What does the run from Burradoo to Badgerys Creek cost?
Between $245 and $355, decided by how many seats you need. Each destination has its own fare: from Burradoo, Badgerys Creek is $245 and Mascot $275.
Can I book a transfer to Western Sydney Airport yet?
Bookings for that date onwards are already open at the published fare, with nothing charged until the day.
How far is Western Sydney Airport from Burradoo?
85 km, normally around 1 hr 14 min. Kingsford Smith is 117 km from here, so the new airport saves 32 km and the tolled section with it.
Is Western Sydney Airport closer than Sydney Airport?
It is: 85 km rather than 117 km. The distance saving is 32 km and the drive skips the M5 East, which is the part of the Mascot run most likely to cost you twenty minutes.
Where does the driver set us down at the new airport?
One terminal, one kerb. We pull into the departures forecourt, unload the cases and you walk in. The single-building layout is one of the quiet advantages of the new airport.
When do I actually pay for the transfer?
Nothing up front and no pre-authorisation. The fare is settled at the terminal on the day, however you prefer to pay.
How do you work out the pickup time?
We work backwards from your boarding time: about two hours at the terminal for an international departure and ninety minutes for a domestic one, plus the 1 hr 14 min drive and a traffic allowance.
Do you drive to Badgerys Creek at 3am?
Yes — the first departures and the last arrivals are ordinary work here, with set fees for pickups before 6am or after 8pm.
Could I get to Badgerys Creek by train or bus instead?
Not usefully from Burradoo. A metro line is being built to serve the airport, but it runs between St Marys and the terminal rather than out to this district, so you would still need to get yourself across to it with your luggage.
What is the largest group you can take to Badgerys Creek?
Yes — eleven passengers and their luggage in one minibus for $355, about $32 a seat. One vehicle leaves once and arrives once, which matters more than the saving when there is a check-in deadline.
Are child seats included?
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters, all fitted before we arrive and all at no extra cost. We need the children's ages when you book rather than on the morning.
What if my flight is delayed or changed?
One message reschedules it. No money has changed hands, so a change costs you nothing.
Do you also do the Sydney Airport run?
Both, each with its own published fare. Kingsford Smith is 117 km from here — the distances, leave-by times and terminal details are on the Burradoo to Sydney Airport page.
Can you take skis, golf clubs or a pram?
Luggage decides the vehicle, not the passenger count. Bulky items such as golf clubs, skis, surfboards and bikes are $10 each; tell us at booking.
Is it a private car or a shared shuttle?
Only your group. We do not combine bookings, so the drive is direct.
How much notice do you need for a WSI run?
Anything from a day ahead usually works, though the holiday periods and the airport's first months fill earlier.
Can you drop somewhere else at Badgerys Creek?
The passenger terminal is the usual drop, but the aerotropolis precinct around it is the same run and the same fare. Give us the exact address when you book.
Do you serve the towns for WSI runs?
Berrima, Bowral, Moss Vale, Welby and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance to Badgerys Creek.
