What is the fare home from Western Sydney International to Wallacia?
A fixed $89 one way for one or two passengers, up to $129 for eleven in one vehicle. It is your suburb's published Western Sydney fare plus the $10 airport pickup fee; Mascot has its own fare.
Where will the driver be waiting?
Past the arrivals doors, by name. The single-building layout makes this the simplest meet of any Sydney airport.
What is the drive time from Badgerys Creek to Wallacia?
Roughly 12 min to cover 12 km. The saving against the 62 km Mascot run is 50 km — and the untolled route is the part you notice at midnight.
Do I pay more if the aircraft lands hours behind schedule?
No charge and no action needed. We watch the flight, the pickup shifts with it, and the free waiting only starts once the wheels are down.
What happens to the booking if the airline reroutes me?
Message or call and we move the booking at no cost. Because nothing is charged in advance, there is no cancellation fee and nothing to refund.
Is a deposit required?
No, and no pre-authorisation either. Payment happens at the end of the trip, however you prefer to pay.
Do you drop right at the address?
Yes. One vehicle, your party only, terminal to door. Village addresses close to the hotel are easy. Properties out along the river roads are not — the property name is what the driver needs.
Does the airport metro help me get home?
The metro runs between St Marys and the terminal. It does not come anywhere near Wallacia, so the last leg still needs a car, which is the trip you were trying to avoid.
Is a booked transfer better than the taxi rank?
At a brand-new airport, more than usually. Nobody knows yet how the rank will behave when several flights land together, and a 12 km fare out to this district is one plenty of drivers would rather not take. A booked car is already waiting and already priced.
Can a group of eleven be met by one vehicle?
Yes — eleven arriving passengers and their luggage in one minibus for $129, about $12 a seat. If the group is split across two flights, tell us and we will either hold the vehicle or run two pickups.
Do you charge for child restraints?
Yes, at no cost. Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters are fitted before the vehicle leaves for the terminal, so we need the children's ages when you book rather than when you land.
Is there a night service from the new airport?
Every night of the year, including the last arrivals. Wallacia is a crossroads, which means people sometimes plan to be dropped here and collected by someone else.
Are you taking bookings for the new airport?
We are taking arrival bookings now, on the ordinary terms — fixed fare, nothing payable in advance.
Do you cover both airports for arrivals?
Both, each with its own published fare. Kingsford Smith is 62 km from here — meeting points, terminal by terminal, and the free waiting times are on the Sydney Airport to Wallacia page.
When should I book the trip home?
Anything from a day ahead usually works, though the new airport's first months are likely to fill earlier than usual.
Do you serve the towns from the new airport?
Silverdale, Warragamba, Douglas Park, Bringelly and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published arrival fare.
