From Glenmore to White Bay or the Overseas Passenger Terminal: one vehicle, one fare, and a boot that fits a fortnight's packing. Glenmore is farmland on the Nepean flats north of The Oaks, with Camden just over the rise.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle drives Glenmore (NSW 2570) to both Sydney cruise terminals — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. White Bay Cruise Terminal at Rozelle is 81 km from the Glenmore Road corner, about 1 hr 16 min; the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay is 82 km, about 1 hr 21 min. The fare is $269 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $369 for eleven in one vehicle — the same at either cruise terminal, with Sydney Airport at $229. Boarding runs by deck and luggage tag rather than a published time, so the pickup is set against your boarding window. Nothing is payable in advance. Book it with the return leg and the whole trip is settled. Quote on 0427 143 612.
One fare, either terminal
One published fare covers both cruise terminals: $269 from Glenmore for one or two passengers, to either one.
| Passengers | Vehicle | Fixed fare (one way) | Typical booking |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1–2 | Sedan | $269 | couples and solo travellers |
| 3 | Kia Carnival | $289 | a family of three with cases |
| 4 | Kia Carnival | $289 | four adults and luggage |
| 5 | People Mover | $309 | school-holiday family runs |
| 6 | People Mover | $309 | two households travelling together |
| 7 | Minibus | $349 | extended family departures |
| 8 | Minibus | $349 | cruise parties with full cases |
| 9 | Minibus | $369 | wedding guests travelling as one |
| 10 | Minibus | $369 | clubs and work groups |
| 11 | Minibus | $369 | the maximum in a single vehicle |
That price is final — tolls, GST, the cases and any child seats — paid to the driver on the day rather than at booking. No advance payment and no card hold — you pay on the day of travel. Fares reviewed August 2026.
One booking, both ends. Most people book the disembarkation pickup at the same time — same operator, nothing to arrange from a ship's wifi.
Sized for the cases
Tell us the case count as well as the headcount — on a cruise run the luggage usually picks the vehicle.

Every class includes the same things. Tolls and GST are inside the fare, child restraints are fitted before we leave at no cost, arrivals are tracked by flight number, and there is no advance payment — you pay on the day of travel. The only thing that changes between cards is how many people and how much luggage fit.
Door to gangway
Allow about 1 hr 16 min for the 81 km from the Glenmore Road corner to White Bay at Rozelle, and about 1 hr 21 min for the 82 km to the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay. Cruise departures are a straightforward run through Camden to the M5, though the harbour end sets the timing. Glenmore's addresses are farm entrances off the main road, so we confirm which one at booking.
The motorway section is the predictable part. What varies is the last two kilometres: James Craig Road into White Bay backs up when two ships turn around on the same morning, and the kerb at Circular Quay is short and heavily marshalled. Both allowances are already inside the pickup time we give you.
Coming home again? Disembarkation pickups are on the cruise terminal to Glenmore page.
Boarding windows, not departure times
A ship does not leave the moment you arrive, and it will not wait either. The pickup is set from your boarding window plus the drive plus the terminal approach.
Treat them as a starting point. Two ships turning around on the same morning changes the approach considerably, which is what we allow for.
Where we set you down

White Bay is the easier of the two to reach and the harder one to leave. We set you down at the terminal entrance with the luggage out, and the queue up James Craig Road is our problem rather than yours.
Circular Quay is the city terminal and the harder drop of the two. The vehicle goes to the OPT entrance, not to the nearest legal parking spot several minutes away.
We collect from your driveway at an hour set by the sailing, and drive straight through with nobody else in the vehicle.
The two terminals
White Bay at Rozelle is 81 km from Glenmore and the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay is 82 km. Your cruise documents name the one you need; both cost the same and both are driven to the terminal doors.
about 1 hr 16 min · Victoria Rd and James Craig Rd
Where P&O and most of the shorter sailings go from. The approach up James Craig Road is the slow part on a busy morning, and it is already inside the time we quote. Full detail on the White Bay transfers page.
about 1 hr 21 min · into the city, tightest kerb of the two
The city terminal, right on the harbour, and the tighter of the two kerbs on a sail day. We drop at the entrance rather than several streets short.
$269 to either terminal. Rozelle or Circular Quay, weekday or weekend — the fare was set by your suburb and your group size, not by where the ship happens to be berthed.
Get Free QuoteThe honest comparison
The luggage is what rules most of these out. It is not the distance to the harbour, it is getting a fortnight's packing there without four changes.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $269 fixed | ~1 hr 16 min, door to terminal | a car that is on the sheet rather than hoped for, with room for a fortnight's packing |
| Train and a walk | Opal fares, plus a drive to the station | 2 hrs or more, with the cases | White Bay has no station at all; Circular Quay has one, but reaching it from Glenmore means a drive, a change and a walk with cruise luggage |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~1 hr 16 min if a car accepts | glenmore is close enough to Camden that people assume something will be running |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~1 hr 16 min plus finding somewhere to leave it | there is no long-stay parking at either terminal, so it means leaving a car somewhere in the inner west for the length of the cruise |
Neither cruise terminal has long-stay parking of its own, and neither is reachable from Glenmore without a car at one end. The honest summary: for a solo traveller with a cabin bag the train to Circular Quay is possible; for two people with a fortnight of luggage it is not.
One vehicle, one fare

