Badgerys Creek from Yerrinbool, done properly. a small village on the railway between Bargo and Mittagong, right beside the motorway — and the run to the new terminal avoids the M5 East entirely, which is most of why it is quicker.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle drives Yerrinbool (NSW 2575) to Western Sydney International at Badgerys Creek — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. The airport takes passengers, and it is 62 km from the Yerrinbool shops near the station to the terminal, about 53 min. That is 32 km shorter than the 94 km run to Kingsford Smith, and our route carries no tolls. The fare is $225 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $325 for eleven in one vehicle — the Sydney Airport run from here is $255. Nothing is payable in advance. One message books it; nothing is charged until the day. Quote on 0427 143 612.
Fixed fare, each airport
The fare to Badgerys Creek is your suburb's published fare: $225 one way for one or two passengers, and the same steps above that.

| 10 | Minibus | $325 | teams and work crews |
| 11 | Minibus | $325 | the most we fit in one vehicle |
No holiday surcharge and no card held at booking; pickups before 6am add $20. Tolls and GST are already counted. No advance payment and no card hold — you pay on the day of travel. Fares reviewed August 2026.
Does WSI have its own fare? Yes — $225 for one or two passengers, against $255 to Kingsford Smith, because the price follows the distance from your street and the vehicle you need.

The only thing that changes between cards is how many people and how much luggage fit.
The western run
Allow about 53 min for the 62 km from the Yerrinbool shops near the station to the terminal forecourt. Yerrinbool to WSI leaves the Hume at Picton and is meaningfully shorter than the run east.
The same trip to Kingsford Smith is 94 km and about 1 hr 21 min, so Badgerys Creek saves 32 km — and, more usefully, it skips the M5 East and the airport tunnel, which is where the Mascot run loses its time on a bad morning.
Arriving rather than departing? The meeting points and free waiting times are on the Western Sydney Airport to Yerrinbool page.
Departure timing, worked backwards
Western Sydney International is a shorter drive than Mascot from here, so the alarm goes off later — but the terminal deadline works the same way. Here is how we set the pickup.
These are guides. Give us the flight number when you book and we set the exact time against it, including for the first wave of departures after the airport opens.
One terminal, one kerb

A single terminal is one of the quiet advantages of the new airport: no T1-versus-T3 confusion, no shuttle between buildings, just a forecourt and a door.
Coming back the other way, the driver meets you inside the arrivals area with your name, and the flight is tracked so a delay moves the pickup at no cost.
Going out, we collect you at your own address at a time worked back from the terminal deadline — not a meeting point down the road.
The other airport
Kingsford Smith is 94 km from Yerrinbool and Badgerys Creek is 62 km. The new airport wins on distance by 32 km and on route quality by rather more than that, but the older one still has the wider network of long-haul destinations. Here are both, honestly.
about 1 hr 21 min · Hume, M5 and the airport tunnel
Where the long-haul network still is today, and where most flights out of this district leave from until the new airport's schedule fills out. Departure fares and leave-by times for Mascot are on the Yerrinbool to Sydney Airport page.
about 53 min · no tolls on our route
Onto the Hume at the Yerrinbool interchange, north to Picton, then The Northern Road. One of the quickest Highlands departures because the on-ramp is at the door.
$255 to Sydney Airport, $225 to Western Sydney. The fare is set by your suburb and your group size, not by the terminal at the far end — so switching airports after booking does not change the number.
Get Free QuoteThe honest comparison
Badgerys Creek is a new airport with a road network built for it and a rail line that does not reach this district. That changes how the options compare.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $225 fixed | ~53 min, door to door | one fixed fare, door to terminal forecourt, with the luggage carried and set fees only for pickups before 6am or after 8pm |
| Train or metro | Opal fares, plus getting yourself to the line | 2 hrs or more, with changes | the airport metro runs from St Marys, not from Yerrinbool — you would need to reach it with your luggage first, which is the trip you were trying to avoid |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~53 min if a car accepts | the interchange is right there and completely useless to you at midnight — nothing stops |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~53 min plus the car park shuttle | parking at a brand-new airport is untested at this stage, and it still means leaving a car sitting there for the length of the trip |
Fares, parking rates and the metro timetable at Western Sydney International will settle over its first months, so check anything time-sensitive before you rely on it. The honest summary for Yerrinbool: for a departure from Badgerys Creek there is no realistic public transport option from this district, which is exactly why a fixed-fare car makes sense.
One vehicle, one fare

