Someone is waiting when you land. Fixed-fare arrival transfers from Sydney Airport to Moss Vale — the Highlands' working town, built around the railway junction and the saleyards — with the flight tracked, the waiting time free and the fare agreed before you left.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle meets arriving passengers at Sydney Airport and drives them home to Moss Vale (NSW 2577) — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. The driver waits in the P7 Rideshare Pickup Area at T1, or in the priority pickup area at T2 and T3, and the fare is $295 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $445 for eleven in one vehicle. It is 125 km from the terminal to Argyle Street and the station approach, about 1 hr 49 min. We watch the flight, not the clock. A delay moves the driver's departure for Moss Vale at no cost, with an hour of free waiting at T1 and forty minutes at the domestic terminals. Nothing is payable in advance. Book both legs together and the return is done before you have packed. Quote on 0427 143 612.
Fixed price, each direction
Arrivals are the departure fare plus the $10 pickup fee — $295 for one or two people, with the same bands above that.
| Passengers | Vehicle | Fixed fare (one way) | Typical booking |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1–2 | Sedan | $295 | couples and solo travellers landing together |
| 3 | Kia Carnival | $325 | a family of three with checked bags |
| 4 | Kia Carnival | $325 | four adults and their luggage |
| 5 | People Mover | $355 | families home from a holiday |
| 6 | People Mover | $355 | two households on the same flight |
| 7 | Minibus | $395 | extended family arrivals |
| 8 | Minibus | $395 | cruise passengers off the ship |
| 9 | Minibus | $445 | wedding guests flying in |
| 10 | Minibus | $445 | teams and work groups |
| 11 | Minibus | $445 | the maximum in a single vehicle |
A four-hour delay and Christmas Day cost the same as a Tuesday lunchtime arrival; set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm. Nothing is added afterwards. No card is taken when you book — the fare is due on the day of travel. Fares reviewed August 2026.
Why not just sort it out when you land? Because the queue you would be joining is longest exactly when your flight is latest. A booked car is already there, already paid for at a known price.
What meets your flight
The car is matched to your party before the flight lands, not negotiated at the kerb with a driver who has a boot too small.

The difference is space, not service. Every vehicle on this page comes with tolls and GST in the fare, restraints fitted at no cost, flight-number tracking and payment on the day you travel to Moss Vale.
Terminal to door
Allow about 1 hr 49 min for the 125 km from the terminal to Argyle Street and the station approach. Down the Hume, off at Sutton Forest and along the Illawarra Highway into town. The highway is slow behind trucks in daylight and clear at night, which makes the evening run notably quicker.
Heading out of the city is the kinder leg. The heavy traffic on the M5 East runs the other way in the morning peak, so an evening arrival usually clears the tunnel and keeps moving.
If you are flying out rather than in, the leave-by times and departure fares are on the Moss Vale to Sydney Airport page.
When the flight moves
Nobody plans for the flight to slip three hours, so we plan for it instead: the pickup tracks the aircraft, not the timetable. What follows is what happens in each case.
The booking follows the aircraft. However late it lands, an hour from wheels-down at T1 is free, and the driver is there when you emerge.
At T2 and T3 you have forty minutes from wheels-down before waiting is even discussed, which comfortably covers a domestic bag belt.
Cancellations and reroutes are handled by phone or text at no cost — there is no deposit sitting with us to argue about.
The flight number is what matters on an arrival booking. With it, we are already watching before you have boarded.
Finding your driver

Clear customs and walk out into the arrivals hall. Your driver is waiting in the Rideshare Pickup Area inside P7, opposite T1 arrivals, and will take the cases from there to the vehicle.
At T2 and T3 we use the priority pickup area — a text from the baggage hall is all the notice the driver needs.
After that the trip is yours alone: the car goes to your address and nowhere else. Town addresses are straightforward. The properties out along the highway need a name — the frontages are long and the numbers are not always visible.
The second airport
Once Western Sydney International is the closer terminal for much of this district, and we meet flights there with the same service at its own published fare.
about 1 hr 21 min · toll-free on our route
The return comes down The Northern Road and along the Illawarra Highway, which is clear at night once the trucks have gone. A rail junction whose trains stop earlier than the flights do. Route detail on the Moss Vale to WSI page.
about 1 hr 49 min · Hume, M5 and tunnel
Every international arrival lands here for now, so this is where the terminal pickup work sits: past customs at T1, kerbside at domestic.
$295 from Sydney Airport, $265 from Western Sydney. Which terminal and how late the aircraft was make no difference; the pickup adds a set $10, plus $10–$20 after 8pm.