Eleven passengers and their luggage travel in one minibus for $369 — about $34 a seat, against three separate cars at whatever the apps are charging that morning. Everyone leaves at once and arrives at once.
Give us the headcount and a rough bag count when you book. If the group is flying out on two different flights, say so and we will either run two pickups or hold one vehicle — a much easier decision now than at 4am.
Booked car or app
A metered or surge-priced trip of 81 km has no ceiling until it ends. Yours was $269 the moment you booked.
An app at 4am in this district is a hope, not a plan. A pre-booked driver is on the sheet with your address and your flight number.
Cruise cases are bigger and there are more of them. A vehicle chosen from your case count beats one that happened to accept the job.
Why pre-book the western run
Two people going away for two weeks do not travel light. We plan the vehicle around that.
The terminal does not change the fare. Neither does the day of the week.
The pickup is worked back from when you can actually board, plus the drive, plus the queue at the gate.
Nothing is taken when you book, so a changed sailing costs you nothing.
Not to the nearest parking space. The cases come out at the entrance.
Fitted in advance from the ages you give us at booking.

Questions, answered plainly
$269 for a couple, rising in fixed steps to $369 for a full eleven-seat minibus. The cruise terminals have their own published fare, with no sail-day loading.
Both. White Bay is at Rozelle and takes most of the shorter sailings; the Overseas Passenger Terminal is at Circular Quay and takes the larger international ships. Your cruise documents name the one you need — from Glenmore it is 81 km to White Bay and 82 km to the Quay.
About 1 hr 16 min for the 81 km to White Bay, and 1 hr 21 min for the 82 km to Circular Quay. The motorway part is predictable; the last two kilometres into either terminal are the slow bit on a sail day, and that is already inside the time we quote.
Backwards from your boarding window. Send the documents and we set the exact time; on a morning when two ships turn around together we start earlier.
That is the question that picks the vehicle. A cruise generates more luggage than a flight, so tell us the case count as well as the headcount and we send something with the boot for it — a sedan for a couple travelling light, a people mover or minibus for anything more.
No. Nothing is charged at booking and no card is held. You pay the driver at the terminal on the day, by card, cash or PayID, with a tax invoice emailed afterwards if you want one.
Yes, and most people book both at once. Disembarkation runs by luggage tag rather than a published time, so the return is worked off a message from you at the terminal doors — the detail is on the cruise terminal to Glenmore page.
One minibus takes eleven for $369. Groups sailing together usually have more luggage than the seat count implies, which is worth mentioning at booking.
Not sensibly. White Bay has no rail station and the bus connections from Glenmore involve several changes with your cruise luggage. Circular Quay has a station, but getting to it from here with the cases is the trip you were trying to avoid.
All three types, free, and installed before the vehicle leaves. Give us the ages at booking.
Yes — the early boarding windows are routine here; pickups before 6am add $20. Glenmore is close enough to Camden that people assume something will be running.
Earlier than you would for a flight. The cruise season concentrates a lot of sailings into a few weeks.
Yes, provided they are close together. Two or three stops in the same suburb is normal on a cruise booking and does not change the fare; stops in different towns are quoted separately so nobody is surprised.
One message reschedules it, free. Cruise itineraries move more often than flight times do, which is one reason we take no deposit.
As close as the marshals allow, which at both terminals is the entrance itself.
