Brownlow Hill to Western Sydney Airport, door to terminal. Brownlow Hill is the historic estate country north-west of Camden, all rolling paddocks and long fence lines, and from here the new airport is the shorter drive: one agreed fare, one vehicle, nobody else in it.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle drives Brownlow Hill (NSW 2570) to Western Sydney International at Badgerys Creek — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. The airport takes passengers, and it is 24 km from the Brownlow Hill Loop Road turnoff to the terminal, about 29 min. That is 36 km shorter than the 60 km run to Kingsford Smith, and our route carries no tolls. The fare is $139 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $189 for eleven in one vehicle — the Sydney Airport run from here is $209. Nothing is payable in advance. Send the flight number and we set the pickup around it. Quote on 0427 143 612.
Fixed fare, each airport
$209 one way for a couple, rising only with the number of seats. The airport you are flying from makes no difference to the number.
| Passengers | Vehicle | Fixed fare (one way) | Typical booking |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1–2 | Sedan | $139 | couples and solo travellers |
| 3 | Kia Carnival | $149 | a family of three with cases |
| 4 | Kia Carnival | $149 | four adults and luggage |
| 5 | People Mover | $159 | school-holiday family runs |
| 6 | People Mover | $159 | two households travelling together |
| 7 | Minibus | $179 | extended family departures |
| 8 | Minibus | $179 | cruise parties with full cases |
| 9 | Minibus | $189 | wedding guests travelling as one |
| 10 | Minibus | $189 | clubs and work groups |
| 11 | Minibus | $189 | the maximum in a single vehicle |
The figure includes everything — tolls, GST, bags, child seats — and does not move for the date or a delay. No deposit is taken. No advance payment and no card hold — you pay on the day of travel. Fares reviewed August 2026.
Does WSI have its own fare? Yes — $139 for one or two passengers, against $209 to Kingsford Smith, because the price follows the distance from your street and the vehicle you need.

Every class includes the same things. Tolls and GST are inside the fare, child restraints are fitted before we leave at no cost, arrivals are tracked by flight number, and there is no advance payment — you pay on the day of travel. The only thing that changes between cards is how many people and how much luggage fit.
The western run
Allow about 29 min for the 24 km from the Brownlow Hill Loop Road turnoff to the terminal forecourt. From Brownlow Hill the new airport is barely twenty minutes on a clear road.
The same trip to Kingsford Smith is 60 km and about 59 min, so Badgerys Creek saves 36 km — and, more usefully, it skips the M5 East and the airport tunnel, which is where the Mascot run loses its time on a bad morning.
Arriving rather than departing? The meeting points and free waiting times are on the Western Sydney Airport to Brownlow Hill page.
Departure timing, worked backwards
Western Sydney International is a shorter drive than Mascot from here, so the alarm goes off later — but the terminal deadline works the same way. Here is how we set the pickup.
These are guides. Give us the flight number when you book and we set the exact time against it, including for the first wave of departures after the airport opens.
One terminal, one kerb

A single terminal is one of the quiet advantages of the new airport: no T1-versus-T3 confusion, no shuttle between buildings, just a forecourt and a door.
Coming back the other way, the driver meets you inside the arrivals area with your name, and the flight is tracked so a delay moves the pickup at no cost.
Going out, we collect you at your own address at a time worked back from the terminal deadline — not a meeting point down the road.
The other airport
Kingsford Smith is 60 km from Brownlow Hill and Badgerys Creek is 24 km. The new airport wins on distance by 36 km and on route quality by rather more than that, but the older one still has the wider network of long-haul destinations. Here are both, honestly.
about 59 min · Hume, M5 and the airport tunnel
Where the long-haul network still is today, and where most flights out of this district leave from until the new airport's schedule fills out. Departure fares and leave-by times for Mascot are on the Brownlow Hill to Sydney Airport page.
about 29 min · no tolls on our route
Into Camden and north on The Northern Road — from Brownlow Hill the new airport is barely twenty minutes on a clear road. The estate country and the airport are closer neighbours than most people realise.
$209 to Sydney Airport, $139 to Western Sydney. The fare is set by your suburb and your group size, not by the terminal at the far end — so switching airports after booking does not change the number.
Get Free QuoteThe honest comparison
Badgerys Creek is a new airport with a road network built for it and a rail line that does not reach this district. That changes how the options compare.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $139 fixed | ~29 min, door to door | agreed before you book, driven without tolls, and paid only on the day |
| Train or metro | Opal fares, plus getting yourself to the line | 2 hrs or more, with changes | the airport metro runs from St Marys, not from Brownlow Hill — you would need to reach it with your luggage first, which is the trip you were trying to avoid |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~29 min if a car accepts | wedding and function guests are a large share of what we bring back here, and those arrivals cluster around late evening flights |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~29 min plus the car park shuttle | parking at a brand-new airport is untested at this stage, and it still means leaving a car sitting there for the length of the trip |
Fares, parking rates and the metro timetable at Western Sydney International will settle over its first months, so check anything time-sensitive before you rely on it. The honest summary for Brownlow Hill: for a departure from Badgerys Creek there is no realistic public transport option from this district, which is exactly why a fixed-fare car makes sense.
One vehicle, one fare

