What is the fare from Wallacia to Western Sydney International?
$89 for a couple, rising in fixed steps to $129 for a full eleven-seat minibus. Western Sydney has its own published price list, usually below the Sydney Airport fare.
When does Western Sydney Airport actually open?
We are taking bookings for departures from that date now, on exactly the same terms as every other run — fixed fare, nothing payable in advance.
How long does it take to drive from Wallacia to Badgerys Creek?
12 km, normally around 12 min. Kingsford Smith is 62 km from here, so the new airport saves 50 km and the tolled section with it.
Is Western Sydney Airport closer than Sydney Airport?
Yes — 12 km against 62 km, a saving of 50 km, and our route to it carries no tolls. For 74 of the 75 suburbs we serve, Western Sydney is the closer airport; Darkes Forest on the escarpment is the single exception.
Where does the driver set us down at the new airport?
At the departures forecourt. Western Sydney International has a single terminal building, so there is no guessing between domestic and international and no shuttle between them — the vehicle stops at the door and the bags come out with you.
When do I actually pay for the transfer?
Nothing up front and no pre-authorisation. The fare is settled at the terminal on the day, however you prefer to pay.
How do you work out the pickup time?
Backwards from the flight rather than forwards from a guess — terminal time, plus 12 min on the road, plus a margin. Give us the flight number and the pickup is set against your boarding time rather than an average.
Is there a night service to the new airport?
Every hour of every day; set fees apply before 6am and after 8pm. Set fees apply for pickups before 6am (+$20), 8pm–10pm (+$10) and after 10pm (+$20); there is no public-holiday premium.
Will the metro reach Western Sydney Airport?
There is a metro planned for the airport itself, but it does not come anywhere near Wallacia — reaching it means a drive or several changes before you even start, which is usually the trip you were trying to avoid.
Can eleven of us travel in one vehicle?
Eleven is the maximum in a single vehicle, at $129 for the group. That is almost always less than two or three separate cars, and it keeps everyone together.
Are child seats included?
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters, all fitted before we arrive and all at no extra cost. We need the children's ages when you book rather than on the morning.
What happens if the airline moves my flight?
Message or call and we move it at no cost. Because nothing is charged in advance, there is no cancellation fee and nothing to refund.
Can you take us to Mascot as well?
Both, each with its own published fare. Kingsford Smith is 62 km from here — the distances, leave-by times and terminal details are on the Wallacia to Sydney Airport page.
Can you take skis, golf clubs or a pram?
Luggage decides the vehicle, not the passenger count. Bulky items such as golf clubs, skis, surfboards and bikes are $10 each; tell us at booking.
Will anyone else be in the vehicle?
Private, always. One vehicle carries your party and nobody else, and it drives from your address to the terminal without another pickup on the way.
How much notice do you need for a WSI run?
Anything from a day ahead usually works, though the holiday periods and the airport's first months fill earlier.
Can you drop somewhere else at Badgerys Creek?
Anywhere in the airport precinct, at the same price. The terminal forecourt is simply where most bookings end.
Which other localities nearby do you cover?
Silverdale, Warragamba, Douglas Park, Bringelly and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance to Badgerys Creek.
