Wallacia transfers at a glance

Wollondilly Airport Shuttle meets arriving passengers at Sydney Airport and drives them home to Wallacia (NSW 2745) — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. The driver waits in the P7 Rideshare Pickup Area at T1, or in the priority pickup area at T2 and T3, and the fare is $189 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $389 for eleven in one vehicle. It is 62 km from the terminal to the Wallacia shops by the hotel, about 56 min. The flight number is tracked from wheels-down, so a late arrival simply shifts the Wallacia pickup: an hour of free waiting at T1, forty minutes at T2 and T3, and no charge either way. Nothing is payable in advance. Send the flight number now and the rest of it looks after itself. Quote on 0427 143 612.

Priced before you fly

How Much Is a Transfer from Sydney Airport to Wallacia?

The homeward leg is the outbound fare plus a $10 pickup fee: $189 for a couple, with fixed steps up as the group grows.

The fare is set when you book and does not move for the date or the length of the queue at immigration. No card is taken when you book — the fare is due on the day of travel. Fares reviewed August 2026.

Why not just sort it out when you land? Because the queue you would be joining is longest exactly when your flight is latest. A booked car is already there, already paid for at a known price.

Which Vehicle Will Be Waiting at the Terminal?

The car is matched to your party before the flight lands, not negotiated at the kerb with a driver who has a boot too small.

How long it takes

How Long Does It Take to Get from Sydney Airport to Wallacia?

Allow about 56 min for the 62 km from the terminal to the Wallacia shops by the hotel. Up The Northern Road to the village and across the river. A straightforward run at night, though The Northern Road roadworks change layout frequently enough to be worth checking rather than assuming.

Westbound is the easier direction. The M5 East thins out through the evening, and by about seven the run out of the city is clear — which is why an arrival drive often takes less time than the same trip in the morning.

If you are flying out rather than in, the leave-by times and departure fares are on the Wallacia to Sydney Airport page.

Late, early or cancelled

How We Handle Delays on the Way to Wallacia

A delayed flight is the normal case, not the exception, so the booking is built around the flight number rather than a clock time. Here is what happens in each situation.

International arrivals

An hour of free waiting at T1, counted from the moment the aircraft is on the ground. However far the flight slips, the pickup slips with it at no cost.

Domestic arrivals

Forty minutes from touchdown at T2 and T3, measured from the actual landing rather than the timetable. Domestic bags come off faster and the allowance reflects that.

Diverted or cancelled

If the flight is cancelled or you are rebooked, one message moves the transfer. Nothing has been charged, so nothing has to be refunded.

The flight number is what matters on an arrival booking. With it, we are already watching before you have boarded.

Where we wait for you

Where Do We Meet You Before the Drive to Wallacia?

Shuttle driver holding sign — Sydney Airport transfers to Wallacia
T1 International

Clear customs and walk out into the arrivals hall. Your driver is waiting in the Rideshare Pickup Area inside P7, opposite T1 arrivals, and will take the cases from there to the vehicle.

T2 / T3 Domestic

At T2 and T3 we use the priority pickup area — a text from the baggage hall is all the notice the driver needs.

Straight to your door

From the kerb it is a single run to your address, with no other pickups and no detours built into it. Village addresses close to the hotel are easy. Properties out along the river roads are not — the property name is what the driver needs.

What Is the Cheapest Way Home from Sydney Airport to Wallacia?

Worth reading before you fly rather than after you land, because the options look very different at 11pm.

The station access fee is Transport for NSW's published charge for entering or leaving an airport rail station — check the current figure before you rely on it. The honest summary for an arrival into Wallacia: rail can work in daylight with hand luggage, and stops working entirely once the flight is late, the bags are checked, or the last service has gone.

Groups off one flight

Group Arrivals: One Minibus Instead of Three Taxis

Family boarding white shuttle van — Sydney Airport transfers to Wallacia

Eleven arriving passengers are met by one vehicle for $389 — about $35 a seat, against three separate taxis from the rank at whatever the meter says. Extended families, sports teams and friends landing together all book this way.

Three things when you book: flight number, how many people, how many cases. If half the group is on a different aircraft, say so — we will either hold one vehicle for the later flight or send two, whichever suits you.