The arrivals hall, tired and holding a trolley, is the worst place to weigh this up. Do it now instead.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $295 fixed | ~1 hr 49 min, door to door | door-to-door in one vehicle, met inside the hall, at a number you already know |
| Train from the airport | Opal fares plus $18.61 station access fee each | 2 hrs or more, if it is running | the airport line to Central, a change, then the Southern Highlands service to Moss Vale — plus the $18.61 station access fee each, and only if you land early enough to catch it |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~1 hr 49 min if a car accepts | moss Vale is a rail junction and the trains stop earlier than the flights do |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~1 hr 49 min plus the car park shuttle | only works if you drove yourself out and left the car there — and it means finding the car park shuttle after a long flight before you can start driving |
The station access fee is Transport for NSW's published charge for entering or leaving an airport rail station — check the current figure before you rely on it. The honest summary for an arrival into Moss Vale: rail can work in daylight with hand luggage, and stops working entirely once the flight is late, the bags are checked, or the last service has gone.
Arriving together

Eleven arriving passengers are met by one vehicle for $445 — about $40 a seat, against three separate taxis from the rank at whatever the meter says. It suits anything that arrives together: a tour group, a team, or three generations of one family.
Three things when you book: flight number, how many people, how many cases. If half the group is on a different aircraft, say so — we will either hold one vehicle for the later flight or send two, whichever suits you.
Compared with the rank
When three long-haul flights land together the rank moves slowly. A pre-booked car is unaffected by that entirely.
Nobody can tell you what a metered trip of this length will cost until it ends. Our figure was fixed at booking.
A fare this far out of the city is one some drivers would rather not take at midnight. Yours is already assigned.
Reasons to book ahead
Nothing to arrange while you are tired, holding bags and looking for signal. It is on the sheet before you leave home.
Your name at the meeting point beats trying to find a pickup zone in a terminal you may not know well.
An hour from touchdown at T1 and forty minutes at T2 and T3, timed from the real landing and included in the fare.
There is nothing to pay in advance and no card taken. You settle with the driver at the door on the day — card, cash or PayID — and a tax invoice is emailed if asked for.
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters fitted before the vehicle leaves for the terminal, at no extra cost.
Midnight arrivals, public holidays and the last flight of the night are ordinary work when the booking is in.

Questions about arrivals
A fixed $295 one way for one or two passengers, up to $445 for eleven in one vehicle. It is the outbound fare plus the $10 airport pickup fee — set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm, and there is no public-holiday surcharge.
International arrivals are a terminal pickup: your name on a card inside the T1 hall, just past the customs doors, and help with the luggage from there. Domestic is a text from the baggage belt and the vehicle in the priority pickup zone as you reach the door.
125 km, normally about 1 hr 49 min. You are driving away from Sydney's peak rather than into it, which is why the homeward leg tends to beat the outbound one on the same road.
No charge and no action needed from you. We watch the flight, the pickup shifts with it, and the free waiting allowance — an hour at T1, forty minutes at T2 and T3 — only starts once the wheels are actually down.
One message rebooks it. Since no money has changed hands and no card is held, there is nothing to refund and no fee to argue about.
Nothing is payable in advance and no card is stored. The fare is settled with the driver when you get home — card, cash or PayID — with an emailed invoice on request.
Yes, that is the whole point of it. Town addresses are straightforward. The properties out along the highway need a name — the frontages are long and the numbers are not always visible.
Honestly, sometimes. A solo traveller with a cabin bag arriving at 10am can do it. Two adults with checked luggage at 11pm cannot: the $18.61 access fee each, a change at Central and a last train that goes long before the last flight all count against it.
Two things: certainty of price on a 125 km run, and certainty that a car exists at all. Both disappear at the rank on a busy night, which is generally the night you are landing.
Yes. Nothing about the booking changes: $295, free waiting from touchdown, and no advance payment.
Yes — eleven arriving passengers and their luggage in one minibus for $445, about $40 a seat. If the group is split across two flights, tell us and we will either hold the vehicle or run two pickups.
Yes and no charge. Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters are fitted before departure for the airport, which is why the ages matter at booking rather than on the day.
Yes — pickups from 8pm to 10pm add $10, and after 10pm $20. Moss Vale is a rail junction and the trains stop earlier than the flights do.
Anything from twenty-four hours ahead is usually fine, though peak holiday periods fill earlier. Booking the arrival alongside the departure saves thinking about it twice.
Just message. The driver will either be nearby already or will tell you precisely how long — we would rather give you an honest fifteen minutes than an optimistic five.
