Someone is waiting when you land. Fixed-fare arrival transfers from Sydney Airport to Bringelly — the village at the airport's front gate, where The Northern Road and Bringelly Road meet — with the flight tracked, the waiting time free and the fare agreed before you left.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle meets arriving passengers at Sydney Airport and drives them home to Bringelly (NSW 2556) — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. The driver waits in the P7 Rideshare Pickup Area at T1, or in the priority pickup area at T2 and T3, and the fare is $139 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $379 for eleven in one vehicle. It is 44 km from the terminal to the Bringelly shops at the crossroads, about 45 min. Your flight number does the work: the pickup moves with the aircraft, and the Bringelly fare covers an hour of waiting at T1 or forty minutes at T2 and T3 from the moment the wheels touch. Nothing is payable in advance. Send the flight number now and the rest of it looks after itself. Quote on 0427 143 612.
Fixed price, each direction
The homeward leg is the outbound fare plus a $10 pickup fee: $139 for a couple, with fixed steps up as the group grows.
| Passengers | Vehicle | Fixed fare (one way) | Typical booking |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1–2 | Sedan | $139 | couples and solo travellers landing together |
| 3 | Kia Carnival | $219 | a family of three with checked bags |
| 4 | Kia Carnival | $219 | four adults and their luggage |
| 5 | People Mover | $259 | families home from a holiday |
| 6 | People Mover | $259 | two households on the same flight |
| 7 | Minibus | $319 | extended family arrivals |
| 8 | Minibus | $319 | cruise passengers off the ship |
| 9 | Minibus | $379 | wedding guests flying in |
| 10 | Minibus | $379 | teams and work groups |
| 11 | Minibus | $379 | the maximum in a single vehicle |
The fare is set when you book and does not move for the date or the length of the queue at immigration. No advance payment and no card hold — you pay on the day of travel. Fares reviewed August 2026.
The cheap decision is made in advance. Every option you have at the kerb is priced by the conditions of that night. The one you book from home is not.
What meets your flight
The car is matched to your party before the flight lands, not negotiated at the kerb with a driver who has a boot too small.

Same service in all four. Whichever class meets your flight, the fare covers tolls and GST, the child seats are free and already fitted, the aircraft is tracked, and nothing is payable before the drive to Bringelly. Only capacity separates them.
Terminal to door
Allow about 45 min for the 44 km from the terminal to the Bringelly shops at the crossroads. The M5 to Prestons, Camden Valley Way, then north on The Northern Road. Straightforward, though The Northern Road works have been in flux for years and the current layout is worth checking rather than assuming.
Coming out of the airport you are pointed away from the congestion rather than into it. That is why the same distance that takes an hour and a bit at dawn often does not on the way home.
If you are flying out rather than in, the leave-by times and departure fares are on the Bringelly to Sydney Airport page.
When the flight moves
Almost nothing about an arrival runs to the printed schedule, which is why the pickup is tied to your flight number instead of an agreed hour. The three situations below cover most of it.
The booking follows the aircraft. However late it lands, an hour from wheels-down at T1 is free, and the driver is there when you emerge.
At T2 and T3 you have forty minutes from wheels-down before waiting is even discussed, which comfortably covers a domestic bag belt.
A diversion or a cancellation is a phone call, not a problem. We reschedule, and because there is no advance payment there is nothing to claw back.
The flight number is what matters on an arrival booking. With it, we are already watching before you have boarded.
Finding your driver

Clear customs and walk out into the arrivals hall. Your driver is waiting in the Rideshare Pickup Area inside P7, opposite T1 arrivals, and will take the cases from there to the vehicle.
Domestic arrivals are simpler: message the driver when you clear the belt and the vehicle pulls into the priority zone as you walk out.
From the kerb it is a single run to your address, with no other pickups and no detours built into it. Crossroads village with properties spread along both highways. Tell us which road and which side; at night the two look much the same.
The second airport
Once Western Sydney International is the closer terminal for much of this district, and we meet flights there with the same service at its own published fare.
about 14 min · toll-free on our route
A landing at WSI and a Bringelly address is about as short as an airport transfer gets anywhere in Sydney. The terminal's pickup bay sits opposite arrivals, so the walk is shorter than the drive. Route detail on the Bringelly to WSI page.
about 45 min · Hume, M5 and tunnel
The overwhelming majority of arrivals we meet are here — inside the hall at T1, at the priority zone for T2 and T3.
$139 from this airport; each airport has its own published fare. The arrival fare does not change with the terminal, the hour or the length of the delay — and there is no station access fee, because we drive you the whole way.
Get Free QuoteYour options at the kerb
Worth reading before you fly rather than after you land, because the options look very different at 11pm.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $139 fixed | ~45 min, door to door | a driver already at the terminal, help with the luggage, and a fixed published fare |
| Train from the airport | Opal fares plus $18.61 station access fee each | 2 hrs or more, if it is running | rail gets you as far as Campbelltown or Menangle at best, with an $18.61 access fee each and somebody still needing to collect you from the platform at the other end |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~45 min if a car accepts | Bringelly is the one address where the return leg from Kingsford Smith feels absurdly long compared with the alternative — the new airport is under ten minutes away |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~45 min plus the car park shuttle | only works if you drove yourself out and left the car there — and it means finding the car park shuttle after a long flight before you can start driving |
The station access fee is Transport for NSW's published charge for entering or leaving an airport rail station — check the current figure before you rely on it. The honest summary for an arrival into Bringelly: rail can work in daylight with hand luggage, and stops working entirely once the flight is late, the bags are checked, or the last service has gone.
Arriving together

