The drive home
Allow about 1 hr 14 min for the 74 km from the terminal to the Glenmore Road corner. A short run once you are off the M5 — through Camden and out onto the Nepean flats. One of the quicker The Oaks and Burragorang district arrivals, and the roads are open enough that a late landing does not add much to the door-to-door time.
Westbound is the easier direction. The M5 East thins out through the evening, and by about seven the run out of the city is clear — which is why an arrival drive often takes less time than the same trip in the morning.