Eleven passengers and their luggage travel in one minibus for $325 — about $30 a seat, against three separate cars at whatever the apps are charging that morning. Everyone leaves at once and arrives at once.
Give us the headcount and a rough bag count when you book. If the group is flying out on two different flights, say so and we will either run two pickups or hold one vehicle — a much easier decision now than at 4am.
Booked car or app
A metered or surge-priced trip of 62 km has no ceiling until it ends. Yours was $225 the moment you booked.
An app at 4am in this district is a hope, not a plan. A pre-booked driver is on the sheet with your address and your flight number.
Cases carried to the boot and out again at the forecourt, with child restraints already fitted — not an argument about whether the pram fits.
Why pre-book the western run
A published fare per suburb for each airport, Badgerys Creek and Mascot alike.
The line we drive west never touches the M5 East, which is the part of the Mascot run that goes wrong most often.
One building, one forecourt, and a road network built for it rather than retrofitted around it.
No deposit, no pre-authorisation, no card on file — you settle with the driver on the day.
Departures can be booked today on the ordinary terms.
Capsules and boosters fitted before the vehicle leaves for your address, at no charge.

Questions, answered plainly
Between $255 and $405, decided by how many seats you need. Each destination has its own fare: from Yerrinbool, Badgerys Creek is $225 and Mascot $255.
Bookings for that date onwards are already open at the published fare, with nothing charged until the day.
About 53 min for the 62 km. That is 32 km shorter than the run to Kingsford Smith, and the route avoids the M5 East and the airport tunnel entirely.
It is: 62 km rather than 94 km. The distance saving is 32 km and the drive skips the M5 East, which is the part of the Mascot run most likely to cost you twenty minutes.
One terminal, one kerb. We pull into the departures forecourt, unload the cases and you walk in. The single-building layout is one of the quiet advantages of the new airport.
Nothing up front and no pre-authorisation. The fare is settled at the terminal on the day, however you prefer to pay.
We work backwards from your boarding time: about two hours at the terminal for an international departure and ninety minutes for a domestic one, plus the 53 min drive and a traffic allowance.
Every hour of every day; set fees apply before 6am and after 8pm. Set fees apply for pickups before 6am (+$20), 8pm–10pm (+$10) and after 10pm (+$20); there is no public-holiday premium.
There is a metro planned for the airport itself, but it does not come anywhere near Yerrinbool — reaching it means a drive or several changes before you even start, which is usually the trip you were trying to avoid.
One eleven-seat minibus takes the lot for $325. Beyond eleven we run a second vehicle and quote it in advance.
All three types, free, and installed before the vehicle leaves for your address. Give us the ages at booking.
We move the booking free of charge. On the return leg we also track the flight number, so a late arrival shifts the pickup automatically.
Both, each with its own published fare. Kingsford Smith is 94 km from here — the distances, leave-by times and terminal details are on the Yerrinbool to Sydney Airport page.
The vehicle is chosen from your bag count as much as your headcount, and the driver loads and unloads it. A sedan takes two large cases and two carry-ons; the minibus takes eleven people's worth.
Yours alone. There is no shared loop and no interchange — the word shuttle is in our name because of the route, not because you share the car.
Twenty-four to forty-eight hours is comfortable, and further ahead over school holidays and Christmas. For the opening weeks of the new airport, earlier is better — the first schedules will be busy.
The passenger terminal is the usual drop, but the aerotropolis precinct around it is the same run and the same fare. Give us the exact address when you book.
