What is the fare from Circular Quay to Alpine?
Between $295 and $435, set by the seat count. White Bay and Circular Quay cost the same.
How does the pickup work if disembarkation has no set time?
By message rather than by clock. That is the only arrangement that survives a disembarkation, where the release order is by tag colour and not by cabin number.
Do I pay for the waiting time?
No. The driver waits nearby at no charge, however long the hall takes. There is no meter on this booking and no waiting fee.
How long will we be in the car?
108 km and roughly 1 hr 46 min from Rozelle; 110 km and about 1 hr 50 min from the Quay. Once past the Anzac Bridge it usually runs clean.
Do you meet ships at both terminals?
Both terminals, same price. The OPT has the tighter kerb, which is why we wait nearby and come in on your message rather than sitting on it.
How much can you carry on the way home?
Tell us the bags when you book and we size the vehicle to them. On a disembarkation run the luggage usually outranks the passenger count.
When do I actually pay?
No deposit and no card on file. Payment happens at the end of the trip.
Do you drop right at the address?
Yes, that is the whole point of it. Property names on gates rather than numbers on posts. Give us both and the driver will confirm before turning in.
Is it worth pre-booking the trip home?
Two things a rank cannot give you: a boot chosen for cruise luggage, and a known price on a long run out of the city.
What is the largest group you can meet?
Yes — eleven passengers in one minibus for $435, about $40 a seat. With a full cruise load we will be straight with you about whether the luggage fits alongside the people.
Is there a charge for child restraints?
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters, all fitted before we arrive and all at no cost. We need the ages when you book.
Is there public transport from the cruise terminals?
Not with cruise luggage. White Bay has no station at all, and while Circular Quay does, reaching Alpine from it means a change and then still a car at the far end.
Do you cover both ends of the cruise?
Both, and most people book them together. Boarding-window timing, terminal drop detail and the fare are on the Alpine cruise transfers page.
Can you drop at several addresses on the way home?
Yes, provided they are close together. Two or three stops in the same suburb is normal and does not change the fare; stops in different towns are quoted separately so nobody is surprised.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Tell us and it moves at no cost. Nothing is charged in advance, so there is no cancellation fee and nothing to refund.
What do we need to do on the morning?
Message us when you are actually out. Nothing before that matters, because the release order is by luggage tag and no one can predict it.
Which other localities nearby do you cover?
Colo Vale, Hill Top, Aylmerton, Yerrinbool and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance from both terminals.