Eleven passengers and their luggage travel in one minibus for $189 — about $17 a seat, against three separate cars at whatever the apps are charging that morning. Everyone leaves at once and arrives at once.
Give us the headcount and a rough bag count when you book. If the group is flying out on two different flights, say so and we will either run two pickups or hold one vehicle — a much easier decision now than at 4am.
Booked car or app
A metered or surge-priced trip of 24 km has no ceiling until it ends. Yours was $139 the moment you booked.
An app at 4am in this district is a hope, not a plan. A pre-booked driver is on the sheet with your address and your flight number.
Cases carried to the boot and out again at the forecourt, with child restraints already fitted — not an argument about whether the pram fits.
Why pre-book the western run
The number was set by where you live and how many seats you need. The airport at the far end does not enter into it.
Our route to Badgerys Creek avoids the tolled motorways entirely — and the toll saving is already inside your fixed fare anyway.
For most of this district WSI is closer than Kingsford Smith, and that shows up as an extra half hour in bed.
Nothing is taken at booking, so there is no cancellation fee and nothing to refund.
Bookings are open now, at the published fare.

Questions, answered plainly
Between $139 and $189, decided by how many seats you need. Each destination has its own fare: from Brownlow Hill, Badgerys Creek is $139 and Mascot $209.
Bookings for that date onwards are already open at the published fare, with nothing charged until the day.
About 29 min for the 24 km. That is 36 km shorter than the run to Kingsford Smith, and the route avoids the M5 East and the airport tunnel entirely.
It is: 24 km rather than 60 km. The distance saving is 36 km and the drive skips the M5 East, which is the part of the Mascot run most likely to cost you twenty minutes.
Straight to the departures door of the one terminal. Nothing to work out on arrival, and the driver carries the luggage rather than just unlocking the boot.
No. Nothing is charged at booking and no card is held. You pay the driver on the day of travel by card, cash or PayID, with a tax invoice emailed afterwards if you want one.
We work backwards from your boarding time: about two hours at the terminal for an international departure and ninety minutes for a domestic one, plus the 29 min drive and a traffic allowance.
Any hour, including public holidays; set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm. A 3am start is a normal shift rather than a special request.
Not usefully from Brownlow Hill. A metro line is being built to serve the airport, but it runs between St Marys and the terminal rather than out to this district, so you would still need to get yourself across to it with your luggage.
Yes — eleven passengers and their luggage in one minibus for $189, about $17 a seat. One vehicle leaves once and arrives once, which matters more than the saving when there is a check-in deadline.
All three types, free, and installed before the vehicle leaves for your address. Give us the ages at booking.
Message or call and we move it at no cost. Because nothing is charged in advance, there is no cancellation fee and nothing to refund.
Both, each with its own published fare. Kingsford Smith is 60 km from here — the distances, leave-by times and terminal details are on the Brownlow Hill to Sydney Airport page.
The vehicle is chosen from your bag count as much as your headcount, and the driver loads and unloads it. A sedan takes two large cases and two carry-ons; the minibus takes eleven people's worth.
Private, always. One vehicle carries your party and nobody else, and it drives from your address to the terminal without another pickup on the way.
Twenty-four to forty-eight hours is comfortable, and further ahead over school holidays and Christmas. For the opening weeks of the new airport, earlier is better — the first schedules will be busy.
Terminal or precinct — both are covered by your suburb's published fare.
