You land at Badgerys Creek, we drive you home. Fixed-fare arrival transfers from Western Sydney International to Berrima — the sandstone village on the Wingecarribee, preserved almost entirely as it was built — with the flight tracked and nothing to pay until you are at the door.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle meets arriving passengers at Western Sydney International and drives them home to Berrima (NSW 2577) — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. There is one terminal, so the driver meets you at the single terminal's pickup point and messages you once you land, and it is 80 km from the terminal to the Berrima village green on Wingecarribee Street, about 1 hr 14 min — 32 km shorter than the run home from Kingsford Smith, on a route with no tolls. The fare is $259 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $369 for eleven in one vehicle; the Sydney Airport fare from here is $289. We track the flight number, so a delay moves the pickup at no charge — a full hour of free waiting after an international landing and forty minutes after a domestic one. Nothing is payable in advance. Give us the flight and we are watching before you board. Quote on 0427 143 612.
Fixed fare each way; pickups add $10
Airport pickups carry a set $10 fee on top of the published fare. One or two passengers pay $259, and only the seat count moves it.

No holiday surcharge and no waiting fee inside the free allowance; set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm. The quoted number is the number. Nothing is charged at booking and no card is held; the fare is paid when you get home. Fares reviewed August 2026.
One booking, both legs. Most people book the arrival at the same time as the departure — same operator, one less thing to think about while you are away.

Every class includes the same things. Tolls and GST are inside the fare, child restraints are fitted before we leave for the terminal at no cost, arrivals are tracked by flight number, and there is no advance payment. The only thing that changes between cards is how many people and how much luggage fit.
The drive home
Allow about 1 hr 14 min for the 80 km from the terminal to the Berrima village green on Wingecarribee Street. Off the Hume at the Berrima exit and into the village. A short last leg on a good road, and at night the village is empty enough that the drive in takes a minute.
The same drive home from Kingsford Smith is 112 km and about 1 hr 42 min, so landing at Badgerys Creek saves 32 km — and the route home carries no tolls, which is the part you notice at midnight.
Flying out rather than in? The leave-by times and departure fares are on the Berrima to Western Sydney Airport page.
Delays, diversions and late nights
A delayed flight is the normal case, not the exception, so the booking is built around the flight number rather than a clock time. Here is what happens in each situation.
The booking follows the aircraft. However late it lands, the first hour after wheels-down on an international flight is free and the driver is there when you emerge.
Domestic flights carry forty minutes of free waiting from the moment the wheels touch.
A diversion is a phone call, not a problem. We reschedule, and because there is no advance payment there is nothing to claw back.
The flight number is what matters here. With it we are watching the aircraft before you have boarded.
One hall, one meeting point

One building means one meeting point. The driver is inside the arrivals hall holding your name — no guessing between terminals and no shuttle bus between them.
On a domestic arrival the bags come off faster, so the allowance is forty minutes from touchdown rather than an hour — still counted from the real landing, not the timetable.
From there it is one run to your address — no interchange, no shared loop and nobody else to drop off first. Sandstone village with narrow streets and limited stopping. The driver will find the nearest workable spot rather than block the lane.
The other airport
Kingsford Smith is 112 km from Berrima and Badgerys Creek is 80 km. If your flight lands at the older airport instead, the arrival is met with the same free waiting and the same door drop, at that airport's own published fare.
about 1 hr 42 min · Hume, M5 and the airport tunnel
The return is motorway then a short village leg. Guest-house groups arriving together are common and work far better as a single vehicle. Arrivals into Mascot are covered on the Sydney Airport to Berrima page.
about 1 hr 14 min · no tolls on our route
Still where the long-haul network is, and where most arrivals into this district land until the new airport's schedule fills out.
$259 from this airport; each airport has its own published fare. The arrival fare does not change with the terminal, the hour or the length of the delay — and there is no station access fee, because we drive you the whole way.
Get Free QuoteGetting home from a new terminal
Badgerys Creek is a new airport with no rail link to this district and no bus service to it. Standing in the hall at midnight is a bad time to discover that, so here are the options in advance.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $259 fixed | ~1 hr 14 min, door to door | someone holding your name when you walk out, and no queue to join at any point |
| Train or metro | Opal fares, and it goes the wrong way | not a realistic option | the airport metro runs north to St Marys, not south toward Berrima — you would finish further from home than you started |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~1 hr 14 min if a car accepts | guest-house arrivals are common, often as groups off one flight |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~1 hr 14 min plus the car park shuttle | only works if you drove yourself out and left it there — and the car park layout at a brand-new airport is one more thing to work out after a long flight |
Rank behaviour, rideshare supply and parking rates at Western Sydney International will take months to settle. The honest summary for an arrival into Berrima: there is no public transport option home from this airport to this district, which is exactly why the booked car is the sensible answer.
Landing as a group

Eleven arriving passengers are met by one vehicle for $369 — about $34 a seat, against three separate cars at whatever the rank charges on the night. Extended families, sports teams and friends landing together all book this way.
Send the flight number, the headcount and the bag count when you book. If the group is split across two flights we can meet the later one and hold the vehicle, or run two pickups — tell us which you would prefer rather than deciding it in the arrivals hall.
The rank, honestly
The gap between a booked car and a rank widens exactly when your flight is latest, which is when you least want to find out.
A metered trip of 80 km depends on conditions you cannot see from the queue. A fixed fare removes the question.
There is no bus and no train from Badgerys Creek to this district. That is the honest position.
Why book the arrival
Two minutes before you leave saves the worst twenty minutes of the trip home.
Your name on a card inside the single arrivals hall, rather than a pin dropped in a car park you have never seen.
An hour of free waiting on international arrivals and forty minutes on domestic, counted from wheels-down.
Card, cash or PayID when you get home, with a tax invoice emailed afterwards if you want one.
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters, fitted in advance from the ages you give us.
No date on the calendar carries a surcharge; set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm.

Arrival questions
Between $289 and $425, set by how many seats you need. The airport you landed at does not enter into it.
In the arrivals hall, holding a card with your name, and the cases are carried out to the vehicle from there. One terminal means one place to look.
80 km, normally around 1 hr 14 min. That is 32 km shorter than the run home from Kingsford Smith, and it skips the M5 East entirely.
No charge and no action needed. We watch the flight, the pickup shifts with it, and the free waiting only starts once the wheels are down.
One message rebooks it. No money has changed hands and no card is held, so a cancellation costs you nothing.
Nothing is payable in advance and no card is stored. The fare is settled when you get home.
Yes, that is the whole point of it. Sandstone village with narrow streets and limited stopping. The driver will find the nearest workable spot rather than block the lane.
The metro runs between St Marys and the terminal. It does not come anywhere near Berrima, so the last leg still needs a car, which is the trip you were trying to avoid.
Two things you cannot get at a rank: a known price on a 80 km run, and certainty that a car exists at all. Both matter more at an airport in its first year.
Yes — eleven arriving passengers and their luggage in one minibus for $369, about $34 a seat. If the group is split across two flights, tell us and we will either hold the vehicle or run two pickups.
All three types, included in the fare. The ages matter at booking so the right seats are already in the vehicle.
Yes — pickups from 8pm to 10pm add $10, and after 10pm $20. Guest-house arrivals are common, often as groups off one flight.
You can book an arrival for any date from then, with no deposit taken.
Both, each with its own published fare. Kingsford Smith is 112 km from here — meeting points, terminal by terminal, and the free waiting times are on the Sydney Airport to Berrima page.
A day or two outside the busy periods; more over January and the school breaks. Most people book it alongside the outbound trip.
