The trip home from Sydney Airport to Brownlow Hill — the historic estate country north-west of Camden, all rolling paddocks and long fence lines — done as a private transfer: your name at the meeting point, your luggage in the boot, and one agreed fare with no meter running.
Wollondilly Airport Shuttle meets arriving passengers at Sydney Airport and drives them home to Brownlow Hill (NSW 2570) — a fixed-fare private transfer, not a shared shuttle. The driver waits in the P7 Rideshare Pickup Area at T1, or in the priority pickup area at T2 and T3, and the fare is $209 one way for one or two passengers, rising to $409 for eleven in one vehicle. It is 60 km from the terminal to the Brownlow Hill Loop Road turnoff, about 59 min. The flight number is tracked from wheels-down, so a late arrival simply shifts the Brownlow Hill pickup: an hour of free waiting at T1, forty minutes at T2 and T3, and no charge either way. Nothing is payable in advance. Book it with your outbound trip and the whole thing is settled in one message. Quote on 0427 143 612.
Fares, in both directions
Airport pickups add a set $10 fee. One or two passengers pay $209, and the fare climbs only with the number of seats.

| 4 | Kia Carnival | $249 | four travelling together |
| 5 | People Mover | $289 | a family home from a trip |
| 6 | People Mover | $289 | two couples sharing the run |
| 7 | Minibus | $349 | three generations on one flight |
| 8 | Minibus | $349 | passengers off a ship |
| 9 | Minibus | $409 | guests arriving for a function |
| 10 | Minibus | $409 | work crews and touring parties |
| 11 | Minibus | $409 | eleven in one go |
A four-hour delay and Christmas Day cost the same as a Tuesday lunchtime arrival; set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm. Nothing is added afterwards. There is no deposit on a Brownlow Hill arrival — payment happens on the day of travel. Fares reviewed August 2026.
One booking, both directions. Most people book the arrival at the same time as the departure — fixed fare, same driver pool, one less thing to think about while you are away.
Meeting your aircraft
Passengers and luggage decide the class at the time of booking, so the right vehicle is already on its way when you land.

Every class includes the same things. Tolls and GST are inside the fare, child restraints are fitted before we leave at no cost, arrivals are tracked by flight number, and there is no advance payment — you pay on the day of travel. The only thing that changes between cards is how many people and how much luggage fit.
Distance and drive time
Allow about 59 min for the 60 km from the terminal to the Brownlow Hill Loop Road turnoff. A short leg once past Camden, out onto the estate roads with the paddocks opening up on both sides. In daylight it is one of the better drives home in the district; at night it is simply dark and quiet.
Heading out of the city is the kinder leg. The heavy traffic on the M5 East runs the other way in the morning peak, so an evening arrival usually clears the tunnel and keeps moving.
If you are flying out rather than in, the leave-by times and departure fares are on the Brownlow Hill to Sydney Airport page.
Disruption, handled
Late, early, diverted — all three are ordinary weeks for us. Because the pickup is driven by the flight number rather than a time you nominated, none of them costs you anything. The detail is below.
An hour of free waiting at T1, counted from the moment the aircraft is on the ground. However far the flight slips, the pickup slips with it at no cost.
T2 and T3 carry forty minutes of free waiting from the moment the wheels touch, not from the scheduled time.
Diverted to Melbourne or bumped to tomorrow? One message and the booking follows you. Nothing has been charged, so nothing needs unwinding.
The flight number is what matters on an arrival booking. With it, we are already watching before you have boarded.
Terminal by terminal

The driver meets you inside the T1 arrivals hall, past the customs doors, with your name on a card — no hunting for a car park level or a pickup zone.
Domestic arrivals are simpler: message the driver when you clear the belt and the vehicle pulls into the priority zone as you walk out.
After that the trip is yours alone: the car goes to your address and nowhere else. Estate entrances with long internal drives. Confirm at booking whether the driver should come all the way in or stop at the main gate, because the difference is several hundred metres.
Western Sydney arrivals
Once Western Sydney International is the closer terminal for much of this district, and we meet flights there with the same service at its own published fare.
about 29 min · toll-free on our route
A short run back from WSI, down The Northern Road and out onto the estate roads. Wedding guests arriving for events at the properties here are increasingly landing at WSI rather than Kingsford Smith. Route detail on the Brownlow Hill to WSI page.
about 59 min · Hume, M5 and tunnel
The overwhelming majority of arrivals we meet are here — inside the hall at T1, at the priority zone for T2 and T3.
$209 from this airport; each airport has its own published fare. The arrival fare does not change with the terminal, the hour or the length of the delay — and there is no station access fee, because we drive you the whole way.

