What is the fare from Narellan to White Bay?
$199 for a couple, rising in fixed steps to $299 for a full eleven-seat minibus. The cruise terminals have their own published fare, with no sail-day loading.
What is the difference between White Bay and Circular Quay?
We drive to both at the same fare. Rozelle's White Bay is 58 km from Narellan; the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay is 60 km. The ticket tells you which, and if it does not, send it to us and we will work it out.
How much time should we allow for the drive?
58 km and roughly 49 min to Rozelle; 60 km and about 53 min to the Quay. Allow for the terminal approach on top of the drive — we do.
What time will you pick us up on sail day?
Backwards from your boarding window. Send the documents and we set the exact time; on a morning when two ships turn around together we start earlier.
How much luggage can you take?
That is the question that picks the vehicle. A cruise generates more luggage than a flight, so tell us the case count as well as the headcount and we send something with the boot for it — a sedan for a couple travelling light, a people mover or minibus for anything more.
When do I actually pay?
No deposit and no card on file. Payment happens on the day you sail.
Do you do the return leg too?
Yes, and most people book both at once. Disembarkation runs by luggage tag rather than a published time, so the return is worked off a message from you at the terminal doors — the detail is on the cruise terminal to Narellan page.
Do you have a vehicle for a group sailing?
Eleven is the maximum in a single vehicle at $299. With a full cruise load we may suggest a second vehicle rather than promise something that will not close.
Could we get to White Bay on public transport?
There is no train to White Bay at all, and reaching Circular Quay from Narellan means a drive to a station, a change or two, and a walk with a fortnight's packing.
Is there a charge for child restraints?
Yes and no charge — but the ages matter at booking, because the seats go in before we set off.
Do you run the very early sail-day starts?
Every day of the year, with no weekend or holiday loading. Early sail-day starts are ordinary work; pickups before 6am add $20. Hotel and serviced-apartment arrivals are common here, often business travellers landing late with a meeting the next morning.
Do you also do airport transfers?
That is most of what we do. Fares, drive times and leave-by tables for Sydney Airport are on the Narellan to Sydney Airport page, and Western Sydney International has its own page.
When should I arrange the cruise transfer?
Twenty-four to forty-eight hours is comfortable, but the January and Christmas cruise season fills much earlier — for those, book when you book the cabin.
Do you do multiple pickups?
Several doors in the same town is an ordinary arrangement. Tell us the addresses at booking and we plan the order around the boarding window.
Can we change the booking after the cruise line changes the date?
One message reschedules it, free. Cruise itineraries move more often than flight times do, which is one reason we take no deposit.
Where exactly does the vehicle stop?
At the terminal entrance, both at White Bay and at Circular Quay. The driver takes the cases out at the doors rather than leaving you to wheel them from a car park.
Which suburbs nearby do you drive to the cruise terminals?
Narellan Vale, Currans Hill, Harrington Park, Mount Annan and the rest of the district — all 75 suburbs across Wollondilly Shire, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands, each with its own published fare and its own distance to both terminals.