Booked car or taxi queue

Pre-Booked Car or the Taxi Queue? Getting to Wallacia

Timing is the whole problem

Ranks are fine at 2pm on a Tuesday. They are not fine at 11pm when four international flights have landed inside forty minutes.

An open-ended fare on a 62 km trip

Metered pricing on a run this long depends on conditions you cannot see from the queue. A fixed fare removes the question.

Distance puts some drivers off

A long one-way run with no return fare is not every driver's preference. Ours is dispatched knowing exactly where it goes.

Why it is worth booking

Six Reasons to Book the Wallacia Leg Before You Leave

Settled before departure

The return leg is arranged with the outbound one, so nothing is left to organise from an airport with a flat phone.

A named meeting point

You walk out and the driver is there holding your name. That is the whole service, and it is the part people remember.

Waiting included, not billed

An hour of free time at T1 and forty minutes at domestic, counted from wheels-down.

No advance payment

Nothing is charged when you book and no card is held. You pay the driver at your door on the day of travel, by card, cash or PayID, with a tax invoice emailed if you want one.

Child seats at no extra charge

Fitted before we leave for the airport, which is why we ask for ages at booking rather than on the day.

Any hour, any date

Christmas Day is priced exactly like a Tuesday; a pickup after 10pm adds a set $20.

Arrival FAQ

Sydney Airport to Wallacia: Your Questions Answered

What is the fare from the terminal to Wallacia?

A fixed $189 one way for one or two passengers, up to $389 for eleven in one vehicle. It is the outbound fare plus the $10 airport pickup fee — set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm, and there is no public-holiday surcharge.

How do I find the driver at the terminal?

International arrivals are a terminal pickup: your name on a card inside the T1 hall, just past the customs doors, and help with the luggage from there. Domestic is a text from the baggage belt and the vehicle in the priority pickup zone as you reach the door.

How far is Wallacia from Sydney Airport?

62 km, normally about 56 min. You are driving away from Sydney's peak rather than into it, which is why the homeward leg tends to beat the outbound one on the same road.

Do I pay more if the flight is delayed?

No charge and no action needed from you. We watch the flight, the pickup shifts with it, and the free waiting allowance — an hour at T1, forty minutes at T2 and T3 — only starts once the wheels are actually down.

What if my flight is cancelled or diverted?

One message rebooks it. Since no money has changed hands and no card is held, there is nothing to refund and no fee to argue about.

Do you take card details at booking?

Nothing is payable in advance and no card is stored. The fare is settled with the driver when you get home — card, cash or PayID — with an emailed invoice on request.

Will the vehicle come all the way to my house?

Yes, that is the whole point of it. Village addresses close to the hotel are easy. Properties out along the river roads are not — the property name is what the driver needs.

Does the airport line reach Wallacia?

Only partway. Campbelltown or Menangle is the practical limit, the airport station access fee is $18.61 a head on top of the Opal fare, and the remaining distance is a pickup you would have to arrange anyway.

Is it worth pre-booking rather than using the rank?

Two things: certainty of price on a 62 km run, and certainty that a car exists at all. Both disappear at the rank on a busy night, which is generally the night you are landing.

Will you meet me at Western Sydney Airport too?

Yes. Nothing about the booking changes: $189, free waiting from touchdown, and no advance payment.

Do you have a vehicle big enough for eleven arriving passengers?

Yes — eleven arriving passengers and their luggage in one minibus for $389, about $35 a seat. If the group is split across two flights, tell us and we will either hold the vehicle or run two pickups.

Do you carry child restraints for arriving families?

Yes and no charge. Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters are fitted before departure for the airport, which is why the ages matter at booking rather than on the day.

Will you meet a flight landing after midnight?

Yes — pickups from 8pm to 10pm add $10, and after 10pm $20. Wallacia is a crossroads, which means people sometimes plan to be dropped here and collected by someone else.

When should I book the trip home?

Anything from twenty-four hours ahead is usually fine, though peak holiday periods fill earlier. Booking the arrival alongside the departure saves thinking about it twice.

What if I come out earlier than expected?

Just message. The driver will either be nearby already or will tell you precisely how long — we would rather give you an honest fifteen minutes than an optimistic five.

Do you serve the towns as well?

Silverdale, Warragamba, Douglas Park, Bringelly, plus the whole of the surrounding district. All 75 localities have their own arrivals page and their own fixed fare.
