The cruise run from Brownlow Hill, done properly. the historic estate country north-west of Camden, all rolling paddocks and long fence lines — and we set the pickup against your boarding window rather than a guess at the traffic.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle drives Brownlow Hill (NSW 2570) to both Sydney cruise terminals — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. White Bay Cruise Terminal at Rozelle is 67 km from the Brownlow Hill Loop Road turnoff, about 1 hr 1 min; the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay is 69 km, about 1 hr 5 min. The fare is $249 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $349 for eleven in one vehicle — the same at either cruise terminal, with Sydney Airport at $209. Boarding runs by deck and luggage tag rather than a published time, so the pickup is set against your boarding window. Nothing is payable in advance. Give us the boarding window and we do the arithmetic. Quote on 0427 143 612.
One fare, either terminal
Each suburb has its own published cruise fare, the same to either terminal — $249 for one or two people.
| Passengers | Vehicle | Fixed fare (one way) | Typical booking |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1–2 | Sedan | $249 | couples and solo travellers |
| 3 | Kia Carnival | $269 | a family of three with cases |
| 4 | Kia Carnival | $269 | four adults and luggage |
| 5 | People Mover | $289 | school-holiday family runs |
| 6 | People Mover | $289 | two households travelling together |
| 7 | Minibus | $329 | extended family departures |
| 8 | Minibus | $329 | cruise parties with full cases |
| 9 | Minibus | $349 | wedding guests travelling as one |
| 10 | Minibus | $349 | clubs and work groups |
| 11 | Minibus | $349 | the maximum in a single vehicle |
Tolls and GST are included and the date never moves the figure; set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm. Cruise luggage is not an extra. No advance payment and no card hold — you pay on the day of travel. Fares reviewed August 2026.
Sail day is not a good day to improvise. The boarding window is fixed, the terminal approach is slow, and a rideshare with a small boot solves neither.
Sized for the cases
The vehicle is matched to your party and your cases before the day, which is why the boot is never the problem at 5am.

The only thing that changes between cards is how many people and how much luggage fit.
Door to gangway
Allow about 1 hr 1 min for the 67 km from the Brownlow Hill Loop Road turnoff to White Bay at Rozelle, and about 1 hr 5 min for the 69 km to the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay. Cruise mornings mean Narellan Road at peak and then the tunnel. We leave earlier than the distance suggests and we confirm whether the driver comes to the house or the main gate.
The motorway section is the predictable part. What varies is the last two kilometres: James Craig Road into White Bay backs up when two ships turn around on the same morning, and the kerb at Circular Quay is short and heavily marshalled. Both allowances are already inside the pickup time we give you.
Coming home again? Disembarkation pickups are on the cruise terminal to Brownlow Hill page.
Boarding windows, not departure times
Boarding is staggered across several hours, which is what makes sail-day timing different from a flight. Here is how the pickup is worked out.
Guides rather than quotes. The boarding window is what turns them into an exact pickup on your booking.
Where we set you down

At Rozelle the drop is at the White Bay terminal doors. The road in backs up when two ships turn around together, which is exactly what the extra time in the pickup is for.
At the Overseas Passenger Terminal the kerb is short and the marshals move you on quickly, so the luggage comes out fast and you are at the door rather than around the corner.
Starting point is your door, at a time calculated from the boarding window and the terminal approach.
The two terminals
White Bay at Rozelle is 67 km from Brownlow Hill and the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay is 69 km. Your cruise documents name the one you need; both cost the same and both are driven to the terminal doors.
about 1 hr 1 min · Victoria Rd and James Craig Rd
Where P&O and most of the shorter sailings go from. The approach up James Craig Road is the slow part on a busy morning, and it is already inside the time we quote. Full detail on the White Bay transfers page.
about 1 hr 5 min · into the city, tightest kerb of the two
The city terminal, right on the harbour, and the tighter of the two kerbs on a sail day. We drop at the entrance rather than several streets short.
$249 to either terminal. Rozelle or Circular Quay, weekday or weekend — the fare was set by your suburb and your group size, not by where the ship happens to be berthed.
Get Free QuoteThe honest comparison
The luggage is what rules most of these out. It is not the distance to the harbour, it is getting a fortnight's packing there without four changes.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $249 fixed | ~1 hr 1 min, door to terminal | agreed before you book, luggage carried, and paid only on the day you sail |
| Train and a walk | Opal fares, plus a drive to the station | 2 hrs or more, with the cases | White Bay has no station at all; Circular Quay has one, but reaching it from Brownlow Hill means a drive, a change and a walk with cruise luggage |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~1 hr 1 min if a car accepts | wedding and function guests are a large share of what we bring back here, and those arrivals cluster around late evening flights |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~1 hr 1 min plus finding somewhere to leave it | there is no long-stay parking at either terminal, so it means leaving a car somewhere in the inner west for the length of the cruise |
Neither cruise terminal has long-stay parking of its own, and neither is reachable from Brownlow Hill without a car at one end. The honest summary: for a solo traveller with a cabin bag the train to Circular Quay is possible; for two people with a fortnight of luggage it is not.
One vehicle, one fare