Eleven arriving passengers are met by one vehicle for $379 — about $34 a seat, against three separate taxis from the rank at whatever the meter says. It suits anything that arrives together: a tour group, a team, or three generations of one family.
We need the flight number, the number of passengers and a rough bag count, and that is all. Split across two aircraft? Decide in advance whether you would rather everyone waited together or travelled in two runs.
Compared with the rank
Ranks are fine at 2pm on a Tuesday. They are not fine at 11pm when four international flights have landed inside forty minutes.
Metered pricing on a run this long depends on conditions you cannot see from the queue. A fixed fare removes the question.
A long one-way run with no return fare is not every driver's preference. Ours is dispatched knowing exactly where it goes.
Reasons to book ahead
It takes two minutes now and saves the worst twenty minutes of the trip later.
Your name on a card past customs, rather than a pin dropped in a car park you have never seen.
Sixty minutes at T1 and forty at T2 and T3, timed from the real landing rather than the schedule.
You are not charged anything at booking and no hold goes on your card. Payment happens at your door on the day, however you prefer to pay, with a tax invoice on request.
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters, fitted in advance from the ages you give us.
No date carries a surcharge on this service; set fees apply only for pickups before 6am or after 8pm.

Questions about arrivals
Between $139 and $379, decided by how many seats you need rather than by the traffic; set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm. It is the outbound fare plus the $10 airport pickup fee, and any time-of-day fee.
Walk out of customs at T1 and the driver taking you to Bringelly is waiting in the Rideshare Pickup Area inside P7. At T2 and T3 there is no hall to wait in, so you message once you have your bag and the car pulls into the priority area for the run out to Bringelly.
Roughly 45 min to cover 44 km. Evening arrivals usually run clean once past the airport tunnel, since the heavy traffic on the M5 East is heading the opposite way.
It costs you nothing. The booking is tied to the flight number, not a time you nominated, so the driver simply leaves later. Sixty minutes of free waiting applies at T1 and forty at the domestic terminals, timed from the real landing rather than the schedule you booked against.
Tell us the new flight number and the job moves with it. Nothing was taken at booking, so a cancellation costs you exactly nothing.
No, and no pre-authorisation either. Payment happens at the end of the trip, at your door, in whichever of card, cash or PayID suits you at your Bringelly address.
Yes. One vehicle, your party only, from the terminal to the address. Crossroads village with properties spread along both highways. Tell us which road and which side; at night the two look much the same.
No. The furthest rail takes you is Campbelltown or Menangle, you pay $18.61 each just to leave the airport station, and the last leg still needs a car — normally somebody else's evening.
Usually, and the difference is worst on the bad nights. When several long-haul flights land together the rank slows right down, and a 44 km fare out of the city is one plenty of drivers would rather not take. A booked car is already waiting and already priced.
Yes — at that airport's own published fare. The fare there is $69 for one or two, with the same included waiting and the same drive to your address.
One minibus takes eleven and their bags for $379 — about $34 per seat against three taxis at whatever the meters say. Two flights, two options: hold, or run separately.
Yes, at no cost. Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters are fitted before the vehicle leaves for the terminal, so we need the children's ages when you book rather than when you land.
Every night of the year, including the last arrivals. Bringelly is the one address where the return leg from Kingsford Smith feels absurdly long compared with the alternative — the new airport is under ten minutes away.
A day or two is plenty outside the busy weeks; over Christmas and school holidays give us more for a Bringelly run. The easiest approach is to book both legs together when you arrange the departure.
Send a text. Often the car is already on site and it is a couple of minutes; if not, you get a real number of minutes rather than a vague reassurance about the Bringelly run.
