Land, clear customs, and the car is already there. A private fixed-fare run from Sydney Airport home to Menangle, the heritage village on the Nepean, gathered around the bridge and the old dairy buildings, booked before you fly and paid on the day you travel.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle meets arriving passengers at Sydney Airport and drives them home to Menangle (NSW 2568) — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. The driver waits in the P7 Rideshare Pickup Area at T1, or in the priority pickup area at T2 and T3, and the fare is $189 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $389 for eleven in one vehicle. It is 56 km from the terminal to the Menangle village store near the bridge, about 51 min. We track the flight number, so a delay moves the pickup at no charge — a full hour of free waiting at T1 and forty minutes at T2 and T3. Nothing is payable in advance. Book before you fly and the car is on the sheet before you board. Quote on 0427 143 612.
Fixed fare each way; pickups add $10
Airport pickups add a set $10 fee. One or two passengers pay $189, and the fare climbs only with the number of seats.

No holiday surcharge and no waiting fee inside the free allowance — set fees apply only for pickups before 6am or after 8pm. No advance payment and no card hold — you pay on the day of travel. Fares reviewed August 2026.
Arrivals are where transfers earn their keep. Getting to the airport is a solvable problem. Getting out of it at midnight with three cases is the part worth paying to remove.
Waiting when you land
The class is chosen before you land, from your passengers and your luggage — not decided at the kerb.

The drive home
Allow about 51 min for the 56 km from the terminal to the Menangle village store near the bridge. South from Campbelltown and over the bridge into the village. The bridge is single-lane and although it is not a queue at midnight, it is a genuine pinch point and the driver will approach it accordingly.
You are travelling against the grain of Sydney's peak, which helps. Once past the airport tunnel the westbound run opens up, and by evening it is the fastest it gets all day.
If you are flying out rather than in, the leave-by times and departure fares are on the Menangle to Sydney Airport page.
Delays, diversions and late nights
The single reason arrival transfers go wrong is a booking made against a scheduled time. Ours is made against a flight number, and this is how that plays out when things move.
We track the flight number, so a two-hour delay simply moves the pickup. A full hour of waiting from touchdown is included at T1, and it costs nothing.
Domestic gets forty minutes of free waiting, measured from the real landing time rather than the one printed on your booking.
A diversion or a cancellation is a phone call, not a problem. We reschedule, and because there is no advance payment there is nothing to claw back.
The flight number is the only detail that really matters on an arrival booking — everything else follows from it.
Meeting points, terminal by terminal

The driver meets you inside the T1 arrivals hall, past the customs doors, with your name on a card — no hunting for a car park level or a pickup zone.
At T2 and T3 we use the priority pickup area — a text from the baggage hall is all the notice the driver needs.
From the kerb it is a single run to your address, with no other pickups and no detours built into it. Village addresses close together, several with heritage frontages and no off-street parking. The driver will stop as close as the street allows.
The other airport
Western Sydney International takes its first passengers. Nothing about the booking changes for arrivals there — the published fare, the free waiting and the door drop all carry across.
about 37 min · toll-free on our route
Home from WSI comes in through Camden rather than over the bridge, which on a late arrival makes a real difference. The bridge is a genuine pinch point and we route around it where we can. Route detail on the Menangle to WSI page.
about 51 min · Hume, M5 and tunnel
The overwhelming majority of arrivals we meet are here — inside the hall at T1, at the priority zone for T2 and T3.
$189 either way. We do not price by terminal or by hour, and there is no $18.61 station charge to add, because the vehicle goes from the arrivals door to your address.

