What does the run from Bargo to Badgerys Creek cost?
A fixed $205 one way for one or two passengers, up to $275 for eleven in one vehicle. It is your suburb's published Western Sydney fare, $205; Kingsford Smith is $235.
Can I book a transfer to Western Sydney Airport yet?
We are taking bookings for departures from that date now, on exactly the same terms as every other run — fixed fare, nothing payable in advance.
What is the drive time from Bargo to Western Sydney Airport?
71 km, normally around 55 min. Kingsford Smith is 83 km from here, so the new airport saves 12 km and the tolled section with it.
Is Western Sydney Airport closer than Sydney Airport?
Yes — 71 km against 83 km, a saving of 12 km, and our route to it carries no tolls. For 74 of the 75 suburbs we serve, Western Sydney is the closer airport; Darkes Forest on the escarpment is the single exception.
Where exactly do you drop off at Western Sydney Airport?
One terminal, one kerb. We pull into the departures forecourt, unload the cases and you walk in. The single-building layout is one of the quiet advantages of the new airport.
When do I actually pay for the transfer?
No deposit and no card on file. Payment happens on the day, which is also why there is no cancellation fee if your plans change.
How do you work out the pickup time?
We work backwards from your boarding time: about two hours at the terminal for an international departure and ninety minutes for a domestic one, plus the 55 min drive and a traffic allowance.
Do you cover early and late flights to Western Sydney?
Every hour of every day; set fees apply before 6am and after 8pm. Set fees apply for pickups before 6am (+$20), 8pm–10pm (+$10) and after 10pm (+$20); there is no public-holiday premium.
Could I get to Badgerys Creek by train or bus instead?
Not usefully from Bargo. A metro line is being built to serve the airport, but it runs between St Marys and the terminal rather than out to this district, so you would still need to get yourself across to it with your luggage.
Can eleven of us travel in one vehicle?
One eleven-seat minibus takes the lot for $275. Beyond eleven we run a second vehicle and quote it in advance.
Are child seats included?
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters, all fitted before we arrive and all at no extra cost. We need the children's ages when you book rather than on the morning.
Can I change the booking after I make it?
Message or call and we move it at no cost. Because nothing is charged in advance, there is no cancellation fee and nothing to refund.
Can you take us to Mascot as well?
Both, each with its own published fare. Kingsford Smith is 83 km from here — the distances, leave-by times and terminal details are on the Bargo to Sydney Airport page.
Can you take skis, golf clubs or a pram?
All of it, within the class you book. Tell us about skis, clubs, a pram or a wheelchair when you book and we send something with the room rather than discovering the problem in your driveway.
Do you pick up other passengers on the way?
Only your group. We do not combine bookings, so the drive is direct.
Is there a cut-off for booking?
Twenty-four to forty-eight hours is comfortable, and further ahead over school holidays and Christmas. For the opening weeks of the new airport, earlier is better — the first schedules will be busy.
Can you drop somewhere else at Badgerys Creek?
Anywhere in the airport precinct, at the same price. The terminal forecourt is simply where most bookings end.
Which other localities nearby do you cover?
Buxton, Avon, Couridjah, Thirlmere and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance to Badgerys Creek.
