Disembarkation day, without the taxi rank. Private transfers home to Glenquarry (farming country between Bowral and Robertson, high, open and often in the cloud) from both Sydney cruise terminals, at one agreed fare paid on the day.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle meets disembarking cruise passengers at both Sydney terminals and drives them home to Glenquarry (NSW 2576) — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. White Bay Cruise Terminal at Rozelle is 138 km from the Glenquarry Road corner, about 2 hr 11 min; the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay is 140 km, about 2 hr 15 min. The fare is $335 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $475 for eleven in one vehicle, and it matches the sail-day fare exactly. Disembarkation is released by luggage tag rather than a published time, so there is no booked minute to miss: you message from the terminal doors and the driver comes in, with no meter running while you queue. Nothing is payable in advance. Book it with the outbound leg and the whole trip is settled. Quote on 0427 143 612.
Fixed fare each way; pickups add $10
Disembarkation transfers cost the sail-day fare plus the $10 terminal pickup fee — $335 for one or two people, from either terminal.

A slow disembarkation costs you nothing. Nothing is added afterwards for waiting or for luggage. There is no deposit on a Glenquarry disembarkation pickup — payment happens on the day. Fares reviewed August 2026.
No clock, no meter. The driver waits nearby and comes in when you message, and the queue at customs costs you nothing.
Waiting when you land
Four classes, and on a disembarkation run the boot is nearly always what decides it.

The difference is space, not service. All four come with tolls and GST in the fare, restraints at no cost, free waiting while the terminal empties, and payment on the day you get home to Glenquarry.
The drive home
Allow about 2 hr 11 min for the 138 km from White Bay at Rozelle to the Glenquarry Road corner, and about 2 hr 15 min for the 140 km from the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay. Home via Bowral and the farm roads. The property name and a landmark together are what the driver needs at that end.
Getting out of the terminal precinct is the slow part on disembarkation morning, not the motorway. Once past the Anzac Bridge the run usually clears, and the whole of that allowance is inside the fare rather than on a meter.
Sailing out rather than home? Boarding-window timing and the sail-day fare are on the Glenquarry cruise transfers page.
How the morning actually runs
A ship does not release everyone at once, so a cruise pickup cannot be booked to a minute. It is arranged around your message from the terminal doors instead. Here is how each part of the morning works.
Cruise lines call passengers down by tag colour across a couple of hours. That is why we work off a text rather than a booked minute.
Delayed docking is normal and it is not charged for. We plan the morning around it rather than around the timetable.
If the cruise is cancelled or rerouted, tell us and the job moves free of charge.
Book against the sailing, then text on the morning. Trying to book a minute is what goes wrong with cruise pickups.
Where we meet you

White Bay has limited kerb space, so the vehicle waits a short distance away and comes in when you are actually out with the cases.
Circular Quay is the harder of the two to wait at. We manage that rather than asking you to hurry.
From the terminal it is one uninterrupted run to your street. Farm gates on long straight roads that all look similar in fog. The property name and a landmark together are what the driver needs.
The two terminals
White Bay at Rozelle is 138 km from Glenquarry and the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay is 140 km. Your cruise documents name the one your ship berths at; both are met on the same terms and at the same fare.

Home via Bowral and the farm roads. The property name and a landmark together are what the driver needs at that end. Full detail on the White Bay transfers page.
about 2 hr 15 min · Circular Quay, tightest kerb of the two
The city terminal, right on the harbour, with almost no waiting room at the kerb — which is why the driver holds nearby and comes in on your message.
$335 from either terminal. Rozelle or Circular Quay, weekday or weekend, early release or late — the fare was set by your suburb and your group size.

A whole ship empties into one rank inside about two hours, and the luggage rules out most of the alternatives. Worth reading before you sail rather than while you are standing there.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $335 fixed | ~2 hr 11 min, door to door | no queue to join at any point, and a boot that fits what came back |
| Train and a walk | Opal fares, plus a lift at the far end | 2 hrs or more, with the cases | White Bay has no station at all, and from Circular Quay it is a change and then still a car at the Glenquarry end — with a fortnight of luggage |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~2 hr 11 min if a car accepts | fog on this plateau does not clear because you are tired |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~2 hr 11 min plus retrieving the car | neither terminal has long-stay parking, so it means a fortnight of inner-west parking fees and then finding the car with the cases |
Neither cruise terminal has long-stay parking of its own, and neither is reachable from Glenquarry without a car at one end. The honest summary: a solo traveller with a cabin bag can make the train from Circular Quay work; two people with a fortnight of luggage cannot.
Landing as a group

Eleven disembarking passengers travel home in one vehicle for $475 — about $43 a seat, against three cars from a rank an entire ship is queuing at. Everyone leaves together, which on that morning is worth more than the saving.
Send the ship, the date, the headcount and an honest bag count. Groups coming off a cruise routinely have more luggage than the seat count implies, and it is far better to know that now than at the terminal.
The rank, honestly
Disembarkation concentrates demand into about two hours, which is exactly when a rank cannot cope.
Nobody can tell you what a metered trip of this length will cost until it ends. Our figure was fixed at booking.
Cruise cases beat most boots. The vehicle we send was picked from your case count.
Why book the arrival
Nothing to arrange from a ship's wifi, and nothing to sort out in a terminal at seven in the morning.
No booked minute to miss, because disembarkation is released by luggage tag rather than a clock.
The driver waits nearby at no charge, however long customs takes.
No deposit and no card held; you pay the driver at your door.
A cruise comes back heavier than it left. The vehicle is chosen with that in mind.
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters fitted in advance, at no cost.

Arrival questions
A fixed $335 one way for one or two passengers, up to $475 for eleven in one vehicle. It is the sail-day fare plus the $10 terminal pickup fee, and any time-of-day fee.
There is no fixed pickup time, because there is nothing reliable to fix it to. The driver is nearby from early and pulls in on your text.
Nothing is charged for waiting. A late berthing, a long customs queue or a slow lift are all free time here.
White Bay is 2 hr 11 min from home, Circular Quay 2 hr 15 min. Both are door-to-door figures.
We meet ships at both. Rozelle is 138 km from Glenquarry; Circular Quay is 140 km. If the paperwork is not clear, send it to us and we will work out which.
That is exactly why we ask for a case count at booking. A cruise comes home heavier than it left, and the vehicle is chosen for the boot rather than the seats.
No. Nothing is charged at booking and no card is held. You pay the driver at your door on the day, by card, cash or PayID, with a tax invoice emailed afterwards if you want one.
Yes. One vehicle, your party only, terminal to door. Farm gates on long straight roads that all look similar in fog. The property name and a landmark together are what the driver needs.
The gap is widest exactly when you need it least — a whole ship emptying into one rank inside two hours. A pre-booked vehicle is not part of that.
One minibus takes eleven for $475, which beats three cars from the rank on both price and on everyone leaving together.
Yes and no charge — the ages matter at booking so the right seats are already in the car.
There is no train at White Bay, and from Circular Quay to Glenquarry is a long trip with several changes and a walk at both ends. The bags are what rule it out.
Within one suburb, yes, at the same price. Spread across the district we would rather quote it properly.
One message reschedules it, free. Itineraries move more often than flight times, which is one reason we take no deposit.
Message us when you are actually out. Nothing before that matters, because the release order is by luggage tag and no one can predict it.