Eleven passengers and their luggage travel in one minibus for $349 — about $32 a seat, against three separate cars at whatever the apps are charging that morning. Everyone leaves at once and arrives at once.
Give us the headcount and a rough bag count when you book. If the group is flying out on two different flights, say so and we will either run two pickups or hold one vehicle — a much easier decision now than at 4am.
Booked car or app
A metered or surge-priced trip of 67 km has no ceiling until it ends. Yours was $249 the moment you booked.
An app at 4am in this district is a hope, not a plan. A pre-booked driver is on the sheet with your address and your flight number.
Cruise cases are bigger and there are more of them. A vehicle chosen from your case count beats one that happened to accept the job.
Why pre-book the western run
Two people going away for two weeks do not travel light. We plan the vehicle around that.
The terminal does not change the fare. Neither does the day of the week.
The pickup is worked back from when you can actually board, plus the drive, plus the queue at the gate.
Nothing is taken when you book, so a changed sailing costs you nothing.
Not to the nearest parking space. The cases come out at the entrance.
Fitted in advance from the ages you give us at booking.

Questions, answered plainly
Between $249 and $349, decided by how many seats you need. Rozelle and Circular Quay cost the same.
Both. White Bay is at Rozelle and takes most of the shorter sailings; the Overseas Passenger Terminal is at Circular Quay and takes the larger international ships. Your cruise documents name the one you need — from Brownlow Hill it is 67 km to White Bay and 69 km to the Quay.
67 km and roughly 1 hr 1 min to Rozelle; 69 km and about 1 hr 5 min to the Quay. Allow for the terminal approach on top of the drive — we do.
From your boarding window rather than the departure time on the ticket. Cruise lines board by deck and luggage tag across several hours, so the useful number is when your deck can board — we work back from that, plus the drive and the terminal approach.
Cruise bags are bigger and there are more of them, which is why we ask about them at booking rather than discovering the problem in your driveway. The vehicle is sized from the back forwards.
No. Nothing is charged at booking and no card is held. You pay the driver at the terminal on the day, by card, cash or PayID, with a tax invoice emailed afterwards if you want one.
Yes, and most people book both at once. Disembarkation runs by luggage tag rather than a published time, so the return is worked off a message from you at the terminal doors — the detail is on the cruise terminal to Brownlow Hill page.
Eleven is the maximum in a single vehicle at $349. With a full cruise load we may suggest a second vehicle rather than promise something that will not close.
There is no train to White Bay at all, and reaching Circular Quay from Brownlow Hill means a drive to a station, a change or two, and a walk with a fortnight's packing.
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters, all fitted before we arrive and all at no cost. We need the ages when you book.
Any hour, including weekends and public holidays; set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm. Wedding and function guests are a large share of what we bring back here, and those arrivals cluster around late evening flights.
That is most of what we do. Fares, drive times and leave-by tables for Sydney Airport are on the Brownlow Hill to Sydney Airport page, and Western Sydney International has its own page.
Twenty-four to forty-eight hours is comfortable, but the January and Christmas cruise season fills much earlier — for those, book when you book the cabin.
Several doors in the same town is an ordinary arrangement. Tell us the addresses at booking and we plan the order around the boarding window.
No fee either way. We move it to the new date and the fare stays the same.
At the terminal entrance, both at White Bay and at Circular Quay. The driver takes the cases out at the doors rather than leaving you to wheel them from a car park.