The arrivals hall, tired and holding a trolley, is the worst place to weigh this up. Do it now instead.
| Option | Typical cost (2 adults) | Door to terminal | What it actually involves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer (us) | $209 fixed | ~59 min, door to door | a named driver waiting past customs, the cases carried, one agreed price, no stops on the way |
| Train from the airport | Opal fares plus $18.61 station access fee each | 2 hrs or more, if it is running | rail gets you as far as Campbelltown or Menangle at best, with an $18.61 access fee each and somebody still needing to collect you from the platform at the other end |
| Rideshare or taxi | metered, and surge-dependent | ~59 min if a car accepts | wedding and function guests are a large share of what we bring back here, and those arrivals cluster around late evening flights |
| Drive and park | fuel and tolls plus from about $190 a week in budget long-stay parking | ~59 min plus the car park shuttle | only works if you drove yourself out and left the car there — and it means finding the car park shuttle after a long flight before you can start driving |
The station access fee is Transport for NSW's published charge for entering or leaving an airport rail station — check the current figure before you rely on it. The honest summary for an arrival into Brownlow Hill: rail can work in daylight with hand luggage, and stops working entirely once the flight is late, the bags are checked, or the last service has gone.
Eleven in one vehicle

Eleven arriving passengers are met by one vehicle for $409 — about $37 a seat, against three separate taxis from the rank at whatever the meter says. Extended families, sports teams and friends landing together all book this way.
Flight number, passengers, bags. If the party is arriving on two different aircraft, that is not a problem, but tell us which you want for the Brownlow Hill run: one vehicle waiting for the second flight, or two separate pickups.
Against the taxi rank
When three long-haul flights land together the rank moves slowly. A pre-booked car is unaffected by that entirely.
Nobody can tell you what a metered trip of this length will cost until it ends. Our figure was fixed at booking.
A fare this far out of the city is one some drivers would rather not take at midnight. Yours is already assigned.
Six reasons to pre-book
The return leg is arranged with the outbound one, so nothing is left to organise from an airport with a flat phone.
You walk out and the driver is there holding your name. That is the whole service, and it is the part people remember.
An hour of free time at T1 and forty minutes at domestic, counted from wheels-down.
You are not charged anything at booking and no hold goes on your card. Payment happens at your door on the day, however you prefer to pay, with a tax invoice on request.
Fitted before we leave for the airport, which is why we ask for ages at booking rather than on the day.
Christmas Day is priced exactly like a Tuesday; a pickup after 10pm adds a set $20.

Common arrival questions
Between $209 and $409, decided by how many seats you need rather than by the traffic; set fees apply for pickups before 6am or after 8pm. It is the outbound fare plus the $10 airport pickup fee, and any time-of-day fee.
Walk out of customs at T1 and the driver taking you to Brownlow Hill is waiting in the Rideshare Pickup Area inside P7. At T2 and T3 there is no hall to wait in, so you message once you have your bag and the car pulls into the priority area for the run out to Brownlow Hill.
Roughly 59 min to cover 60 km. Evening arrivals usually run clean once past the airport tunnel, since the heavy traffic on the M5 East is heading the opposite way.
It costs you nothing. The booking is tied to the flight number, not a time you nominated, so the driver simply leaves later. Sixty minutes of free waiting applies at T1 and forty at the domestic terminals, timed from the real landing rather than the schedule you booked against.
Tell us the new flight number and the job moves with it. Nothing was taken at booking, so a cancellation costs you exactly nothing.
No, and no pre-authorisation either. Payment happens at the end of the trip, at your door, in whichever of card, cash or PayID suits you at your Brownlow Hill address.
Yes. One vehicle, your party only, from the terminal to the address. Estate entrances with long internal drives. Confirm at booking whether the driver should come all the way in or stop at the main gate, because the difference is several hundred metres.
No. The furthest rail takes you is Campbelltown or Menangle, you pay $18.61 each just to leave the airport station, and the last leg still needs a car — normally somebody else's evening.
Usually, and the difference is worst on the bad nights. When several long-haul flights land together the rank slows right down, and a 60 km fare out of the city is one plenty of drivers would rather not take. A booked car is already waiting and already priced.
Yes — at that airport's own published fare. The fare there is $139 for one or two, with the same included waiting and the same drive to your address.
One minibus takes eleven and their bags for $409 — about $37 per seat against three taxis at whatever the meters say. Two flights, two options: hold, or run separately.
Yes, at no cost. Capsules, forward-facing seats and boosters are fitted before the vehicle leaves for the terminal, so we need the children's ages when you book rather than when you land.
Every night of the year, including the last arrivals. Wedding and function guests are a large share of what we bring back here, and those arrivals cluster around late evening flights.
A day or two is plenty outside the busy weeks; over Christmas and school holidays give us more for a Brownlow Hill run. The easiest approach is to book both legs together when you arrange the departure.
Send a text. Often the car is already on site and it is a couple of minutes; if not, you get a real number of minutes rather than a vague reassurance about the Brownlow Hill run.
