The last hour of the trip, sorted before the first. Sydney Airport to Silverdale (the acreage belt between Warragamba and Wallacia, all long blocks and bush frontage) as a private transfer: one agreed fare, free waiting after touchdown, and a driver holding your name.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle meets arriving passengers at Sydney Airport and drives them home to Silverdale (NSW 2752) — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. The driver waits in the P7 Rideshare Pickup Area at T1, or in the priority pickup area at T2 and T3, and the fare is $199 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $399 for eleven in one vehicle. It is 65 km from the terminal to the Silverdale Road shops, about 59 min. Because the booking follows your flight number rather than a stated time, delays cost nothing — sixty minutes of waiting is included at T1 and forty at T2 and T3, timed from the actual landing. Nothing is payable in advance. Book both legs together and the return is done before you have packed. Quote on 0427 143 612.
Priced before you fly
One published number in each direction. $199 covers one or two arriving passengers, and only the vehicle size moves it.

The fare is set when you book and does not move for the date or the length of the queue at immigration. There is no deposit on a Silverdale arrival — payment happens on the day of travel. Fares reviewed August 2026.
The return leg is the one worth booking. Getting out of Silverdale is usually manageable. Getting home at midnight with luggage is the part that catches people out.

Every class includes the same things. Tolls and GST are inside the fare, child restraints are fitted before we leave at no cost, arrivals are tracked by flight number, and there is no advance payment — you pay on the day of travel. The only thing that changes between cards is how many people and how much luggage fit.
How long it takes
Allow about 59 min for the 65 km from the terminal to the Silverdale Road shops. Through Wallacia and out along Silverdale Road. The acreage stretch at the end has no lighting and no line markings in places, which makes the last five minutes slower than the map allows for.
The drive home is generally quicker than the drive in. Sydney's congestion points inbound — and by mid-evening the westbound carriageway of the M5 East is doing what it was built to do.
If you are flying out rather than in, the leave-by times and departure fares are on the Silverdale to Sydney Airport page.
Late, early or cancelled
The single reason arrival transfers go wrong is a booking made against a scheduled time. Ours is made against a flight number, and this is how that plays out when things move.
T1 arrivals carry sixty minutes of included waiting from touchdown, and the driver leaves for the airport based on where the aircraft actually is.
At T2 and T3 you have forty minutes from wheels-down before waiting is even discussed, which comfortably covers a domestic bag belt.
Diverted, cancelled or rebooked onto tomorrow? Call or message and we move the booking with no cancellation charge — there is nothing paid in advance to lose.
Give us the flight number rather than a landing time when you book — that is the single thing that makes the arrival look after itself.
Where we wait for you

Clear customs and walk out into the arrivals hall. Your driver is waiting in the Rideshare Pickup Area inside P7, opposite T1 arrivals, and will take the cases from there to the vehicle.
T2 and T3 work the other way round: you text from the baggage hall, and the vehicle is in the priority pickup area by the time you reach the doors.
Everything after that is one drive to your door — your party alone in the vehicle, and nowhere else to be. Long gravel driveways with gates that may be closed. Tell us at booking whether to expect a gate and whether it will be open.

Our arrival service starts the same day, at its own published fare.

The default airport for this district today, with a driver inside the T1 hall and a priority-zone pickup at T2 and T3.
$199 from Sydney Airport, $109 from Western Sydney. Which terminal and how late the aircraft was make no difference; the pickup adds a set $10, plus $10–$20 after 8pm.

| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $199 fixed | ~59 min, door to door | door-to-door in one vehicle, met inside the hall, at a number you already know |
| Train from the airport | Opal fares plus $18.61 station access fee each | 2 hrs or more, if it is running | rail gets you as far as Campbelltown or Menangle at best, with an $18.61 access fee each and somebody still needing to collect you from the platform at the other end |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~59 min if a car accepts | no service of any kind reaches Silverdale at night |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~59 min plus the car park shuttle | only works if you drove yourself out and left the car there — and it means finding the car park shuttle after a long flight before you can start driving |
The station access fee is Transport for NSW's published charge for entering or leaving an airport rail station — check the current figure before you rely on it. The honest summary for an arrival into Silverdale: rail can work in daylight with hand luggage, and stops working entirely once the flight is late, the bags are checked, or the last service has gone.
Groups off one flight