Standing in the terminal at midnight is a bad time to compare options, so here they are in advance.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $189 fixed | ~51 min, door to door | someone holding your name when you walk out, your bags handled, and a fare settled before you flew |
| Train from the airport | Opal fares plus $18.61 station access fee each | 2 hrs or more, if it is running | the airport line to Central, a change, then the Southern Highlands service to Menangle — plus the $18.61 station access fee each, and only if you land early enough to catch it |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~51 min if a car accepts | Menangle station exists but the last service is early and the walk from it is unlit |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~51 min plus the car park shuttle | only works if you drove yourself out and left the car there — and it means finding the car park shuttle after a long flight before you can start driving |
The station access fee is Transport for NSW's published charge for entering or leaving an airport rail station — check the current figure before you rely on it. The honest summary for an arrival into Menangle: rail can work in daylight with hand luggage, and stops working entirely once the flight is late, the bags are checked, or the last service has gone.
Landing as a group

Eleven arriving passengers are met by one vehicle for $389 — about $35 a seat, against three separate taxis from the rank at whatever the meter says. It suits anything that arrives together: a tour group, a team, or three generations of one family.
We need the flight number, the number of passengers and a rough bag count, and that is all. Split across two aircraft? Decide in advance whether you would rather everyone waited together or travelled in two runs.
The rank, honestly
When three long-haul flights land together the rank moves slowly. A pre-booked car is unaffected by that entirely.
Nobody can tell you what a metered trip of this length will cost until it ends. Our figure was fixed at booking.
A fare this far out of the city is one some drivers would rather not take at midnight. Yours is already assigned.
Why book the arrival
It takes two minutes now and saves the worst twenty minutes of the trip later.
Your name on a card past customs, rather than a pin dropped in a car park you have never seen.
Sixty minutes at T1 and forty at T2 and T3, timed from the real landing rather than the schedule.
There is nothing to pay in advance and no card taken. You settle with the driver at the door on the day — card, cash or PayID — and a tax invoice is emailed if asked for.
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters, fitted in advance from the ages you give us.
No date carries a surcharge on this service; set fees apply only for pickups before 6am or after 8pm.

Arrival questions
$189 for one or two people, rising in steps to $389 for a full eleven-seat vehicle. The number is the departure fare plus the $10 pickup fee; Boxing Day does not change it, though a pickup after 10pm adds $20.
At T1 the driver waits inside the Rideshare Pickup Area inside the P7 building, holding your name, and carries the cases out to the vehicle. At T2 and T3 we use the priority pickup area — send a text when you have your bag and the car is at the kerb as you walk out.
About 51 min for the 56 km. Westbound is usually the easier direction: the M5 East clears through the evening, so an arrival run often takes less time than the same trip at 4am in the other direction.
The delay is ours to absorb. Because the job is scheduled off the flight number, a three-hour slip just moves the departure from our end, and the included waiting time is counted from the moment you land rather than from the timetable.
Message or call and we move the booking at no cost. Because nothing is charged in advance, there is no cancellation fee and nothing to refund.
No. There is no deposit and no card held. You pay the driver at your door on the day of travel by card, cash or PayID, and we email a tax invoice afterwards if you want one.
Yes — there is no interchange and no shared leg. Village addresses close together, several with heritage frontages and no off-street parking. The driver will stop as close as the street allows.
It works if you land early and travel light — airport line to Central, change, then the Southern Highlands train. Budget the $18.61 station access fee per adult, well over two hours, and no service at all once the evening arrivals start landing.
The gap widens exactly when it matters. Queues build around the big arrival banks, and a metered trip of 56 km has no knowable price until it ends. A pre-booked vehicle is unaffected by either.
Yes. It takes passengers and our arrival service starts with it, at its own published fare.
Eleven is the maximum in one vehicle, and it is $389 for the lot — roughly $35 each. Split across two aircraft, we can wait for the second or send two vehicles, whichever you prefer.
All three types, included in the fare. The only thing we need is the children's ages at the time of booking so the right seats are already in the vehicle that meets you for the drive to Menangle.
Any hour, every night, holidays included. Menangle station exists but the last service is early and the walk from it is unlit.
Two days is a comfortable margin, more in January and over the school breaks. Most bookings come in as a pair — out and back — which is the tidiest way to handle it.
Text the driver and you will get a straight answer. A fast exit usually means a short wait, and if it is longer than that we say so.
