How much do you charge to drive me from Sydney Airport to Burrawang?
$299 for one or two people, rising in steps to $445 for a full eleven-seat vehicle. The number is the departure fare plus the $10 pickup fee; Boxing Day does not change it, though a pickup after 10pm adds $20.
What is the meeting point at Sydney Airport?
At T1 the driver waits inside the Rideshare Pickup Area inside the P7 building, holding your name, and carries the cases out to the vehicle. At T2 and T3 we use the priority pickup area — send a text when you have your bag and the car is at the kerb as you walk out.
What is the drive time from Sydney Airport out to Burrawang?
About 1 hr 57 min for the 130 km. Westbound is usually the easier direction: the M5 East clears through the evening, so an arrival run often takes less time than the same trip at 4am in the other direction.
What if the aircraft lands hours after the scheduled time?
The delay is ours to absorb. Because the job is scheduled off the flight number, a three-hour slip just moves the departure from our end, and the included waiting time is counted from the moment you land rather than from the timetable.
My flight was cancelled — what happens to the booking?
Message or call and we move the booking at no cost. Because nothing is charged in advance, there is no cancellation fee and nothing to refund.
When do I actually pay for the transfer?
No. There is no deposit and no card held. You pay the driver at your door on the day of travel by card, cash or PayID, and we email a tax invoice afterwards if you want one.
Is it door to door, or a set-down point?
Yes — there is no interchange and no shared leg. One main street and a scatter of properties around it, mostly identified by name. The general store is a reliable landmark if the number is not visible.
Can I get by public transport from the terminal?
Not all the way. Rail reaches Moss Vale or Burradoo at best, with an $18.61 airport station access fee per adult, and somebody still has to collect you from the platform — which is usually the trip you were trying to avoid.
What does booking ahead get me over a taxi?
The gap widens exactly when it matters. Queues build around the big arrival banks, and a metered trip of 130 km has no knowable price until it ends. A pre-booked vehicle is unaffected by either.
Do you cover Western Sydney International?
Yes. It takes passengers and our arrival service starts with it, at its own published fare.
Can a group of eleven be met by one vehicle?
Eleven is the maximum in one vehicle, and it is $445 for the lot — roughly $40 each. Split across two aircraft, we can wait for the second or send two vehicles, whichever you prefer.
Is there a charge for child seats?
All three types, included in the fare. The only thing we need is the children's ages at the time of booking so the right seats are already in the vehicle that meets you for the drive to Burrawang.
Do you run late at night?
Any hour, every night, holidays included. Guest-house departures and returns are most of our Burrawang work.
How far ahead should I book the arrival?
Two days is a comfortable margin, more in January and over the school breaks. Most bookings come in as a pair — out and back — which is the tidiest way to handle it.
What happens if I clear customs quickly?
Text the driver and you will get a straight answer. A fast exit usually means a short wait, and if it is longer than that we say so.
Do you serve the towns as well?
Exeter, Fitzroy Falls, Glenquarry, Robertson and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published arrival fare.
