How much is a cruise transfer from Camden?
A fixed $219 one way for one or two passengers, up to $319 for eleven in one vehicle. It is your suburb's published cruise fare — the same whichever terminal you sail from.
What is the difference between White Bay and Circular Quay?
Both. White Bay is at Rozelle and takes most of the shorter sailings; the Overseas Passenger Terminal is at Circular Quay and takes the larger international ships. Your cruise documents name the one you need — from Camden it is 63 km to White Bay and 65 km to the Quay.
How much time should we allow for the drive?
White Bay is 55 min away, Circular Quay 59 min. Both figures are door to terminal, and both include an allowance for the queue at the far end.
How early do we need to leave?
From your boarding window rather than the departure time on the ticket. Cruise lines board by deck and luggage tag across several hours, so the useful number is when your deck can board — we work back from that, plus the drive and the terminal approach.
Will our cruise cases fit?
Plenty, provided we know in advance. On a sail day the luggage usually outranks the passenger count when we choose the class.
Do I pay before the sailing?
Nothing up front. The fare is settled at the terminal, which also means a changed sailing costs you nothing.
Do you pick us up again when the ship comes back?
Yes, and most people book both at once. Disembarkation runs by luggage tag rather than a published time, so the return is worked off a message from you at the terminal doors — the detail is on the cruise terminal to Camden page.
What is the largest group you can take to the terminal?
Eleven is the maximum in a single vehicle at $319. With a full cruise load we may suggest a second vehicle rather than promise something that will not close.
Is there a train or bus to the cruise terminal?
There is no train to White Bay at all, and reaching Circular Quay from Camden means a drive to a station, a change or two, and a walk with a fortnight's packing.
Do you fit capsules and boosters?
Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters, all fitted before we arrive and all at no cost. We need the ages when you book.
Do you run the very early sail-day starts?
Yes — the early boarding windows are routine here; pickups before 6am add $20. Camden is our most common late collection.
Can you take us to the airport as well?
That is most of what we do. Fares, drive times and leave-by tables for Sydney Airport are on the Camden to Sydney Airport page, and Western Sydney International has its own page.
When should I arrange the cruise transfer?
A day or two outside the peak. Over the summer sailing season, considerably more; that is when the terminals and the fleet are both busiest.
Can you collect from several addresses in one booking?
Within one suburb, yes, and at the same price. Spread across the district we would rather quote it properly than squeeze it.
What if our sailing is cancelled or moved?
One message reschedules it, free. Cruise itineraries move more often than flight times do, which is one reason we take no deposit.
Do you drop at the terminal doors or a car park?
The doors. Both terminals marshal the kerb hard on a sail day, which is exactly why the pickup time allows for it.
Which other localities nearby do you cover?
Oran Park, Camden South, Elderslie, Grasmere and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance to both terminals.