Eleven arriving passengers are met by one vehicle for $399 — about $36 a seat, against three separate taxis from the rank at whatever the meter says. It suits anything that arrives together: a tour group, a team, or three generations of one family.
Three things when you book: flight number, how many people, how many cases. If half the group is on a different aircraft, say so — we will either hold one vehicle for the later flight or send two, whichever suits you.
Booked car or taxi queue
Ranks empty out mid-afternoon and clog when the widebodies land together, which is usually when you are standing in it.
Traffic, roadworks and the hour all move a metered fare of this length. None of them move ours.
Drivers at the front of a rank are not obliged to love a run this far out at 1am. A booked vehicle has already agreed to it.
Why it is worth booking
Nothing to arrange while you are tired, holding bags and looking for signal. It is on the sheet before you leave home.
Your name at the meeting point beats trying to find a pickup zone in a terminal you may not know well.
An hour from touchdown at T1 and forty minutes at T2 and T3, timed from the real landing and included in the fare.
No deposit, no pre-authorisation, no card details sitting on file. The fare is settled with the driver when you get home — card, cash or PayID — and an invoice follows by email if you need it.
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters fitted before the vehicle leaves for the terminal, at no extra cost.
Midnight arrivals, public holidays and the last flight of the night are ordinary work when the booking is in.

Arrival FAQ
$199 for one or two people, rising in steps to $399 for a full eleven-seat vehicle. The number is the departure fare plus the $10 pickup fee; Boxing Day does not change it, though a pickup after 10pm adds $20.
At T1 the driver waits inside the Rideshare Pickup Area inside the P7 building, holding your name, and carries the cases out to the vehicle. At T2 and T3 we use the priority pickup area — send a text when you have your bag and the car is at the kerb as you walk out.
About 59 min for the 65 km. Westbound is usually the easier direction: the M5 East clears through the evening, so an arrival run often takes less time than the same trip at 4am in the other direction.
The delay is ours to absorb. Because the job is scheduled off the flight number, a three-hour slip just moves the departure from our end, and the included waiting time is counted from the moment you land rather than from the timetable.
Message or call and we move the booking at no cost. Because nothing is charged in advance, there is no cancellation fee and nothing to refund.
No. There is no deposit and no card held. You pay the driver at your door on the day of travel by card, cash or PayID, and we email a tax invoice afterwards if you want one.
Yes — there is no interchange and no shared leg. Long gravel driveways with gates that may be closed. Tell us at booking whether to expect a gate and whether it will be open.
Only partway. Campbelltown or Menangle is the practical limit, the airport station access fee is $18.61 a head on top of the Opal fare, and the remaining distance is a pickup you would have to arrange anyway.
The gap widens exactly when it matters. Queues build around the big arrival banks, and a metered trip of 65 km has no knowable price until it ends. A pre-booked vehicle is unaffected by either.
Yes. It takes passengers and our arrival service starts with it, at its own published fare.
Eleven is the maximum in one vehicle, and it is $399 for the lot — roughly $36 each. Split across two aircraft, we can wait for the second or send two vehicles, whichever you prefer.
All three types, included in the fare. The only thing we need is the children's ages at the time of booking so the right seats are already in the vehicle that meets you for the drive to Silverdale.
Any hour, every night, holidays included. No service of any kind reaches Silverdale at night.
Two days is a comfortable margin, more in January and over the school breaks. Most bookings come in as a pair — out and back — which is the tidiest way to handle it.
Text the driver and you will get a straight answer. A fast exit usually means a short wait, and if it is longer than that we say so.
