle's White Bay releases passengers in waves by luggage tag. We hold nearby and pull in on your message, which is the only arrangement that survives a slow morning.
The Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay has the tightest kerb in Sydney, so the same arrangement applies: we hold nearby and come to the doors when you message.
From there it is one run home — no interchange, no shared loop, and nobody else to drop off first. Long avenues and estate entrances. Confirm whether the driver comes to the house or the main gate, because it is a genuine distance.
The two terminals
White Bay at Rozelle is 129 km from Sutton Forest and the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay is 131 km. Your cruise documents name the one your ship berths at; both are met on the same terms and at the same fare.

Home via the Hume with the estate approaches at the end. Confirm house or main gate — it is a genuine distance with cases. Full detail on the White Bay transfers page.
about 2 hr 11 min · Circular Quay, tightest kerb of the two
The city terminal, right on the harbour, with almost no waiting room at the kerb — which is why the driver holds nearby and comes in on your message.
$335 from either terminal. Rozelle or Circular Quay, weekday or weekend, early release or late — the fare was set by your suburb and your group size.

A whole ship empties into one rank inside about two hours, and the luggage rules out most of the alternatives. Worth reading before you sail rather than while you are standing there.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $335 fixed | ~2 hr 7 min, door to door | met at the terminal doors on your message, luggage carried, one fixed fare, straight home |
| Train and a walk | Opal fares, plus a lift at the far end | 2 hrs or more, with the cases | White Bay has no station at all, and from Circular Quay it is a change and then still a car at the Sutton Forest end — with a fortnight of luggage |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~2 hr 7 min if a car accepts | the guest houses here produce group returns off single flights, and those are much better handled as one vehicle |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~2 hr 7 min plus retrieving the car | neither terminal has long-stay parking, so it means a fortnight of inner-west parking fees and then finding the car with the cases |
Neither cruise terminal has long-stay parking of its own, and neither is reachable from Sutton Forest without a car at one end. The honest summary: a solo traveller with a cabin bag can make the train from Circular Quay work; two people with a fortnight of luggage cannot.
Landing as a group

Eleven disembarking passengers travel home in one vehicle for $475 — about $43 a seat, against three cars from a rank an entire ship is queuing at. Everyone leaves together, which on that morning is worth more than the saving.
Send the ship, the date, the headcount and an honest bag count. Groups coming off a cruise routinely have more luggage than the seat count implies, and it is far better to know that now than at the terminal.
The rank, honestly
When two vessels turn around together the rank at Rozelle disappears entirely. A pre-booked car is unaffected.
A metered trip out to this district depends on conditions you cannot see from the queue.
Whatever you left with, you are returning with more. That is a vehicle decision, not a hope.
Why book the arrival
The trip home is settled while you still have a keyboard and a signal.
That is the whole arrangement. No slot, nothing to miss, no penalty for a slow morning.
A late berthing or a long queue costs nothing, because there is no meter running.
Nothing taken at booking, and no cancellation fee if the sailing changes.
Cruise cases are the reason people book this leg. We plan the vehicle around them.
Fitted before the vehicle leaves, from the ages you gave us at booking.

Arrival questions
$335 for a couple, rising in fixed steps to $475 for a full minibus. Terminal pickups add a set $10 fee; there is no weekend loading.
There is no fixed pickup time, because there is nothing reliable to fix it to. The driver is nearby from early and pulls in on your text.
Nothing is charged for waiting. A late berthing, a long customs queue or a slow lift are all free time here.
129 km and roughly 2 hr 7 min from Rozelle; 131 km and about 2 hr 11 min from the Quay. Once past the Anzac Bridge it usually runs clean.
We meet ships at both. Rozelle is 129 km from Sutton Forest; Circular Quay is 131 km. If the paperwork is not clear, send it to us and we will work out which.
Tell us the bags when you book and we size the vehicle to them. On a disembarkation run the luggage usually outranks the passenger count.
Nothing in advance. The fare is settled when you get home, which also means a changed itinerary costs you nothing.
Yes, that is the whole point of it. Long avenues and estate entrances. Confirm whether the driver comes to the house or the main gate, because it is a genuine distance.
On disembarkation morning, considerably. Two or three thousand passengers come off at once and a 129 km fare out to this district is one plenty of drivers would rather not take. A booked car is already there and already priced.
Yes — eleven passengers in one minibus for $475, about $43 a seat. With a full cruise load we will be straight with you about whether the luggage fits alongside the people.
All three types, free, and installed before the vehicle leaves for the terminal.
Realistically no. It is not the distance, it is doing it with a fortnight of luggage.
Yes, provided they are close together. Two or three stops in the same suburb is normal and does not change the fare; stops in different towns are quoted separately so nobody is surprised.
One message reschedules it, free. Itineraries move more often than flight times, which is one reason we take no deposit.
You text, we come in. No calling ahead, no guessing, and no charge for the time before the message arrives.
